26/02/2025: all the foods are cooked in a good way to say the least. One small thing that in my opinion should change is the quantity of chips on the pizza, which should be greater. After all, it is a good, well-organised restaurant.

01/01/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questo bellissimo ristorante l’ultimo dell’anno, e siamo rimasti incantati dal servizio impeccabile del cameriere mumi che ha svolto il suo lavoro con estrema gentilezza e professionalità poi il cuoco Francesco ci ha meravigliato con i suoi piatti unici e di una bontà assoluta questo ristorante è super consigliato.premetto che io e mio marito più i nostri figli abbiamo speso solo 190 euro e i bambini hanno super apprezzato il cibo

27/10/2024: Don’t really know how to rate this place but warning is that we booked it through Fork. Got a re confirm from Fork and even a request to pay through Fork around the time of the reservation only to find out that apparently they didn’t know who we were and had let out the restaurant for a private event. Pretty bad of Casalta for not bothering to undo the reservation earlier .. clearly v greedy and sloppy and taking advantage of Fork itself. So maybe it’s a good place but if you do try and go there don’t use Fork and double confirm before you set out.

08/08/2024: C’è sempre un certo pregiudizio verso i ristoranti d’albergo, spesso molto ben motivato. Questo, invece, è un luogo perfetto per superarli. L’edificio è di una bellezza commuovente, il borgo è un gioiello, i suoi dintorni non hanno bisogno di presentazioni. Il personale è affabile, la cucina tradizionale è molto curata. I prezzi direi bassi. Attenti a non sbagliarvi col vicino ristorante futura del borgo vicino di abbada isola, che li’ vi danno una sonora fregatura.

25/12/2024: È un posto informale ma con una pizza meravigliosa. D'estate c'è una bella terrazza. Puoi fare anche solo un aperitivo con ottimi vini.

03/03/2025: We stopped at this pizzeria/restaurant as we couldn't find anything open in Poggibonsi. Good pizza, very good and abundant salads. Price and service ok. The place is a bit cold and not very welcoming.

01/01/2025: Ero stata a cena in questo ristorante un paio di volte mangiando sempre bene soprattutto i piatti di pesce quindi quando ho visto il menù per l'ultimo dell'anno non ho esitato a prenotare. Purtroppo la cena si è rivelata pessima, piatti insapore, pasta scotta, pici che dovevano essere in crema di finocchi e cozze serviti senza alcun condimento e papposi, dolce ridicolo un bicchiere di crema, che sinceramente era fatta anche bene, servita con un mini triangolo di pandoro, in pratica un bicchiere di crema da mangiare senza niente, ovviamente impossibile e stucchevole. Ok, il prezzo della cena era contenuto ma questo non è un buon motivo per cucinare male. Inoltre il locale era freddo e c'era corrente d'aria, capirete che la sera di S. Silvestro le signore con gli abiti da sera hanno sofferto il freddo tutta la sera. Che peccato!

13/11/2024: Il locale dispone di una terrazza panoramica. L’interno è un po’ anonimo e scarno. Menu vario e interessante, servizio accurato e cordiale. Ottimi i pigi al ragù bianco e il tortino di zucca. Pessima la tagliata al pepe verde, fredda e dura, immangiabile. È stata però tolta dal conto. Insufficiente il tiramisù.
