17/12/2025: Poor service and mediocre food (gnocchi alla sorrentina). They say the place is closing... so much the better!

08/12/2025: The place is bright and spacious. All the pizzas we ordered were very good. The only flaw is that they sometimes had a burnt edge. You can choose from various pizza doughs, including charcoal-fired pizza. The staff is efficient and very courteous. Unfortunately, the wait times are very long because many pizzas are delivered to your door. Half an hour isn't enough time to be served at your table. The bathrooms have been fixed and are now fully functional, clean, and even have hot water. The automatic dryer works perfectly. I returned to this pizzeria again at lunchtime and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the bright and less crowded atmosphere, which made the experience more enjoyable. The last time I returned, on December 8, 2025, I wasn't satisfied with the pizza, because the "buffalo fondue" turned out to be a splash of cream or some other cold liquid, while the "grana padano dop wafer" was dry, cold, and hard, placed on top of the pizza.

07/03/2026: We returned to Rosso Pomodoro to enjoy a fantastic pizza and even though it was full we only waited 10 minutes, the service makes you feel at home, compliments to Mrs. Vagna who is unmatched in kindness and friendliness, she is a great pizza chef, keep it up 👏👏👏

08/03/2026: The premise seemed good, but be careful, because it doesn't mention that along with the 18th birthday tickets, tickets are sold to huge outside groups, both in the afternoon (until 10 pm) and in the evening. In our case, we only discovered that evening that a Latin American night had been organized, so the music was Latin music all evening. To get commercial music (which had been guaranteed on several occasions), the birthday girl and her guests had to constantly ask the DJ, only getting two or three commercial tracks. The disorganized cloakroom (which greatly delayed guests' access to the party and then their exit when the tickets didn't match the jackets) is just a minor detail compared to the atmosphere we found upon arrival, which was very different from what we might have imagined from the description of the evening we'd been given during our inspection of the venue. The owners try to accommodate requests, but unfortunately, mixing too many different situations and types of guests together, I believe, only creates great confusion and discomfort for everyone. What a shame!

23/11/2025: Our favorite seafood restaurant! Don't be fooled by the decor; I really like it because it's quaint and unique, though I understand it might not be to everyone's taste. But the real star here is the fish: incredibly fresh raw, simply unbeatable. The waitress is always very kind and attentive, a real plus. Congratulations! 😍

It's strange that a restaurant in the city center was practically empty around 9 pm on a Saturday. We were the second customers to dine. The prices were average. The sign outside says "Italian," but I don't mean to be racist, but it's not.

14/02/2026: Good evening. My daughter and her classmates went to dinner on Tuesday, February 10th. Some of them spent the night in the emergency room, on IVs, suffering from food poisoning. In addition to the pasta with sour tomato sauce, smelly meat, and potatoes fried in used fish oil, they found toxic spicy oil. Not content, they insulted the teacher who complained. This place is profiting off the backs of teenagers. I don't understand how they're still open.

20/06/2025: I was sitting in the restaurant, just settling in and trying to decide what to order. The food looked promising — presentation was clearly a priority. As I looked around, something caught my attention: the plants. They looked like they were struggling a bit in the heat. I thought, "Would it be possible to get a bit of water for them?" — not to cause trouble, just trying to help keep the space looking as nice as the food. When I asked, the atmosphere shifted noticeably. It felt like my question created friction. It seems like my request was taken the wrong way. Was there something about how I said it? Is there a reason that kind of request might be sensitive here? Just across the road, there’s another restaurant. The vibe over there is immediately more relaxed and welcoming — the kind of place that makes you want to linger. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to eat there this time. Still, I left wondering: What kind of culture is the team here trying to build? Because the food shows promise — it’s just the warmth that was missing.

26/05/2025: Excellent cuisine, not an overwhelming number of dishes to choose from, but great quality and attention. They don't pressure you to clear the table, which is extremely pleasant.

21/02/2026: The place is nice, the staff is good. We had a carbonara and meat, not bad, nothing exceptional, but not bad. Why 3 stars? Prices are senseless... €9 cover charge for 2 people + a child...we ordered a small portion of pasta with tomato sauce, which cost €11... 60g of pasta with tomato sauce, which must have cost €1.50, and was resold for €11. The carbonara was not bad, but it was definitely not worth €18. The meat was okay. We went because we were tired. If I weren't a tourist, I wouldn't go back, even though the staff was good and the food was not bad. It's absolutely not worth the price.
