27/03/2025: This little restaurant is a real gem! I have been there several times, both for lunch and dinner, and I will always continue to go there with pleasure for the perfect mix of impeccable service, welcoming environment and refined menu. The lunch menu is smaller than the dinner, which is more refined and sophisticated, but for both services the taste and quality are undeniable. I recommend it to anyone who is in the center and wants to stay away from the tourist restaurants which unfortunately suffocate the historic centre.

15/02/2025: Dinner as a couple in this restaurant with truly elegant and refined interiors (one of the two restaurants of the Grand hotel et de Milan). Friendly staff and always attentive to needs: overall I would say impeccable. As for the menu, chef Gennaro Esposito skilfully combines elements of Neapolitan cuisine (his land of origin) with the Milanese culinary tradition. The mixed pasta soup is surprising, the lemon-scented saffron risotto and the turbot are excellent; less appreciated was the 'mbuttunato (stuffed) squid, which has pepper as its predominant element, which however was not specified in the menu. Overall a highly recommended restaurant.

22/03/2025: Tried this restaurant a few days ago. Despite the nice location, the quality of the fish is terrible (in all the dishes you can taste that they use frozen products) and the service is not very attentive. We had spaghetti with clams and it was pasta, oil, parsley and 10 clams placed on top without flavor (frozen). Also in the Catalan shellfish appetizer there were the classic frozen shrimps from the supermarket together with completely acidic tomatoes. The prices are lower than the average in Milan but if the quality is that I strongly advise against setting foot there and instead buy the fish and shellfish at Esselunga which are much better and cost less. I advise the restaurant to change suppliers (even increasing the prices to the public) to give an acceptable quality to their customers.

22/03/2025: I have known this restaurant for years, but it has been a long time since I went back. What can I say? After many years, it is confirmed as a certainty. Good food, welcoming place and the service is always attentive, kind and welcoming. Absolutely recommended, also for the quality/price ratio.

21/03/2025: Not a wide variety of dishes on the menu but if you want to eat a nice good fillet, highly recommended, really really good.

04/03/2025: We tried this place because it was recommended to us and I must say that it significantly exceeded expectations. Nice place, well furnished and welcoming. Kind and attentive staff who welcomed us by offering some fish samples and focaccia. Really welcome. Very good dishes. Tried both first courses and pizza. Generous portions and with quality ingredients. Average prices. Recommended YES.

26/02/2025: Pre-theatre dinner. Very large environment, with many tables (perhaps sometimes a little too close together), but welcoming. The layout of the mezzanine is beautiful. Focaccia-based appetizer and final desserts accompanied by coffee included in the cover charge, very welcome and excellent. The schnitzel Milanese was well cooked and tasty, slightly thicker than other restaurants but for me that was a positive. The yellow risotto with ossobuco was well creamed and tasty. Very thin and well made pizza. Bill in line with restaurants in the area. Quick and courteous service. Definitely recommended.

22/03/2025: Lunch break. Pleasant, well-kept place, developed in an L. Fast, attentive service. Enjoyed the food, a workhorse of Nordic cuisine: ossobuco with peas! A note of merit for the bread: I was told that it is baked by the restaurant: plausible, because it is delicious and well leavened. I will return.

03/04/2025: I went to this place with my family, I had the opportunity to try the fried gnocco accompanied by various types of cheeses, the focaccia and a vegetable couscous. To complete an excellent tiramisu. The food is delicious, I particularly loved the couscous full of tasty vegetables and beautifully presented. There is good value for money. I recommend trying this restaurant for a dinner with friends or family. They also organize evenings with music.

16/03/2025: Nice place, good couple who ran the karaoke, terrible acoustics and system. Good service. Terrible pizza, only light beer, average prices. Big disappointment

21/02/2025: A “worker’s canteen” type restaurant, very good value for money. Starter, main course and side menu and drink for €10. Same for pizza. Simple but good dishes Very correct proportion.

14/02/2025: Unfortunately they have changed management and the kitchen has gotten much worse. Bruschetta with untoasted bread, spaghetti with clams full of sand... the risotto was good but apart from that unfortunately nothing was saved. It's a shame because for us it was a security, good food at honest prices... we won't go back again
