09/01/2026: Truly an excellent, high-end restaurant, yet accessible to everyone. Every time I come, I try new dishes, and they all amaze me. The seasonality and quality of the dishes are this restaurant's strong points, but the setting and service are also very attentive. The cuisine is innovative and well-executed. The homemade dark chocolate offered at the end of the dinner is also very much appreciated.

16/12/2025: Dinner for two on Saturday (reservations required). Excellent food with sophisticated pairings. The staff pays close attention to guests from the moment they enter the restaurant to the moment they leave. The complimentary items are much appreciated, providing a warm welcome and farewell, even in an elegant setting. The dishes are tastefully presented. Despite the nearly central location, I had no trouble finding parking.

03/03/2026: Spectacular culinary experience, unique flavors, smiling staff whose professionalism puts you at ease. They are very knowledgeable about allergies and intolerances. I'm celiac and received special treatment; for once, I even ate more than the others! My parents, despite having very classic tastes, also appreciated the more unusual flavors, but to stick to traditional dishes, they ordered the famous vitello tonnato and Chef Milone's Plin, which are absolutely must-try! An experience to definitely repeat!

07/02/2026: I celebrated my graduation a couple of weeks ago: the venue was beautiful, with a private, well-furnished and heated dining room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, with excellent combinations (the restaurant paid special attention to vegetarian and gluten-free options). Excellent value for money. All in all, an experience worth repeating!

18/01/2026: Highly recommended! We celebrated a birthday. The inside dining room was just for us. The food is a must-try. The combinations and flavors are truly worth discovering! The staff are super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about the suggestions and pairings. Let them advise you! They're extremely accommodating with vegetarian options.

13/01/2026: The welcome was excellent and friendly, as was the service: fast, friendly, and attentive. We even had a pizza served directly by Mr. Giuseppe, the pizzeria's owner. Both he and the woman who served were very kind and attentive. The pizzas were excellent and easy to digest. I recommend them to anyone who's in the area or even those who aren't, but want to eat excellent pizza!

18/09/2025: Update: I stopped by again, and the situation hasn't changed. We ordered four pizzas, two of which were clearly dry and overcooked (I don't want to use the word burnt, to avoid offending). I also wanted to point out that reviews, even when they're not entirely positive, can be a valuable source of inspiration for improvement and greater attention in the future. The important thing is not to view them as a personal attack or to dismiss a dissatisfied customer as a "problem," but to embrace them as an opportunity for growth. If, however, they're viewed merely as an excuse to maintain the quality of service, we risk stagnating. Thanks anyway, and I appreciate your reply. Guys, I've been coming here for a while, but I have to be honest after having ordered so many pizzas. There's potential, but 1 out of 2 pizzas are almost burnt (charred in some spots). Sometimes they ask for multigrain dough, and I end up with the regular one (+€1.50). That's fine for a €6 pizza. But here you spend almost €12... I'm sorry. 3 stars because, as I said, the idea is interesting and the pizza isn't bad.

14/03/2026: The restaurant is small, and since it's popular with tourists and Pinerolo residents, reservations are recommended to ensure a table. The portions are small, perfect for those who enjoy sampling multiple appetizers during the same meal, a detail I particularly appreciated. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and despite this, the prices remain very affordable thanks to the high customer turnover. The only downside is the limited space: the tables are a bit close together and it's cramped, but if they didn't optimize seating capacity so well, they wouldn't be able to offer such competitive prices while maintaining such high quality. It's a small compromise, but worth accepting. 5 stars well deserved.
