04/05/2026: They didn't give us a room at the hotel. They took us to a house across the street. The room was very basic, and the bathroom was old and outdated. The shower was tiny and difficult to use, and the toilet cistern was broken; we had to hit it to get it to work. It was very expensive for the awful room they gave us. I don't recommend it. 20/03/2026: A lovely hotel in San Gimignano, with the owner's courtesy and helpfulness. The only downside was that we had to pay for two coffees in the morning, even though breakfast was included. Sometimes you need a good nose.

29/05/2026: The food was very good, and everything in general was great. Very good.

04/05/2026: We had a great time. The place is very large, with plenty of space both inside and outside on the terrace, which is fenced in and protected from the wind and sun. The staff is very kind and helpful, and above all, very efficient, with fast service. The food is excellent, both the meat and fish, and the portions are quite generous. The desserts are also excellent. The coffee is served almost ristretto (as someone who's used to Turin bars), so if you want a little more, you'll have to specify.

31/12/2025: Honestly the pizza is good, nothing to complain about, but the place needs a good clean and a coat of paint.

10/05/2026: We went for lunch. It was a Monday after a National Holiday so we were very few at the restaurant. We were warmly received by a lady who took our order. The food arrived promptly and it was delicious. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his seabass (the best he had had in a long time). My seafood salad was delicious. We learned later that our waitress was the owner! Maria Antonia (I hope I remember her name correctly) is originally from Sardinia and speaks very good English, she told us she was also the cook! The house wine (white) was very good and overall excellent value for money. I enthusiastically recommend it. We were surprised the place was not full. It's a bit difficult to see the name of the restaurant from the parking lot. Plenty of parking spots.

02/05/2026: Very good food, congratulations..

20/10/2025: An experience not to be repeated...we waited an hour and a half for a plate of penne with tomato sauce and a chicken breast...and the place was practically empty. As soon as we'd eaten our dish, we, like the other three diners, went to pay without even getting our coffee!

15/10/2025: Delicious pizza and friendly service! Our dog was even allowed to come along :)

15/05/2026: Frankly, the Florentine steak I ate, though cooked to perfection, was the worst I've ever eaten, and the bill was definitely not right. Next time I'm in Siena, I'll definitely know where not to eat.

06/04/2026: Honestly, I've been there for lunch before, but today I was very disappointed. I didn't find any taste or seafood flavor—dishes I make at home, too.

22/02/2026: Stay away, both for the food and the restaurant owner. Lunch on February 22nd, reservation with The Fork, for two people. I had pici with mussels and pecorino cheese; basically, it was pici with cherry tomatoes and pecorino cheese, with a few mussels thrown in, without even the faintest hint of mussels (this dish is usually served plain). My wife had fried fish, which tasted average. The best part was the fried anchovies, which were truly inedible and had a terrible flavor. We pointed this out to the waiter and sent them back. I assure you, they were truly inedible. When paying the bill, I pointed this out to the owner, who even joked about it, and obviously added them to the final bill. A terrible experience. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

06/06/2026: We were warmly welcomed, even though we arrived late and the restaurant was packed with cyclists. I'd return to Tuscany just for them.

22/05/2026: Nice and quiet place, friendly and courteous staff. Fantastic Neapolitan-style pizza, truly delicious. Good price for the amount of ingredients on the pizza.
