We ate lunch today from the €15 menu. If I could give it six stars, I would. Eating at these prices these days is impossible, with a cover charge of water, a half-liter of Barbera, an appetizer, a first course, a second course, a side dish, and coffee. The lady who served us was very kind. The quality is commensurate with the price, but they fed us and greeted us courteously.

A classic trattoria, one where quantity trumps quality. Let's be clear: the food isn't bad at all, but I didn't find anything particularly good or exciting. However, objectively, for a €33 menu with three appetizers, two first courses, and two second courses, with water and wine... I'd say expecting too much is foolishness, but overall, I have to say the raw beef wasn't bad, and the blueberry pork cheek was too. The risotto didn't taste like Castelmagno cheese, the agnolotti weren't exceptional, and the braised beef tasted too much like cloves, but overall, the hospitality was very appreciable. So, in conclusion, if you want to celebrate something, hosting a large table with a set menu without spending a lot is the right place.
