06/08/2024: When we are in Sauze d'Oulx we never fail to dine at Etoile Des Beige. Very good cuisine with local ingredients, excellent and well presented dishes. Good choice of wines. Very pleasant decor and atmosphere. Polite and friendly staff. Cost normal and acceptable for the quality of service. I also recommend it as a pizzeria.

20/08/2024: Abbiamo pranzato in questo locale molte volte ma ultimamente i prezzi sono volati alle stelle! Il cibo non è male ma niente di particolare, abbiamo preso una caprese, una porzione di patatine fritte e due birre piccole per la modica cifra di 40 euro. il fatto imbarazzante è che dopo aver chiesto un bicchiere d'acqua, ci è stata portata una bottiglietta di San Pellegrino e la risposta è stata: "Non possiamo servire bicchieri d'acqua".

24/07/2024: Locale bellissimo, personale molto gentile, ci hanno anche portato una ciotola d’acqua per il nostro cane senza chiederla. Ci fermiamo spesso durante le nostre passeggiate per prendere un dolce o un caffè, sicuramente uno dei nostri locali preferiti quando siamo in vacanza.

19/08/2024: Very kind and skilled staff in managing emergencies for large groups like us who, 50 of us, didn't know where to go for lunch. They took action immediately, giving us a delightful location and a truly exquisite lunch, despite various intolerances and allergies. Chapeau!

07/08/2024: Non mi è mai successo di entrare in un bar per pranzo e mangiare un piatto così scadente. Ho semplicemente ordinato una pasta in bianco perché non volevo nulla di pesante. La pasta che mi hanno servito era pessima, oltre ad essere gommosa era anche molto salata,oserei dire immangiabile. Credo che sbagliare una pasta in bianco sia la cosa più difficile da fare. Non oso immaginare le altre pietanze. Nonostante il mio disappunto non mi hanno detto nulla, anzi mii è costata ben 10 euro. Ovviamente non ci ritornerò più.

17/08/2024: I was in Sauze and I took the opportunity to go to Scacco Mate, a place recommended by a friend of mine. The evening was pleasant, there was even a conference which I certainly found interesting. The staff is friendly and helpful, and above all with a great desire to talk and work. Before the presentation I was served by a kind and friendly guy with whom I had a chat. If I find myself in Sauze you will definitely see me again!!!
