18/10/2024: We wanted to have pizzas but for some reason the chef went home. There was literally nobody here. The view was awesome, but the food… it wasn’t the best, it was just mid it wasn’t the best or the worst. The service wasn’t the best it felt like he just didn’t want to be there. He didn’t have any enthusiasm.😕

16/09/2024: Le aspettative sul cibo durante il festival erano già basse, ma il Caribe ha eccelso nel deluderle. Partiamo dalle cose migliori (si fa per dire), ossia il servizio. Sembrava che tutti i presenti in sala fossero alla loro prima sera nella ristorazione, non c’era divisione dei tavoli, passavano 3 volte a chiedere l’ordine, portavano i contorni assieme ai primi (consigliatissima pasta e patate fritte), ti propongono un pesce e alla domanda “che pesce è?” rispondono “Così, lungo, non parla”. Questo senza stare a guardare i modi del personale, che forse fossimo andati lì a chiedere dei soldi ci avrebbero trattati con più simpatia. Insomma, il galateo del cameriere volume I. Ma venendo alla parte succosa, parliamo del cibo. Pasta scotta, patatine fritte ancora congelate, risotto che sembra purea, per poi passare infine al piatto forte: il pesce -quello lungo che non parla- ripieno di vermi. No comment. Infine parliamo del locale, carino, bella vista, bollente e senza neanche un ventilatore. Belli anche i piccioni lasciati liberi di scorrazzare sui tavoli, lasciando piacevoli ricordini vicino ai tovaglioli. Mi spiace, ma la ristorazione non è per tutti, e posti così dovrebbero chiudere. Non basta puntare sul fatto che sono tutti turisti e ti basta fregarli una volta per farti lo stipendio.

31/05/2025: Pizza buona nulla da dire ,ma il resto un disastro stavamo ancora consumando le Bibite che ci hanno portato il conto senza averlo chiesto, svuotato il tavolo portando via le bottiglie dell'acqua non acora finite....ci hanno fatto capire che dovevamo alzarzi xché volevano il tavolo.Fatto notare alla cassa e la risposta è stata un sorrisino x prenderci x il c... BRAVI

11/05/2025: Ambiente familiare e accogliente. Servizio rapido e efficace. Il menù per la pizza è molto variegato, dalle più classiche alle più innovative, dalle più leggere ai gusti più “impegnativi. Tre tipi diversi di impasti (alta, sottile e al Kamut). La pizza era leggera ma saporita, ben bilanciata e di facile digeribilità. Tornerò per il pesce, di cui ho avuto ottime recensioni. Punto dolente: la location. Tavoli un po’ piccoli e vicini tra di loro. Spazi stretti e non troppo funzionali. Complessivamente un buon locale!

09/03/2025: Ho dato il punteggio uno poichè meno non e possibile, cibo di pessima pessima qualità Siamo stati oggi a pranzo un incubo abbiamo assaggiato le loro bruschette con poi abbiamo ordinato due primi che nemmeno il tempo di finire di mangiare le bruschette erano gia pronti insapori ed inodori, tutto gia precotto sconsiglio a tutti

20/02/2025: Bon plats mais cher et longue attente pour être servi. L'ensemble se veut moyen. De bons plats sans être extraordinaires, service lent et longe. Une addition assez élevée au final pour la qualité. Y a mieux mais ça peut dépanner.

13/05/2025: Avrei consigliato questo locale per il cibo, ma a causa della cameriera maleducata che si è messa a protestare ad alta voce in mezzo al locale solamente perché le è stato chiesto se poteva portare la posata che mancava , è proprio da evitare!

26/04/2025: Ein sehr schön gelegenes Restaurant, bei dem es auf den ersten Blick auch nach leckerem Essen aussieht. Wir waren dann vom Essen sehr enttäuscht. Rundherum kann man deutlich bessere Qualität italienischen Essens geniessen. Service bestand aus eher wortkargen, eher mürrischen, älteren Herren. Die Pesto-Sauce an meinen Spaghetti war aus dem Fertig-Glas, wie ich es zu Hause in jedem Lebensmittelladen kaufen kann. Frittura Mista zu wenig frittiert und demnach die Calamari Fritti wie ein Kaugummi zum kauen. Einfach alles lieblos ausser die Tischchen direkt am Kanal. Schade, bessere Küche und das Lokal wäre eine Goldgrube, gut, das ist es wohl aus so, denn es liegt direkt an einer der vielen Hauptrouten für Touris.

