09/10/2023: Prenotato per un compleanno a sorpresa in 15 persone. Arriviamo e il cameriere ci espone la modalità dell’apericena, 5 minuti dopo la collega ce lo espone nuovamente in modo diverso. Iniziano ad arrivare bevande e taglieri, piatti non pervenuti siamo dovuti andare a prenderli noi in cucina e apparecchiarci. Un’ora e mezza dopo mancano ancora 3 cocktail e altrettanti taglieri, mentre a clienti appena arrivati viene servito tutto sotto al nostro naso. All’ennesimo sollecito perdiamo la pazienza e i camerieri chiamano al telefono il titolare col quale riusciamo a parlare: totalmente incurante, indifferente, scocciato, chiedeva a noi quali fossero i problemi al suo locale, una conversazione surreale. Titolare assente, personale allo sbaraglio. Non so come faccia ancora ad essere aperto…. Siamo andati al Mc Donalds.

09/10/2023: I ate here twice and I was sick for a week, because in my opinion they use old oil to prepare the fried foods. In addition, the service leaves something to be desired: we waited outside for half an hour waiting for the table to be prepared, with the place half empty. We sat down at 7.10pm, then another half hour to order and after 40 minutes still nothing. There are two guys serving, but the problem lies with the owners who no longer employ staff for weekend evenings. It's not the kids' fault, they are kind and do what they can, but they have to manage everything themselves.

04/01/2024: Locale carino e tranquillo.. abbiamo fatto un aperitivo, locale di nuova gestione, prezzi interessanti e titolare in gamba. Una valida alternativa ai locali del centro, birre ottime e scelta vasta. Aperitivi buoni e curati.

30/12/2023: Small and welcoming place, well looked after. Very professional, friendly and helpful staff and owners👏👍. Excellent cocktails, very good and garnished with great care. Excellent live music with Malamente in the persons of Claudia and Andrea in acoustic version. Andrea on the guitar gives you goosebumps, Claudia has a wonderful and fantastic voice, very good👏. The only criticism (Ricki, wants to be constructive) is the lack of extraction of the smells that came from the kitchen which unfortunately made us go home with our clothes smelling of fried food. I'm sure the owners will find a solution.

17/12/2023: La sala del bistrot ROCK si trova in una stanza verandata di fianco alla roccia a strapiombo sul cui fianco sorge l'Hotel Concorde. E' fronte lago e c'è una bellissima vista. Mi sarebbe piaciuto d'estate... ma ci hanno fatto morire di freddo. Nella sala c'eravamo solo noi ed avevano acceso da poco il condizionatore per riscaldare l'ambiente. Ho dovuto stare vestita e ho patito il freddo tutto il tempo. Sinceramente è brutto mangiare con il freddo addosso. Peccato perchè il posto merita. Il cibo era buono. Suggerisco di assaggiare il pesce di lago (il lavarello)

06/04/2025: Today, on the occasion of the visit to the castle of surprises, I went with my husband and my 3 year old daughter to this restaurant. Very elegant environment but somewhat unprepared staff, with a wait of more than 40 minutes. At the time of the bill, after having received the receipt in a point completely removed from the restaurant, we realized that we had paid 9 euros for a cup of ice cream for the little girl and had paid twice for two coffees at a cost of 3 euros each. I'm sorry that such an elegant context is marred by a rather disappointing service. I strongly advise against it
