Maestoso crudo di pesce, spaghettini alle arselle fresche fa-vo-lo-si, un buon dentice al forno con le olive e patate. Tutto freschissimo e ben presentato. Servizio impeccabile fatto da giovani preparati. Abbiamo chiesto una bottiglia di vino inusuale e la temperatura non era perfetta. Prezzi accettabili in proporzione alla grande qualità. 11/11/2025: 5* overall, but to summarize: Let's start with the service, which I would describe as punctual, discreet, and absolutely perfect. The food—every dish is prepared with love, respecting the organoleptic qualities of each ingredient. The result is undoubtedly a well-balanced dish where every bite is a delight for the palate. The presentation of the dishes—here too, you can sense the care and attention, offering what could be described as small works of art. In conclusion, I'd like to say that it's truly difficult to find a restaurant where you feel like a guest and not a customer. Kudos to Raffaele and his staff, who know how to give me an excellent experience every time I visit. Well done everyone!!! Edit: Mine was a business dinner with about ten guests, all extremely surprised and satisfied by this corner of paradise. See you next time 💪🥰

18/11/2025: A place full of "friendliness" in the sense that I've never seen the staff sullen; the girls are always cheerful and smiling, always ready with a polite joke. For an appetizer, we chose a fried fish to nibble on while we waited for the main course, which they cook truly beautifully: the padellaccio. A quick and simple pizza split between four to quell any remaining hunger, very good wines, but the "gem" of the place, a jazz band that played all evening. To say they were excellent is an understatement. In any case, it was a cheerful and fun evening that we will definitely repeat soon.

07/12/2025: An excellent seafood restaurant. Excellent value for money. The only thing to note about the menu is that it's not very varied. We've been dining at Trinchetto quite frequently for several years, but the dishes have remained virtually unchanged. The restaurant is small but well-maintained.

If I had to find anything negative, it would only be the prices. It's true that we're in a high-quality, elegant place, but I think it should be 10-15% cheaper to be perfect.

I had an amazing plate of pasta with mussels, fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked followed by a mix of fried seafood that was light, crispy, and absolutely delicious. You can really taste the freshness of the ingredients and the care that goes into every dish. The sea breeze, the friendly service, and the relaxed atmosphere make the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for authentic coastal flavors and a laid-back seaside vibe, this place is a true gem. Highly recommended!
