A special thanks to Carlo: impeccable. He recommended the perfect wine with rare expertise and kindness, making us feel looked after but never invasive. He's someone who truly knows how to do his job, with passion. Pleasant setting, relaxed atmosphere, and customer service that makes all the difference. We were delighted, truly. A place that deserves an A+, without a second thought.

03/05/2026: May Day lunch. Despite the crowded restaurant, the staff is very efficient, as is the kitchen, and the wait times are short. The menu is typically Riviera, nothing too fancy, but good dishes in generous portions. The main courses, grilled and fried, are excellent. Amazing value for money, with first and second courses, water, wine, and coffee all costing less than €40 per person.

09/06/2026: One of the best fish soups in Fano. Excellent seafood, fast and friendly service (especially the owner, who acts as a public relations assistant), and a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The only downside is the prices aren't exactly cheap (and at the soup festival, it was advertised as participating in the special €25 price, but the receipt was €30).

The restaurant is elegant, with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light, and outdoor dining is also available. The fish is excellent and beautifully cooked. Definitely try the brodetto, it's delicious!

The kitchen, directed by young chef Mirko, is simply extraordinary in its ability to combine tradition and modernity. A journey of flavors, taste, and authenticity with the local area. Dishes crafted with meticulous attention to detail that reveal the research and passion behind them. You can sense true values ​​such as respect for people and work, trust, and pride in belonging to our unique identity, made up of products unique in the world, all seasoned with a great sense of humility built day after day. An experience worth repeating. Simply excellent.

The elegant setting offers impeccable service, and what I appreciated most—the reason I chose to go—is that despite the predominantly seafood menu, it also includes some delicious and beautifully presented vegan dishes. Unfortunately, this isn't a given in this area, and it demonstrates a far-sighted vision of the restaurant industry that certainly deserves recognition and recognition.
