Interno con tavoli spaziosi, bianche tovaglie, stile marinaro. Menù di pesce,anche crudo, sempre fresco. Ottime materie prime, pane di loro produzione con farina di Buratto, servito ancora caldo. Prezzi onesti per la qualità. Servizio rapido e cortese. Ottimo sconto con The Fork. Noi torniamo spesso.

15/06/2025: Pranzo di Domenica 8 Giugno con 25 soci del Touring Club Italiano. Avevo prenotato con ampio anticipo prefissando il menu e il prezzo. Locale minimalista senza troppe pretese che ha il suo forte nei piatti di pesce a prezzi contenuti. I commensali hanno espresso unanimemente un giudizio largamente positivo. E' un locale che consiglio a chi si trova nei dintorni di Torino.

06/05/2025: For the first time for lunch I went to this restaurant located on the main avenue of Collegno, what can I say? Why didn't I go there before? High quality of food, courtesy of the owner Luca special. A place that left me pleasantly surprised. Special note also to the desserts…. What can I say, overall, 10 times yes!

10/06/2025: Everything is excellent, from the glasses of wine, to the Russian with black truffle and bread net, to the abundant and light courgette flowers (yellow batter, mint, mango, burrata), to the breaded sanato, to the gianduiotto. 10/06/2025: Last night I celebrated my birthday with my family by having dinner at the Mare Nostrum restaurant. The place is very nice, with wooden tables and chairs, poor art style furniture, wooden floor and stone base, very beautiful. The mise en place is minimal but in tune with the environment. The staff is very kind, present, not intrusive and very attentive. The food was really good: very fresh fish and very well cooked, just the right portions. After ordering, we received our dishes very quickly. We tried the mixed appetizer, tagliolini with lobster, mixed raw food, fish soup, grilled vegetables and zabaglione. As already said, everything was really good. The wine list is also very interesting. I highly recommend the Mare Nostrum restaurant if you want to eat good fish in Turin! I conclude with a thank you to the staff who will have understood from a few words said at the table that it was the birthday of one of us and, at the end, they brought us a dessert with a candle!

Appena varcata la soglia, si è accolti da personale caloroso e disponibile che ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio. Il menù è una celebrità, ovvero una un’escursione di sapori italiani che riescono ad equilibrare tradizione e innovazione in modo sorprendente. La qualità dei prodotti, la freschezza del pesce e l’eccellenza delle carni tenere e saporite, qualunque sia la scelta, per la magistrale competenza e sapienza dello chef, rendono ogni boccone una delizia: sorprendenti, sempre, sono i primi, i contorni, i vini, e i dolci ancora di più. Attento e impeccabile il servizio. I camerieri professionali (un particolare complimento va alla giovanissima donna) sempre pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda e suggerire consigli sui piatti e i vini. Nulla è incomprensibile, sai sempre quello che mangi, anche nei particolari. **Il Brigantino** è senza dubbio uno dei migliori ristoranti di Torino in cui, effettivamente, ci si ristora. La qualità del cibo, l’eccellenza del servizio e l’ambiente perfetto si combinano e generano una atmosfera culinaria memorabile. Consiglio questo ristorante a chiunque di un pranzo o di una cena voglia ricordare un’esperienza.
