12/05/2026: Restaurant at the top of the Arona rock: excellent food, friendly and efficient staff, excellent price and quality and, to top it all, fantastic scenery!
11/05/2026: Bar and restaurant at the top of the rock with a spectacular view of Lake Maggiore.
Excellent selection of cocktails and beers.
Snacks are not served with aperitifs.
We had to order a pinsa on the side.
The beer and pinsa were very good, a little pricey, but I think you pay for the magnificent view.
Friendly and helpful staff.
I recommend it especially for enjoying a relaxing moment with a unique panoramic view.

03/05/2026: The setting is superb, with a magnificent view of the lake and Rocca di Angera castle. The staff are responsive and friendly. Starter + main course + dessert + bottle of wine = less than €50 per person. Top-notch restaurant, I highly recommend it.
09/04/2026: Stopped for a glass of wine and was curious about the raw steak.
Fantastically delicious in a beautiful setting.
Come here and try it. You won't be disappointed.👍🏍🏁

11/04/2026: Evening with friends, delicious and plentiful dinner. The girls were helpful and friendly.

The fried fish was frozen, but good and easy to digest.
The Tyrolean puccia was good, crispy and light.
The service was sketchy.
The young woman who served us, however, was very kind and cheerful.
I don't know what the first courses, second courses, or pizza are like, but maybe I'll come back someday.
The prices were average for the area.
The atmosphere was very basic.
Overall, good.

The service was poorly organized. We weren't served at the same time. We had finished our meals, but our son wasn't served for another hour after our numerous complaints.

Gourmet burgers: very tempting options and top-quality ingredients make this place a real highlight. I recommend it to anyone looking for a lunch break that's a little different.
03/05/2026: A welcoming place, with friendly and helpful staff. The food is truly excellent. It's not just a burger joint! I've had the chance to try the burgers (OBIC is my pleasure) and other dishes, such as the C.B.T. sliced polo, which was super good, and the spaghetti carbonara was amazing! I think it's one of the best carbonaras I've ever had.
The only flaw is that I didn't discover OBIC sooner.

23/11/2025: A nice place, found by chance, quite close to the Arona lakeside promenade. The appetizers were good and plentiful. The polenta round was also good, although compared to the various toppings, the polenta was a bit small (one deep dish for four people, while there were four or five plates of toppings). Overall, not a bad experience. The price was reasonable. The only negative was the slightly low temperature inside the restaurant.

07/05/2026: We ordered a first and second course, trying both fish and meat, but the menu also offers pizza.
We ate very well, the waitress who served us was very kind and helpful, and the prices were fair, so no complaints there. I'd love to go back.

14/10/2025: Went for lunch of 4 people. Total of 78 euros. Food was average. Service was quick and efficient. It was after 15:00 so not many places were open...
We had a lasagna which was good, a cheeseburger which was good, a seafood rice which was average and another pesto lasagna which was average minus...
01/10/2025: A nice little restaurant if you’d like good food with a view, especially so if you dine by the lake. I came here as I was staying in an apartment upstairs which by the way is lovely and ideal for a solo traveller or couple.
The staff at Fruch were efficient and friendly and the pizza I had was delicious!

08/05/2026: The view fades into the background when the waiter hits a pigeon on the next table with a can over the head to scare it away. The staff doesn't seem to care, as they didn't even look up when I pointed it out. Animal cruelty is a serious issue in any context, and it's painful to see how far this concept still extends, especially among those who profit from the lake.

22/02/2026: I had a marinara pizza without garlic and with whole wheat dough, €9.50! When I asked why it was so expensive, I was told that the whole wheat dough cost €2 and the basil €1.50!! After I even had the garlic removed, and on the receipt it was marked as margherita, which costs more and not marinara, never again. They can rip off tourists, but not the people who live here who know what it means to eat pizza around here. I always get a pizza with tomato sauce, whole wheat dough and basil, €7 maximum, at every pizzeria, the most expensive ones. Pure madness, €9.50, never happened to me. Now I understand why the place is almost empty.
