I dolci sono diversi dai soliti dolci che trovi in altri ristoranti: ottimi anche quelli, un'esplosione di sapori. Lo staff è cordiale e disponibile. Un'esperienza da rifare.

17/02/2025: Stavo cercando un ristorante diverso dai soliti ,e guardando tra le varie recensioni l occhio è caduto su questo .Infatti le ottime recensioni mi hanno fatto capire che era il locale giusto. Aspettative completamente rispettate. Locale particolarmente intimo con ottima apparecchiatura ,ottimo servizio e con portante ben presentate e molto buone. Il prezzo giusto considerando il locale e cosa ti viene servito ,che può variare a secondo di cosa si vuole bere. Quindi in conclusione se qualcuno cerca un locale per un occasione particolare oppure per assaporare cibi sia di pesce che di carne buoni e con accostamenti particolari può senza indugiare prenotare alla Fascina. Veramente consigliato .

06/02/2025: Efficient and quick service, we had the tasting of seafood crudités and two hot seafood appetizers. The plinths and lamb were all excellent and the presentation of the dish was well prepared. The desserts were good even if a little cloying, in particular the chocolate ingot.

27/01/2025: Siamo stati dopo una partita di calcio. Personalmente trovo che il locale sia bello ma molto stretto. Il menù vario e ben eseguito.

26/01/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo, una domenica. Malgrado il locale fosse pieno, i tempi sono stati giusti. Il locale si trova proprio nel bel centro storico di Pietrasanta (ma comunque il parcheggio pubblico è sufficientemente vicino e quindi è comodo anche per chi, come noi, arriva da fuori) e questo consente di godersi anche una bella passeggiata, prima o dopo il pranzo (o la cena). I camerieri in sala sono gentilissimi. I piatti che abbiamo assaggiato ci sono piaciuti molto (anche se le porzioni non sono “per mangioni”). La presentazione è curata e gli ingredienti sono buoni. Buoni e ben presentati anche i dolci che abbiamo ordinato. Prezzi medio-alti (secondo il mio personale giudizio).

06/02/2025: I love Compitese and have been thinking about trying this restaurant for a long time. We are a bit obsessed with pizza, so we chose a selection of seafood appetizers, excellent and beautiful, and two rather particular pizzas, one with stracciatella and raw prawns, lots of raw prawns, and the other was with Cantabrian anchovies, aubergines and buffalo mozzarella. The pizza dough is particular, not ultra flattened as is the case in Pontedera, where we live, nor high, it was somewhere in between, crunchy and soft, as we say ALIVE and not killed by presses and rolling pins, but above all the seasoning was exceptional, with the anchovies being really good in terms of flavor and consistency and the other with the raw prawns, nice and firm and tasty. Maybe it was missing a bit of colour, especially the aubergines with anchovies gave it too much grey, which then with the anchovies I would have added a couple of fillets of red peppers, but also for Instagram 🤪jokes aside, really excellent pizzas, overall we liked everything a lot, even the coffee had a cream which is now a rarity. No dessert, it's difficult for us to get to dessert, even if it doesn't look like it physically, I know. Prices seem regular to me, of course there are also very particular things, but the prices are fair. I hope to return soon.

26/01/2025: On an unusual suggestive winter evening, on the Camaiore promenade, You come across a restaurant where the food is sublime... the welcome is excellent in a nice, glass-enclosed room. Among many things..... I ate an amazing entrecot! Thank you.

Il pranzo di Natale nonostante le parecchie portate è stato di qualità con la possibilità di riassaggiare più volte gli stessi piatti molto gustosi……Apparecchiatura e presentazione dei piatti molto gradevole. 04/02/2025: I would like to point out that the opinion is not based on the food and the environment as I have not had the "LUCK" of being able to taste their dishes, my opinion is aimed at the reservation service, I have tried dozens and dozens of times to book a table for 2 people for 3 years now, even well in advance but always without success either through the telephone or by email of which I keep track, I understand that the place is probably very small and works with regular customers, but I think it is courteous of the owner to also suggest a possible other availability of date or time to perhaps win over a new loyal customer, which will certainly not happen with me anymore, given that such a situation has never happened to me in 53 years. I congratulate the place for the success it has achieved and I hope it continues like this for a long time, as far as I'm concerned they have closed forever with me, there are certainly many customers around and luckily also good restaurants.
