27/03/2025: I trusted the many positive reviews with which I can not disagree. Very kind staff, fast service, tasty food and generous portions. I enjoyed a truly superb pork stew with sauce. Highly recommended!

23/03/2025: Locale sicuramente che rievoca le trattorie degli anni '60 in pieno stile vintage. Passando al punto principale della visita devo dire che abbiamo trovato tutto molto buono e gustoso. Cibo di qualità e cucinato con gusto e amore. Personale gentile e accogliente. Menù forse non troppo abbondante ma se vuoi trovare la freschezza della quotidianità non puoi pretendere di avere un menù di 5 pagine. Prezzo abbordabile.

11/03/2025: Had a wonderful dinner. After enjoying many great pasta dinners in Italy, we were looking for something different, and we were not disappointed. I had the Vergara Steak and my wife had the grilled Chicken. Both were delicious and great value for the money.

27/03/2025: It's not the first time I come and every time I'm always very satisfied. Mr. Vaiola and his staff are really kind, there's a family atmosphere in the place, you feel at ease. The dishes are perceived as being cooked with passion, like at home. Those who come in always come back.

14/03/2025: Treat yourself to this restaurant if you want to eat where the actual residents of Ragusa eat. Great food (Veal is excellent) and homey/local vibes. 100% recommend.

06/04/2025: What a discovery!! Restaurant recommended by our b&b for its authenticity, it is indeed the case! Real Sicilian cuisine, full of flavors (the swordfish pasta is excellent) in the pedestrian center of Castellamare. The service is very pleasant, a very good atmosphere reigns here. All for a very reasonable price, it was perfect.

04/04/2025: Stopped by recommendation of friends. We order swordfish meatballs and busiate allo scoglio, both excellent. For dessert a cassatella, delicious. But making it all 5 stars, the waiter (I didn't understand if part of the family or just an employee), really nice and entertainer.

22/02/2025: We had a great evening with good food, service and wine. We were welcomed with open arms. The food was carefully explained and so was the wine. The food was excellent including the bread and the desserts. This was the best food we had so far during our trip. You pay a bit more however not only the food but also the service is fantastic. I asked for an expresso martini and they just made it. Nothing was too much for them.

15/02/2025: Excellent cuisine and very warm and friendly atmosphere. All dishes are prepared with the freshest local ingredients. We have lived here for 3 years and have been to all the restaurants in the area, including the Michelin guide. Noka is truly one of the best experiences. My personal recommendation is gyoza, truffle pork, a delicious dessert made with baked ricotta and strawberries.

03/01/2025: Five stars for the quality of the fish and the hospitality of the restaurant which allowed, at the last moment, to welcome us and make us a first course off the menu! We will return possibly for the tasting

23/12/2024: Restaurant for special occasions. The tasting menu allows you to try a notable variety of top quality dishes. The service is top notch and the staff very helpful. The bill (even if demanding) fully reflects the value of the restaurant.

17/03/2025: Sono stato a mangiare qui diverse volte ed abbiamo mangiato sempre bene! L'unica pecca secondo me....e ripeto secondo me, sta nel menù proposto. Non tanto per il numero di portate proposte...anche perché su questo non posso entrare nel merito, perché legato sicuramente ad una politica aziendale...ma nella variazione ciclica del menù! Come dicevo all'inizio sono statovqui diverse volte , ma il menu e sempre lo stesso; anche se ad honor del vero, mi sono stati proposti altri primi piatti fuori menu! Buono il servizio e tanta cordialità...prezzo nella norma

02/03/2025: Esperienza culinaria davvero eccezionale. Attenzione ai dettagli..Ogni piatto..Squisito, dal sapore raffinato, di ottima qualità. Allegherò qualche foto per dare un senso di autenticità a quanto detto. Le foto raffigurano l'antipasto: " L'abbuffata di Mare " Il Secondo: ," E che Cavolo !

03/04/2025: Very accommodating, friendly chef. The fish/seafood was fresh of the day. We tested 4 different dishes and everything tasted very good. Definitely a recommendation and we would love to come back!

01/04/2025: A seaside trattoria with all the trimmings! Just fresh fish, freshly cooked. Tasty dishes and excellent flavor combinations give a touch of originality to the menu. By the way...the caponata...sublime, made as per the Sicilian recipe, the right balance of sweet and sour.

27/03/2025: It's a real shame if you think about the location and how warm and welcoming it is, to find such a service. The QR code for the menus didn't work and we asked for paper menus so we could choose what to eat, we're still waiting we had to make do with the QR code of the next table because after more than half an hour waiting we were tired of asking. The lady arrives to order and asks us if we're ready, we say yes and our friend starts to say what she had chosen and she rudely turns around and says "Wait!", I don't know... To top it all off the pizzas arrive after 2 HOURS, not to say but two actual hours. We ordered at 9:30 pm and the pizzas arrive at 11:30 pm. One of my guests received a "baby" sized pizza, evidently not stretched properly and we point it out and the girl tells us "the size is just right", no other explanation. My pizza arrives later than all the others and it's also burnt, evidently it came out of the oven too late. A real shame, I had good expectations and instead they were all disappointed. PS. Waiting two hours for pizzas on a Saturday night still today for me means just not knowing how to organize yourself for a service. I'm sorry.

14/01/2025: Serata di Capodanno da non ripetere mai più. Valore della serata 95€ p.p con cibo immangiabile,l unico buono era quello dei bambini. Peccato perché il locale merita. Mi dispiace ma non ci ritornerò ne per capodanno ne per un altra occasione e neppure posso consigliarlo. Non capisco, cosa cambia tra un matrimonio e un cenone?dato che per gli eventi abbiamo mangiato sempre bene.

26/12/2024: I relied on this structure to celebrate my daughter's 18th and I found myself not well, but very well. The spacious and well-furnished rooms provided a splendid setting for the event. The owner was available to guarantee the service even on the evening of December 25th, an element not to be overlooked. The food was very good. A truly more than positive balance sheet. If you don't know this place, you absolutely must go.
