19/07/2026: A very charming location on the ground floor of a medieval building, overlooking the lake. Welcome to the friendly owner, we immediately explained our cheese and garlic intolerances and ordered both seafood and freshwater fish dishes, both of which were very good. The service was very professional, attentive, and courteous. The prices were moderately high, but adequate for the dishes, which were also well-executed.

18/07/2026: 🔴 Terrible experience: unacceptable rudeness and arrogance Four of us went to this restaurant last night, and the experience was nothing short of shameful. From the very beginning, we were constantly pressured by the blonde woman taking our orders (I assume the owner or manager), who kept rushing us, insisting that the kitchen was about to close. The menu offered limited choices and nothing that really appealed to us. Consequently, we decided to order drinks for both dishes and four. At that point, the woman exceeded all bounds of professionalism and politeness: with incredible arrogance, she began clearing the table before our eyes, telling us verbatim that since there were four of us, she wouldn't accept an order for only two dishes. In effect, she kicked us out of the restaurant. Such behavior, besides being shortsighted in commercial terms, is completely disrespectful towards the customer. There are many ways to communicate, but the rudeness and incivility I've experienced here are inexcusable. If you don't want to be treated like dirt, stay away. Highly discouraged.

22/02/2026: I had a marinara pizza without garlic and with whole wheat dough, €9.50! When I asked why it was so expensive, I was told that the whole wheat dough cost €2 and the basil €1.50!! After I even had the garlic removed, and on the receipt it was marked as margherita, which costs more and not marinara, never again. They can rip off tourists, but not the people who live here who know what it means to eat pizza around here. I always get a pizza with tomato sauce, whole wheat dough and basil, €7 maximum, at every pizzeria, the most expensive ones. Pure madness, €9.50, never happened to me. Now I understand why the place is almost empty.

23/12/2025: 🍕A PLEASANT DISCOVERY 🍕 We discovered this pizzeria in Mercurago (above Arona) by chance and were pleasantly surprised. A huge selection of pizzas, excellent quality, and affordable prices. The staff is very friendly and knows how to take care of their customers. We'll definitely be back!

22/12/2025: I called for information on takeaway pizza. The response was very rude and too vain, which forced me to ask. To sum up, the lady who answered was very very rude, above all.

03/08/2026: Cocktails made badly and mixed worse, without decorations the long drink, made on a budget even with ice and straws saves money

04/05/2026: We love having breakfast at this bar when we're in Arona. It's a shame that the croissants, while very appetizing looking, have been almost raw inside lately.

23/08/2026: We had pizza. The pizza I ordered was supposed to have buffalo mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and arugula. The worst part was the dough, which was dry and unleavened. The mozzarella was NOT buffalo mozzarella, and the cherry tomatoes were large, chopped tomatoes. The staff was friendly, which is why I gave it 2 stars and not 1.

19/08/2026: We ordered two takeout pizzas that were incredibly poorly made: the dough was like cardboard underneath, the crust was nonexistent, and the pizzas were also small. The buffalo mozzarella arrived without any tomatoes. Perhaps the worst pizza I've ever eaten.

18/08/2026: We spontaneously decided to eat there today. Unfortunately, the food was inedible. The lasagna tasted like it had been frozen, the pulled pork was full of rind and tendons – more like lumps of meat than pulled pork. The beef strips were raw... and expensive to boot. Best to go somewhere else.

09/08/2026: Friendly and efficient staff. Very helpful and immediately arranged tables for us. Prices were okay, and the food was delicious. The ambiance was okay, but there are two seating areas, and we were seated on the side that didn't face the lake.

03/08/2026: I was very disappointed with the service after ordering 2 gin and tonics. We were expecting an aperitif but nothing. We reported it to the staff and the response has been verified now (asked a couple of times). We are still waiting for the response.... Dirty gin glass reported to the staff who changed it for me but the glass is still the same....

30/06/2026: The location is lovely, the place is very youthful, and there are even TVs outside for watching sports... Alas, seeing the place, I expected great cocktails, but instead we all had different cocktails, but they all tasted the same. Plus, the alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks weren't much different... The waitress was very friendly...
