09/10/2023: A unique location in Arona with a veranda overlooking the lake, very romantic at sunset. The cooktails are good and tasty, as are the accompaniments, maybe a few more snacks. Fair prices for the area.
01/09/2023: Honestly, at 8 euros for a cocktail, I find it shameful that we have to go and order at the bar! The minimum would be for them to come and ask!

23/03/2024: The small open space is like an oasis in the desert. Not disturbed by the nearby traffic, among the scent of basil, plants on every table, you can read the newspaper while having breakfast. Very kind staff

11/09/2023: Nulla da dire sulla qualità delle paste decisamente buona (non delle brioches)! Il voto scarso è dovuto al fatto che, in tutte le pasticcerie anche quelle più prestigiose, i mignon vengono venduti a peso, non a numero: noi abbiamo acquistato 15 paste = 21,00€, 1,4 €/mignon. Ci è sembrato un po' eccessivo.... Non è corretto.
21/08/2023: Sono stata in questo posto diverse volte, pasticceria buona, personale gentile, ma poco attento ai bisogni dei clienti. Un gran peccato visto la location in cui si trova.

Food if you can eat, I repeat if, it's not bad. Went yesterday March 24th to celebrate my birthday with my family, it took us almost 3 hours to eat. And we were lucky that at least we managed to eat. Many tables left without being able to receive the dishes ordered and at a certain point the umbrellas flew, in the true sense of the word and the waiters had disappeared so the various customers tried to close them and place them on the ground.
Absurd. Even the answers given by the owner were not at all polite.
What a pity.
24/03/2024: Sunday 24 March, to forget! 1 hour for a starter and then another 1 hour for the first course. Something must have happened in the kitchen, or lack of staff, or maybe poor organization,
definitely not the weather because I had lunch inside immediately. I don't know, but it remains a bad memory and the lack of excuses with a coffee or a bitter to resolve the embarrassment.
Ps: bread dry as stone, asked for a change, never arrived.

21/03/2024: E’ pur vero che sono andato senza conoscere questo ristorante, ma mi sarei aspettato di più’. Deludente. Se si vuol mangiare piatti della sicilia bisogna cercare altrove.
04/03/2024: Locale a conduzione familiare, personale molto gentile e servizio molto veloce.
Il piatto di polpo alla siciliana preso come antipasto era un piccolo polpo intero e morbidissimo!
Il fritto era perfetto e anche le sarde fritte erano cotte alla perfezione, restando succose e non asciutte e stoppose come capita spesso!
I dolci sono artigianali e buonissimi!

01/01/2024: Notte di San silvestro, per quello che abbiamo pagato, cena pessima, praticamente nn abbiamo mangiato. Unica cosa buona cotechino,e il dolce. Sicuramente se devo consigliare, un buon ristorante,non sara’ questo! 100€ a persona, per nn mangiare nulla.

24/03/2024: I gave one star because it couldn't be zero. Terrible place. Waiters and bartenders worse than terrible. We waited 40 minutes to be served. They didn't even look at us. How disgusting. Never again from vomiting.
24/03/2024: After 25 minutes of waiting we left, they made us sit after 10 minutes and we were the only ones to be seated in front of the counter, and then after a long wait we got up and left, they saw us and didn't even ask us why.
Zero customer care, not even a "we have X waiting".

10/10/2023: Il trattamento è stato imbarazzante dalla prenotazione fino all’arrivo quando eravamo seduti. Non potevi fare aperitivo su prenotazione ma potevi solo mangiare la pizza al metro. La pizza al metro era però finita quindi ci è stato molto maleducatamente detto che potevamo anche uscire ma dovevamo comunque pagare il coperto perché i posti li avevano riservati. Maleducazione della proprietaria a livelli altissimi, evidentemente non ha piacere ad avere clienti nel suo ristorante. Peccato perchè il cibo è anche buono.
10/10/2023: Cena di compleanno tra amici che è partita con il piede sbagliato. Al momento della prenotazione per una cena per 15 persone ci è stato detto che non avremo potuto riservare il tavolo per l'aperitivo (per il quale non si paga il coperto) ma solo per la cena, inoltre saremmo stati obbligati a ordinare le pizze al metro visto il quantitativo di persone. Arrivati sul posto, ci viene comunicato che l'impasto per le pizze al metro era terminato. Presi alla sprovvista, mentre ci stavamo adoperando per scegliere altre soluzioni, la titolare del locale si presenta rispondendo maleducatamente e in modo arrogante a una festeggiata e dichiarando che se avessimo optato per l'aperitivo avremmo comunque dovuto pagare il coperto in quanto ormai il tavolo era stato riservato, ribadendo in malo modo che non fosse stata lei ad aver risposto al telefono e ad averci detto della pizza al metro. Mai ci saremmo aspettati un comportamento del genere da parete della titolare che, a quanto pare, preferisce perdere i clienti piuttosto che proporre soluzioni in modo cordiale e adoperandosi per rimediare a una mancanza del locale. Unica nota positiva sono stati i camerieri che, imbarazzati e desolati, hanno provveduto a farci passare una bella serata.
