Update: I stopped by again, and the situation hasn't changed. We ordered four pizzas, two of which were clearly dry and overcooked (I don't want to use the word burnt, to avoid offending). I also wanted to point out that reviews, even when they're not entirely positive, can be a valuable source of inspiration for improvement and greater attention in the future. The important thing is not to view them as a personal attack or to dismiss a dissatisfied customer as a "problem," but to embrace them as an opportunity for growth. If, however, they're viewed merely as an excuse to maintain the quality of service, we risk stagnating. Thanks anyway, and I appreciate your reply. Guys, I've been coming here for a while, but I have to be honest after having ordered so many pizzas. There's potential, but 1 out of 2 pizzas are almost burnt (charred in some spots). Sometimes they ask for multigrain dough, and I end up with the regular one (+€1.50). That's fine for a €6 pizza. But here you spend almost €12... I'm sorry. 3 stars because, as I said, the idea is interesting and the pizza isn't bad.

My first pizza at Al Forno, in 2023, was an exciting discovery: original recipes, excellent ingredients, and excellent flavor. I've recommended it to many since. In 2025, however, after three visits, the experience changed: increasingly sparse pizzas, with few ingredients scattered over an often dry base, especially with keto dough. Their slogan is "Forget the usual pizza"—a mission accomplished, but perhaps not in the intended sense. The quality of the ingredients remains, but it's difficult to appreciate when the quantity is so limited, especially given the rather expensive prices. It's a shame, because the staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the idea of alternative doughs is interesting. I hope they soon return to their former generosity.

delicious pizza, very fast delivery

I tried this pizzeria for the first time, I made the order online from the site which is very clear, I arrived at the appointed time received by a nice and kind girl and in 6/7 minutes they proceeded to make me the pizza, among other things I tried the pizza in a pan which was really excellent. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back
