04/08/2025: A few nights ago we had dinner here. Just walking in, you sense it's a sophisticated, elegant, intimate, welcoming, and extremely hospitable place. The staff is highly trained, attentive, and attentive, with great courtesy and kindness. The service was prompt, and we were pleasantly guided and advised. While waiting for our appetizers, we indulged in artisanal French fries, grown and produced on the property. Crispy and not at all greasy, they were light and delicious—I could have eaten loads of them. One of the appetizers was a real pain to eat, despite its visual beauty and exquisite presentation, with a touch of artistry and skill. The fried food was excellent, using high-quality ingredients. The first course was a delicious linguina cavalieri, where both ingredients, sea urchins and clams, were recognizable, and perfectly cooked. The dessert, offered on the house, was delightful and soft as a cloud. We tried an alternative spritz, recommended: the "Spritz Matisse," which was truly delicious, refreshing, and far removed from the usual cloying Aperol taste. The interior rooms are characteristic of the Salento area, and offer a stunning backdrop for Matisse's works. 27/07/2025: I went to dinner this evening for the first time. I was blown away by the deliciousness of the dishes and the kindness and friendliness of the owners. The waiters were young and polite. The appetizers were unique and delicious, including seafood ravioli with a sauce that would make your taste buds explode. Letizia, you're the 🔝

26/07/2025: We just came back from spending time in the town of Squinzano. The food was excellent, super delicious, homemade pasta and the atmosphere super friendly. The owners are the sweetest people. We loved the homemade meatballs, pasta and the fried seafood. Anecdote : we needed to take our food to go but didn't have plastic utensils at the place we were staying, I asked Cristian if they had plastic utensils to go and he said "sorry, no" but then, he got some of the restaurant silverware and hand it to me in a bag and said:"bring it back before you leave". If you ever close to the town of Squinzano, you have to stop by Letizia and Cristian restaurant they will treat you like family.

Paolo, Federica, and Simona are special people: welcoming, smiling, and always attentive to detail. The refined, well-kept, and relaxing atmosphere is perfect for enjoying lunch or dinner away from the hustle and bustle of Otranto. Highly recommended for those seeking quality, courtesy, and a unique atmosphere.

16/07/2025: We stayed at this hotel for a week, three of us, in two rooms, and had a wonderful time. The rooms were very clean and fully equipped, the breakfast was plentiful, and the location was very quiet, perfect for those who want to relax without stress and chaos. We ate in the hotel restaurant all week. The food was truly top-notch, and you could taste the work of a skilled chef. The fish was fresh and the pasta dishes were excellent. We loved the desserts! Ms. Filomena made us feel welcomed and pampered the entire time; she knows her job. Thanks to the young people who work here, always smiling, helpful, and polite. You can tell the owners care a lot about their training. We hope to return very soon!!! Greetings to all the staff at the Li Pali Hotel.

03/07/2025: Top restaurant in the center of Lecce, excellent location on the terrace, fresh fish, the owner Francesco a wonderful person and qualified, helpful and kind staff. Highly recommended. Very fresh fish for lovers of raw food with a variety of choices. Reservations are recommended for the terrace.

05/08/2025: We've been back when we're on vacation in the area; it's a must. Dinner for four, location with a spectacular view, excellent food as always. If I may recommend something, I think the paccheri and the mixed fried rice dishes are great for everyone, so gluten-free. All dishes are also available gluten-free. And last but not least, the service was excellent and knowledgeable. See you next time.

05/08/2025: I didn't have a good experience... I saw a menu online with good prices. You show up in person and a pasta dish with mussels costs 13 euros more, which is a bit more expensive.

Efficient staff that puts you at ease to enjoy a pleasant evening with friends dedicated to good food. Very friendly staff and a location with both indoor and outdoor seating, with the option of dining in a secluded area away from the main pedestrian area. The dishes are predominantly seafood, but all are fresh and delicious. The quality/price ratio is definitely favorable: if you go to Otranto, go here, and I recommend booking because it fills up quickly.

29/07/2025: Eccellente in tutto. Ambiente confortevole e rassicurante. Personale semplice ma preparato , professionale e molto simpatico e disponibile. Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto completo per 4 con tanta varietà e ottime materie prime ben lavorate. Poi abbiamo proseguito con dei primi piatti tutti buonissimi , in particolare gli Gnocchi con frutti di mare e stracciatella una goduria assoluta. Anche i dolci buonissimi. Il tutto pagando un conto più che onesto e meritato. Consigliatissimo.

I piatti sono una esplosione di gusto, con abbinamenti ricercati e mai banali attraverso l’utilizzo di materie prime particolari. Il servizio é anch’esso eccellente, tempi ottimi e ragazze gentilissime e disponibili.

07/08/2025: Una chicca nel cuore di Galatina, situato in una piccola piazzetta caratteristica, è un ristorante elegante, silenzioso, con uno staff super gentile e tutto al femminile! Il cibo è ottimo, con piatti particolari ma che richiamano sempre la tradizione. Per non parlare dei dolci...super consigliato il semifreddo con linfa di mandorle! È uno di quei luoghi che ti lasciano tanta nostalgia e tanta voglia di tornarci!!

Ogni assaggio delle pietanze, curate sotto ogni aspetto è un’esplosione di gusto, un mix irresistibile di sapori, sapientemente consigliati dal proprietario accogliente, preparato e gentilissimo! 15/07/2025: Perfect food! I tried salmon with coffee and it was a nice experience. Salmon well cooked and crispy outside, very soft inside. Wine menu is wide and nice. Staff is very friendly and nice. Sometimes service is slow or they are forgetting some meals but its because of busyness and you will forget about it when you get your food. Only suggestion to restaurant can be prepare salads according to order. We ordered salad and it made probably couple of hours ago and put in fridge. Its still fresh and ok but salad started becoming black and looking loose. Totally recommend in general.
