11/01/2025: Nice place in the historic center of Pinerolo. Superb welcome, authentic and attentive service. Interesting dishes, both land and sea. I recommend the tasting menu (available in meat or fish versions) which, with smaller portions, offers a tasty journey for the palate. Good tiramisu. Convenient to be able to book via WhatsApp too.

09/01/2025: We came from Turin (my wife and I) to take a walk in the center of Pinerolo and stopped to eat at the Perbacco restaurant. Food: excellent quality. We took the land menu. Delicious and served to perfection. Location very well looked after in detail. The service was practically perfect. The girls explained each dish to us and were very kind. They put us at ease. The bill was low compared to what was eaten, both in terms of quantity and quality. I recommend this place to anyone who finds themselves in the center of Pinerolo. We will return with the rest of the family

10/01/2025: Perfect dinner! The raw fish was very fresh and the paccheri simply delicious. Impeccable service, with attentive staff and excellent recommendations on the wine, which proved to be an ideal pairing. The tarte tatin with vanilla ice cream, accompanied by a sublime raisin wine, was the grand finale of an unforgettable experience. I will definitely be back!

09/01/2025: Fantastic pizza!!!! Tried the one with pesto which was truly exceptional and the one of the day with purple cabbage which was really good. Really nice staff and very nice hats. Congratulations, I wanted to post photos but we didn't have time.

02/01/2025: Take-away pizzeria with tables for on-site consumption. The menu offers an excellent range of dishes: from classic pizzas to special ones, including appetizers and pan pizza, to satisfy everyone's tastes and needs. The dough is extremely digestible and in true Neapolitan style, with a small surplus, it is possible to request the crust filled with a cheese of your choice even when this is not present by default in the pizza ordered. Prices are in line with the quality of the product. The environment is informal and in line with the type of venue. The service, although a little slow due to the amount of work, is very attentive and human. I absolutely recommend trying the marinara with the addition of burrata, which despite being an apparently simple pizza, makes it possible to understand the quality of the raw material used and is satisfying.

18/06/2024: We went to this restaurant and immediately felt at home. Hospitality of times gone by. Mauro's cuisine is genuine and manages to give incredible flavors to even the simplest dishes which, once on the table, become true culinary jewels. The service provided by Pachi is always punctual and fun. The paella is a spectacle, but if you want it, remember to book it in advance. We will definitely return to River Side. I sincerely hope that sooner or later I can taste their Pizza which is not served at the moment...