01/05/2025: Este restaurante es el lugar más perfecto! Nos topamos con ella y nos sentamos en una mesa junto a la ventana. La calidad de la comida, la selección de bebidas y los camareros amables hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera increíble. Sin duda recomendaría! Por supuesto, la mesa junto a la ventana es el mejor asiento, así que es mejor reservar en línea para evitar la insatisfacción!

28/04/2025: La ubicación del restaurante es muy buena sin embargo el servicio. . No sé cómo explicarlo. El restaurante itsefl tiene pocos tabeles al lado de canal. Cuando entramos, todos estaban ocupados. Le preguntamos al camarero si podíamos esperar dentro y pedir algo hasta que la mesa al lado del canal esté disponible. Fue extremadamente grosero y descortés, y solo dijo “No, tienes que esperar afuera en la fila”. Tenga en cuenta que no había línea en absoluto. Durante nuestro tiempo allí, varios camareros estaban de pie sobre nuestras cabezas y viendo lo que se sentía muy incómodo y presionante. La comida era solo promedio, nada especial para el precio que pagamos. No volvería aquí nunca más debido a sus camareros groseros!

26/04/2025: Nice and quiet terrace with a nice view. Nice dish with pasta. (We could not wait for the risotto). Also close to the vaporetto stop Museo.

20/04/2025: Preso da asporto due grigliate miste: scampi aperti una vaschetta, scampi chiusi gamberoni calamari 1 vaschetta, 1 vaschetta con un eccellente branzino, e 1 vaschetta con un altro branzino il tutto adagiato in un letto di verdure con polenta. Non siamo riusciti a finire era troppo. Piatti buonissimi e pesce freschissimo e buono da consigliare a chi ama il buon pesce

08/05/2025: Beware of rip-offs! The two of us were in the Florida restaurant, First of all, the menu says that a 16% tip is automatically counted and €4 per person is for the musician. Of course you pay for the view at the Rialto Bridge and Grand Canal, but it's really cheeky! We had Pasta Sepia Negra once and Frita Mista de Pesce with grilled vegetables. The pasta was okay, the fish plate was really inedible! The squid was very rubbery and the rest of the fish was simply fried without filleting. The grilled vegetables were dry, so by no means freshly prepared. The red wine was cheap liquor, and they could have saved the limoncello at the end because it was far too sweet. Conclusion: CLEARLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

08/05/2025: Good location, food wasn't really good. Salad was dry. Pasta was too spicy. Pizza was okay, but it is not that you expect from venice restaurant. Price is high, but ofc you pay for fancy location.

07/06/2025: Very good restaurant near St. Mark's Square, where gondolas are also regular visitors. The owner is extremely kind, a true host. Simple but delicious food, traditional Italian cuisine, and great coffee at affordable prices.

31/05/2025: Non consiglio questo ristorante , abbiamo aspettato 40 min per un primo piatto con il locale semi vuoto , sono arrivati gl spaghetti alle vongole veraci scotti e con 5 vongole di cui 2 erano gusci .. ma per favore .. un po’ di attenzione a cosa si porta a tavola!!

17/05/2025: Espantosa experiencia. No te vayas. El trabajador clave estaba más interesado en pasar tiempo con compañeros que comían papas fritas y pan, y bebían café, o fumaban afuera, que en servirnos. Esperamos más de media hora por la comida y al ir a salir apareció con 3 comidas (de 6 ) que estaban demasiado cocidas y secas -o tal vez se dejaron para mantener el calor-. Después. Más de 10 minutos más, trajo la mitad de la comida de los demás, que luego terminaron esa mitad cuando apareció el resto. Reservamos con antelación pidiendo comer en el balcón - nos dijeron que esto no era posible ya que hacía viento, sin embargo, otros llegaron y se les permitió en el balcón. El personal era grosero. No hay nada bueno que decir sobre la experiencia que tuvimos los 6 de nosotros. Total decepción.

20/05/2025: We booked through Booking.com, a basic hotel that looked good and, above all, was reasonably priced for Venice!! The hotel was close to the Basilica of Santa Maria and the vaporetto, so great! However, the room had carpet (hello, allergies...) and the layout needs to be improved. The staff wasn't the most welcoming, breakfast was €12/person (very little choice), and the cold cuts looked like they'd been there for two days. I asked for a piece of fruit from the kitchen (I saw a full bowl), which was like asking for the moon (I should point out that there was no fruit on the buffet). I don't recommend breakfast AT ALL. Luckily, the city is charming, which makes up for it.

18/05/2025: Made a mistake of booking the wrong month 6 weeks from the date of booking. Called immediately to cancel and swap the dates to the correct one, Hotel refused and would give zero refund. Incredibly unreasonable.
