22/12/2025: A quick Baylies on the rocks, which was a mistake, considering the bartender was also wearing a jacket and scarf. The bathroom... I won't say anything, it's better. It's true that it was almost 11 PM, but after a stroll through downtown Arona, so an hour later, it was still open and crowded. It was Saturday night. The friendly bartender? I don't know why he just said 9 euros (with receipt).
19/08/2025: Small cafe offering simple dishes at reasonable prices. It's certainly not gourmet cuisine, but it's honestly okay. Prices range between €7 and €8. The staff is friendly. No complaints.

06/01/2026: A classic-style restaurant with a wide menu, including pizza and numerous first and second courses. I disagree with the negative reviews; given its location, very close to the lake, and the pleasant atmosphere inside, it offers a good value for money.
11/12/2025: About 20 years ago, I often frequented this restaurant on my weekends in Arona. I remember not going back because I realized the quality had declined. I returned about two weeks ago, out of curiosity to see if anything had changed, and partly because I was homesick for the place. I'm very sorry to say that it has deteriorated significantly. I ate a pizza beyond description, both in appearance and quality. My wife had a fritto misto, perhaps worse than the pizza. I'm writing this review with the hope that you restaurant owners can reset and start over with a different spirit. It takes very little to prepare products that satisfy the customer's needs. A little more attention and quality. Watch Cannavacciuolo's show "Cucine da Incubo" (Nightmare Kitchens) and follow suit. Sorry for the criticism, but it's meant to be constructive.
I hope to return and find significant improvement.

07/01/2026: The cappuccino was practically dirty water and the pastry was I don't know how old and hard, they must have changed management because months ago it wasn't like this... too bad.
18/12/2025: I don't know if management has changed. Yesterday I had a terrible experience. I asked for a cappuccino and a croissant. I sat right in front of the counter. I don't know how the girl spilled all the milk overflowing onto the counter floor. I thought she was going to change my cup, but without a second thought, she went to the sink, cleaned the cup with a sink rag, and then put it on the tray. I was upset and was overly polite. I tasted it, and it spilled over the rim. It was a latte macchiato with just a little coffee, obviously, because if you put in the equivalent of two cappuccinos' worth of milk in a cappuccino, it's normal for it to be cold and have little coffee. I politely asked her if she could remake my cappuccino, because if I'd wanted a latte and coffee, I would have asked. I explained that it was cold, and I was polite enough not to mention the disgusting sink I saw. She responded rudely throughout. Result: I told her to keep the cappuccino, paid for the croissant, and left. Learn to live in the world and do the minimum amount of work that's required of you. I pay for a cappuccino, I demand a cappuccino, and a clean one at that.

08/07/2025: Ho prenotato presso questa struttura la festa a sorpresa per i 60 anni di mio marito circa un anno fa. Versato caparra, fissato menù, stabilito sala ecc. a qualche gg dalla festa il titolare mi dice che non saremmo stati nella sala pattuita perché nel frattempo gli è subentrato un matrimonio. Si dimentica che avevamo nella ns festa anche un dj…. Conclusione? Chiusi nella sala interna (x non disturbare i clienti del ristorante) e senza musica sempre x non disturbare, peccato che io abbia comunque pagato dj e tutto il resto. Tutti invitati scontenti. Non ci tornerò

30/07/2025: Un service pas terrible, des serveurs qui tournent à vide
Un pavé de saumon avec quelques légumes se battant en duel pour 20 euros…
Par contre rien à redire sur la pizza, la pâte est vraiment excellente !
Le prix du pain excessif bref
17/07/2025: Sehr leckeres Essen. Wir hatten Pizza, Nudeln und Pommes mit Hähnchen. Sogar den kleinen Gästen hat es gefallen.
Lediglich beim bezahlen mussten wir lange warten so dass wir an die Kasse gegangen sind.
