Ci è stato servito su un bel piatto decorato di plastica dura e soprattutto la porzione di mio marito era il doppio della mia...assolutamente insapore, le vongole le dovevi Carcare con l'aiuta...3 in tutto il piatto!! Per quanto è come abbiamo mangiato CARISSIMI...a mai più!! Se passate da lì il consiglio è di passare oltre...

09/08/2025: Essentially intentional fraud. But first, the food. The mixed salad consisted only of iceberg lettuce and three walnut halves, so any price is too high. The pizza was worth the price. The staff was great. About the bill: On the last page, a small slip of paper states that 15% is due for service (not tips, the chef keeps the service charge) or €2.50 for pane e coperto. This should be clearly displayed on the menu. The guest has no chance. So I asked for a correction and asked the owner. The owner then became truly abusive, increased the bill even further, and threatened to call the Carabinieri, but then didn't call them because I thought that was a good idea. The following details are rather unimportant; the bottom line remains: every restaurant probably treats its staff and guests better. I can only recommend you walk a few meters further...

01/05/2025: Abbiamo preferito l'ottima cucina senese, a base di carne e pasta fatta in casa a mano, al menu di pesce, e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti: i piatti, molto curati ed appetitosi, di grande qualità, serviti con attenzione, sono stati tutti molto piacevoli. Il locale, di lunga tradizione, è molto piacevole.

30/04/2025: Era la prima volta che ci andavamo, anche se in pieno centro della nostra città. Sapevamo già che non sarebbe stata una cena da poca spesa, però l'importante è che siamo stati benissimo. 24/03/2025: Non posso fare una recensione sul cibo, però posso dire che sono stati veramente scortesi, perchè dopo aver telefonato più volte per confermare prenotazione inviato messaggi, arrivati davanti al ristorante di sabato sera alle 20:00 ristorante chiuso, ci possono essere milioni di motivi per tenere chiuso, ma obbligo avvertire le persone con la prenotazione, comportamento non accettabile, senza alcun rispetto.

19/04/2025: Llegamos aquí cansados y hambrientos. Nos alojamos en una villa cercana y la mayoría de los lugares están cerrados después del almuerzo. Fueron muy amables y nos hicieron los platos como lo solicitamos. Tuvimos un bebé con nosotros y queríamos plato de pollo. La comida era fresca y servida con una sonrisa.

11/12/2024: Locale tipico anni 80, nel bene ma sopratutto nella genuinità dei toscani. Le pizze sono discrete, con i tevoli tutti occupatiu il servizio si rallenta prezzi molto buoni.

23/04/2025: The pizza is good and we always use the home delivery service also because the place is terrible and we don't like spending time there. Sometimes very punctual, sometimes absolutely not... once they even "lost" our ticket with the reservation and we waited 2 hours, biting with hunger, to then put on the pasta for obvious reasons. I repeat, the pizza is good, but when a person calls, they are hungry! And it's not nice to always expect a time that will then change.

19/07/2025: To avoid this cafeteria, simply walk past without looking back. The paninis are absolutely atrocious, with undercooked onions and an unidentifiable sauce.

05/07/2025: Siamo capitati in questo angolino rustico della Val d’Elsa un po’ per caso, un po’ per fame… e meno male! La Bona Osteria ci ha accolti con il sorriso cosa non da poco – due cani di taglia grande trattati come clienti VIP L’atmosfera è calda e genuina, proprio come deve essere in un’osteria dove ci si sente subito a casa. Il servizio? Veloce e gentilissimo. Abbiamo cominciato con un antipasto e poi via con una frittura di pesce croccante e profumata di mare buonissima In sintesi: cibo ottimo, ambiente rustico e accogliente, e un plus non da poco – amici a quattro zampe benvenuti e coccolati.
