20/09/2025: Every time I go to Siena, I book at Michele's. I've been going there for five years now and have always had a great experience. I'll be down in Siena again in October and I'll book a table there. Excellent food, a large restaurant, suitable for large groups, polite staff, and Michele is a great character. The meat is truly excellent, as are the pasta dishes, a wide selection, and very tasty.
I recommend it.

01/03/2026: This was our second time having lunch there. It's a wonderful place; the atmosphere is very relaxing, the food is excellent, and the owners are very kind and passionate. We'll definitely be back!
12/12/2025: Great experience, the crispy octopus was good, as were the tagliolini with artichokes and scampi. The quality/price ratio was average.

01/05/2025: Abbiamo preferito l'ottima cucina senese, a base di carne e pasta fatta in casa a mano, al menu di pesce, e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti: i piatti, molto curati ed appetitosi, di grande qualità, serviti con attenzione, sono stati tutti molto piacevoli.
Il locale, di lunga tradizione, è molto piacevole.
30/04/2025: Era la prima volta che ci andavamo, anche se in pieno centro della nostra città.
Sapevamo già che non sarebbe stata una cena da poca spesa, però l'importante è che siamo stati benissimo.
Le pietanze erano veramente ottime, ci siamo sentiti "coccolati" . Il personale è veramente professionale e più che cortese.
Siamo stati veramente bene

03/01/2026: A good location for visiting San Gimignano, about a 10-minute walk to the historic center. You can drive right up to the entrance, and even if there's no parking, you have plenty of time to get settled in. Simple rooms, a good breakfast in a lovely room, friendly and helpful staff, and a lovely picturesque view of San Gimignano and its towers, even more beautiful at night, from just outside the entrance, but perhaps from some rooms as well. I removed one star because the information says "wheelchair accessible," which isn't entirely true.

Excellent coffee and good pastries.
The place is run by two young people, very knowledgeable and courteous.
Overall, not bad. I recommend it.

02/04/2025: Wonderful. New management, new name: CONTRASTI: molecular kitchen. The owner or chef Christian was very attentive, and everything was delicious, a fantastic bread and all food.! I would like to go back to try the tasting menu!
24/03/2025: Non posso fare una recensione sul cibo, però posso dire che sono stati veramente scortesi, perchè dopo aver telefonato più volte per confermare prenotazione inviato messaggi, arrivati davanti al ristorante di sabato sera alle 20:00 ristorante chiuso, ci possono essere milioni di motivi per tenere chiuso, ma obbligo avvertire le persone con la prenotazione, comportamento non accettabile, senza alcun rispetto.

11/01/2026: Disappointing place. The ambiance is poorly maintained, especially the exterior. The food is mediocre, with dishes cooked with low-quality ingredients. The appetizer of cured meats and cheeses was paltry. Two pieces of prosciutto, two of coppa, two of mortadella, and two tiny pieces of cheese. 12 euros. The next evening at another restaurant for the same price, they brought us double the amount. Prices are high for the quality. My overall rating is two stars because the waiter seemed competent and friendly. The rest is one star.

20/10/2025: An experience not to be repeated...we waited an hour and a half for a plate of penne with tomato sauce and a chicken breast...and the place was practically empty. As soon as we'd eaten our dish, we, like the other three diners, went to pay without even getting our coffee!
15/10/2025: Delicious pizza and friendly service! Our dog was even allowed to come along :)

NEVER AGAIN!
Extremely slow service. Poor appetizer. Pasta too al dente. Meat nothing special. For a starter menu, the main course is €35. Appetizer and first course are €25.
We all woke up hungry.
Now we know where NOT to eat in San Gimignano.

26/11/2025: I ordered spaghetti with clams (delicious). For my main course, the mixed fried calamari and shrimp (superb). The owner is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very refined. Prices are reasonable. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys good food. I'll gladly return.
04/11/2025: We stopped yesterday while passing through, searching online for a place to eat off the highway, and it appealed to us given the reviews. Very convenient right off the highway. The place is clean and welcoming, the food is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. We had three types of pici with different toppings, each better than the last... the fried fish was dry and crispy... the fish was very fresh... and the homemade desserts were TOP (we had the caprese and tiramisu). Compliments to the very welcoming owner and the waiter, a young and very polite man. We will definitely be back when we pass by there. CONGRATULATIONS!!

21/11/2025: La Sirena is my favorite restaurant in Sinalunga. You can't find such a good seafood salad anywhere else, not even where the sea is just a few kilometers away. Sushi lovers won't know they're missing out. The pizzas are also delicious.

28/09/2025: We came in a group of ten for pizza. The pizza was average, the service simple and adequate for the location, and the price was fair. The idea of having one-liter bottles of beer was a good one, which isn't bad, and the price was fair.
10/09/2025: Very friendly and attentive staff, good food, and a perfect location for a quiet evening. The outdoor veranda is lovely, and the owner is very kind! ❤️
