01/02/2026: We ordered takeout pizzas from Geppino's last night, Saturday, January 31, 2026, for the first time. There was another pizzeria there recently, and I must say the change of management has definitely benefited us. The place is small but beautifully renovated. The staff is super friendly. The pizzas are excellent. Despite a few minutes of driving to get them home, they were still hot and delicious. We will definitely be their customers from now on!

30/09/2025: Tagliolini with mushrooms: a sloppy soup, charged like in a gourmet restaurant. Charging a cover charge in a pub with a paper placemat seems a bit absurd to me, and the bread was sent back because it wasn't requested. Regardless, beyond the cost, the quality of the dish was terrible.

21/12/2025: Dinner at this restaurant. Excellent food, beautifully presented. High prices... which might even be justified if the service were up to par. Instead: terrible service, I'd say nonexistent. Young waiters wander among the tables without noticing empty bottles or people calling out to them. If you ask for something they don't know (and that's normal), they disappear and you never see anyone again. We had to go straight to the counter to get an amaro. The comments from the tables around us about the service were the same... a real shame, because the place is beautiful and the food is good, but I wouldn't return given the value for money, considering all the variables. A small error during service, which was promptly resolved by a kind waitress!

16/12/2025: The location and ambiance are excellent, and the staff is attentive and courteous. An intriguing menu and a good wine list. We had a great time, more than satisfied with all the dishes served, including the desserts. The only downside was that I left a pair of Armani sunglasses on the table when I left, and when we returned to get them, we were told they hadn't been found.

22/01/2026: A traditional restaurant offering lake fish specialties, just a few meters from Arona's lakefront. The atmosphere and decor are rustic yet elegant, and the food is delicious and well-prepared. The flavor of lake fish may not be for everyone, but if you appreciate it, or are curious and just want to try it, this restaurant is for you. Recommended.

19/01/2026: As soon as we entered, we loved the restaurant, with its rustic, vintage decor. At the end of the meal, we also loved the food, especially the fried lake fish. From the dining room, you can watch the chefs at work.

12/01/2026: My girlfriend and I went in with the intention of eating a first course and a second course and also some side dishes, but fortunately we only stopped at the first course, both first courses were inedible, the lasagna was packaged and still not cold but frozen, and the tortellini completely dry and plasticky, a place not to be visited again and absolutely not to be eaten there, I don't see the point of putting so many services and many dishes if you can't even do one basic thing well.

11/01/2026: We've been customers of this bar since it opened. Unfortunately, over the years, we've witnessed a gradual and noticeable decline in the quality of service. Initially, the bar stood out for its well-made cocktails and attentive table service: these very aspects had drawn us back repeatedly. Over time, however, the quality of service declined, culminating in the extremely unpleasant experience we had a few days ago. We ordered two cocktails (mostly watered down) and, as usual, were served a small bowl of chips. Only when we reached the end did we notice five olive pits, clearly already eaten and chewed by someone. A simply disconcerting and unacceptable situation from any health and hygiene perspective. Even more serious was the way the incident was handled. We immediately reported the matter to the person at the cashier, presumably a manager. His reaction was completely superficial: he simply turned to the waiters and said, "Guys, be careful," without further apology or explanation. End of matter. Back at our table, disgusted by the situation, we couldn't even finish our cocktails. After a few minutes, we got up to pay. I should point out that there were only two tables occupied in the restaurant; the rest were empty, so we couldn't have been confused with other customers. At the cash register, the same person from a few minutes earlier greeted us with an ironic "Guys, are you okay?" When I replied, "I'd say no, considering the olives," he incredibly replied, "Weren't the olives good?" I had to reiterate that they were olive stones that a previous customer had already chewed. Only then did he say, "Sorry, let's make it 15 euros instead of 20." I paid and left, but what happened is serious and unacceptable. It's not just a drop in quality, but a violation of the most basic hygiene rules, which could constitute a crime under Article 444 of the Italian Criminal Code (trade in harmful food substances), as well as a clear violation of HACCP regulations and EC Regulation No. 852/2004 regarding food hygiene. In light of what happened, I will seriously consider reporting the incident to the relevant authorities, also to protect future customers. A decidedly negative experience.

22/11/2025: IT WAS… a welcoming lounge, where you could discover truly unique cocktails, with soothing jazz music. The chef is still VERY GOOD 🔝 Now it's just another place, but still worth a try.

23/12/2025: 🍕A PLEASANT DISCOVERY 🍕 We discovered this pizzeria in Mercurago (above Arona) by chance and were pleasantly surprised. A huge selection of pizzas, excellent quality, and affordable prices. The staff is very friendly and knows how to take care of their customers. We'll definitely be back!

22/12/2025: I called for information on takeaway pizza. The response was very rude and too vain, which forced me to ask. To sum up, the lady who answered was very very rude, above all.

25/03/2025: Locale informale. Pizza buona anche senza glutine MA e da non sottovalutare il MA. Personale non troppo cortese e disponibile. In quanto accettano di far mangiare le persone alle ore 23:10 ma alle 23:45 ti tolgono il tavolo mentre mangi “fingendo” probabile è vero che a mezzanotte devono chiudere. Mi chiedo allora perché accettare persone in questi orari ? Ps: durante la cena sarete deliziati da il passaggio di piattole sotto i vostri piedi
