24/08/2024: I was here for the first time for an aperitif. Wide choice of drinks and an adequate accompaniment of appetizers. There was a nice crowd of people and the staff is young and kind. Very positive impression. I will return without a doubt.

Everything was really excellent, starting from the sushi which was all fresh and very good, ending with the cleanliness and fast service, they never made people wait more than 5 minutes. We will definitely return

The fixed menu at midday, on weekdays and on Saturdays (not holidays), has increased by only 1 Euro, compared to the year '23...it is now 18€ x 1st + 2nd including side dish and dessert, excluding drinks and coffee...... and a further fixed menu of €14 has also been added, which excludes only the 1st or 2nd, always including dessert and maintaining the same characteristics (without drinking and coffee), for lunches only on weekdays and on non-holiday Saturdays. Congratulations to the owner Stefano, his wife and all the staff of young chefs and waiters, for what you manage to offer to us customers, with an always adequate price, the highest quality of products and service!! If you are in the area try it and you definitely won't regret it. 06.'23 I have returned other times in autumn and spring and now in summer, I always confirm the excellent quality from traditional to imaginative dishes, good wines and the professional and kind service of the 2 young waiters, with a small increase to €17 for the menu Fixed midday fee on weekdays, excluding drinks and coffee. I have added photos of the dishes tasted a few days ago for lunch, at the external tables during a rare and splendid event. sunny winter day, with 18°C. During midweek and Saturday lunches, a menu is offered for €16, with 1+2+dessert, water, wine and coffee not included, while for dinners and holidays, there is a menu with many pasta, rice, meat and fish dishes and with different prices. The service is performed by 2 young and kind waiters.

15/08/2024: We had a very nice meal in the Bottega. We were there early because we wanted to take the ferry ⛴️ to Laveno. We were welcomed very friendly by the boss. The menu is very varied without being suspiciously long. The service was impeccable. Also worth mentioning is the location on a nice piazza, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. We'll definitely go again.

10/10/2024: It doesn't have Michelin stars only because Chef and owner Agostino doesn't want it, but it certainly deserves at least 2. The cuisine is excellent and refined with an eye to local tradition. The historic restaurant is beautiful with a wonderful terrace overlooking the lake. It also has a private dock for those wishing to arrive by boat. Overall, a beautiful place!

29/10/2024: La pizzeria Da Raffaele è un’esperienza culinaria che sfida ogni aspettativa. Se pensate di entrare in una semplice pizzeria, preparatevi a un viaggio sensoriale inaspettato. Raffaele non è solo un pizzaiolo, ma un vero e proprio alchimista del gusto, un creatore di profumi che trasforma la pizza in un’opera d’arte olfattiva. L’aria è pervasa da un mix di odori che vanno ben oltre il pomodoro e la mozzarella. Qui, i profumi delle spezie sembrano raccontare storie, mentre il basilico fresco fluttua nell’aria come un bouquet di fiori in primavera. Ma attenzione, non aspettatevi solo sapori tradizionali: Raffaele ama sperimentare, e la sua pizza “Mistero del Mare” potrebbe includere ingredienti che nemmeno sognavate potessero coesistere. E se pensate che l’arte della pizza sia solo per il palato, ripensateci! Ogni pizza viene servita con una presentazione che potrebbe far impallidire anche i migliori ristoranti stellati. Tra un morso e l’altro, potreste sentirvi in un museo d’arte moderna, tanto che non sarete certi se mangiare o scattare foto.

26/10/2024: Das war eine Überraschung für uns! Erst haben wir sehr lecker gegessen, dass war die Rechnung gering und schließlich haben wir erkannt, dass dieses Restaurant mehrere Michelin Abzeichnise hat! Wir fahren immer nach Italien über diese Restaurant 😍
