02/03/2025: Il locale non è molto pulito, il servizio non è buono sono un po' freddi e soprattutto maleducati, inoltre è sempre molto freddo il locale perché oltretutto lasciano anche le porte aperte Ma anche se fossero chiuse il riscaldamento è inadeguato, i bicchieri non sono puliti Inoltre indipendentemente dalla consumazione che si fa quando c'è molta gente i locali dei bagni sono sempre inagibili dicono loro Questo per evitare di pulirli Ma è una scorrettezza grande scorrettezza Perché nel momento che uno ha bisogno non può usufruirne e quindi costretto andare in altri bar ed è una furberia e fanno un po' tutti quelli ad Arona
02/03/2025: Today we stopped at this "restaurant" for lunch. I give 1 star for the 30 minute wait (I understand it was Sunday but excessive) to take an order at the table, another generous 35 to have two platters with practically RAW raw ham and mozzarella, and with a mozzarella that to me tasted like sliced fontina. I give 1 star for the rude manner of the waiter when I asked where the bathroom was, replying very annoyed, IT'S CLOSED!! I give NC for making me pay €4 cover charge each, for a paper placemat and an endless wait. Certainly NEVER AGAIN for me... but at least for €4 try to be quicker and kinder to customers.

01/01/2025: Having found other places full, we stopped here, the place and the location are ok, but the staff pays little attention to customers... apart from paying for a hamburger with two strips of salmon, and not a real hamburger... Let's say a round sandwich with two industrial chips, at 14 euros in addition to the price of the aperitif... the waits... and the terrible service... I wouldn't recommend it.
The bathroom was also dirty
I would say that several aspects need to be improved.
14/12/2024: Location natalizia di altri tempi…il must del locale il salamini intero come benvenuto, negroni impeccabile personale simpatico e alla mano, il titolare disponibile e accogliente da visitare assolutamente

24/08/2024: Location can't be beat, food and service were pretty average for the region but it literally overhangs the lake and has a nice vibe so definitely worth checking out as a destination meal.

03/02/2025: In questo locale ci siamo stati due o tre volte. Quando andiamo a fare una passeggiata ad Arona era il nostro bar preferito, carino ben curato e servizio buono. Ieri domenica 2 febbraio dopo aver visto mercatino dell’ antiquariato e girato per Arona andiamo a scaldarci in questo bar per due ginseng e 4 pastìccini. Che delusione dopo mezz’ora siamo usciti senza aver preso niente perché l’unica cameriera non veniva a prendere l’ordinazione e chi aveva ordinato molto prima di noi due caffè, non un pranzo, non gli veniva servito niente. 👎
