02/04/2025: Ristorante che frequento saltuariamente, quando sono con amici delle mie origini. Ai margini del centro storico di Pinerolo, in prossimità della chiesa di San Domenico. Cucina con qualche riminescenza sarda che viene dal proprietario. Comunque mi sembra che da una semplice trattoria di quelche tempo fa, oggi lo possiamo classificare come ristorantino di qualità. Prezzi non economici ma adeguati alla qualità

19/03/2025: I had the pleasure of having lunch here and the experience was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we entered, the elegant and welcoming atmosphere struck me positively, with impeccable service that accompanied us throughout the lunch. The dining room staff is kind and attentive to satisfying every need. The description of the dishes was engaging and allowed us to connect with the territory and the seasonality of the raw materials (of excellent quality). The cuisine is, without a doubt, the heart of the experience: true masterpieces, from the presentation to the balanced and innovative flavors. Each ingredient seems carefully chosen and the preparation original. A perfect balance between tradition and modernity, capable of surprising and conquering our palates. The highlight of the experience was definitely the reinterpretation of the fried egg: a true harmony of flavors, which confirmed the very high level of the cuisine. Even the wine pairing, proposed by the Sommelier, was a pleasant discovery, with a selection that was able to perfectly accompany each course, further enriching the gastronomic experience and tying it, once again to the territory, with local wineries of great quality. A special appreciation also for the small pastries: a perfect final touch. If you are looking for a unique culinary experience, that knows how to surprise and pamper, this is definitely the right place.

15/03/2025: Extraordinary lunch: refined dishes and impeccable flavors, excellent service. A gastronomic journey that knows how to surprise and satisfy. I particularly recommend the vitello with tuna sauce!

31/03/2025: This little place exceeded our expectations. The photos of the place don't do it justice, in reality it is much more intimate and welcoming. The dishes and raw materials are very good, the prices even a little below the average of a farmhouse, perhaps the fact that it doesn't have a panoramic view pays a little (it's a bit on the road). That said, when you eat healthy, good, and really well at great prices, the view can also wait. Compliments to the family that runs it with passion.

26/03/2025: Party with friends with 2 small children. Very nice place with few tables, the children were able to play with the owners' son. Everyone was very kind. Good food. Options for vegetarians and pets allowed! We will definitely be back

05/05/2025: In zona stazione a Pinerolo, davanti al parcheggio, c'è questa simpatica pizzeria da asporto gestita da giovani. Nonostante la posizione di passaggio possa suggerirne una vocazione "commerciale", ci si ricrede subito: le pizze sono una piacevole sorpresa. E' evidente la ricerca dei migliori ingredienti che parte dalle farine fino agli abbinamenti audaci ma molto azzeccati, oltre che l'impegno a giocare con le lievitazioni che rende la pizza digeribile e piacevole. Abbiamo provato due impasti (romana e napoletano) entrambi molto validi, e finito con un cannolo. Davvero molto buono, da provare.

24/04/2025: Excellent service and excellent organization, very convenient app where you can quickly book by consulting the menu full of many tasty treats the delivery times are very long and the delivery is very punctual, then there is the convenience of paying with satispay via app.. Oh I did not mention the pizza Grande, well stuffed and delicious!!!! I recommend this pizzeria because they work really well! Keep it up!!

14/03/2025: nice location with nice vibes, I highly recommend going there for lunch/dinner and tasting the meatballs from this meatball shop, they are exceptional. I had a pasta with sauce with beef meatballs and was blown away by how good they were. Afterwards I shared an avocado toast which was pan-fried salmon and egg. I have to say really excellent. Welcoming and friendly waitresses/bartenders and we didn't even wait that long. Also a great place to have a drink with friends as they have a great choice of alcohol and especially gin.

Ci sediamo e notiamo un meraviglioso profumo di legna e veniamo accolti nell attesa con una focaccia casareccia spettacolare molto croccante. Il menu a vaste scelte ma noi scegliamo pesce ... ottimo l antipasto e bello.da vedere e anche da assaporare primo spaghetti allo scoglio abbondante e i frutti di mare cerano!!! Frittura di pesce ottima non pesante leggera e bella abbondante e stato un piacere per il palato .... arriviamo hai dolci che dire spettacolo consiglio la torta alla arancia ... frutti di bosco ... fatte da loro spettacolo!!! Vino della casa e molto consigliato fermo.gusto deciso... ragazzi coppie famiglie venite qui a mangiare il palato vi ringrazierà e la simpatia del cameriere vi strappera un sorriso ... ottimo e dir poco veramente
