16/06/2025: Cena di lavoro, siamo in 11 e scegliamo circa 8 piatti completamente diversi tra loro. Il risultato? Arrivano tutti nello stesso istante. Gran sincronismo tra lo staff, piatti belli da vedere ed ottimi da gustare. Non si smentiscono mai!. Sempre una garanzia.

06/08/2025: Their beef is absolutely perfect, the one for two people is especially outstanding. It’s important to note, that their prices are somewhat higher than average. Staff is really friendly and charismatic.

16/06/2025: Unfortunately, exceptionally, I find myself writing a not very positive review. In particular, the dishes that were not exceptional, namely the potatoes at the base of the octopus were raw and tasteless, the first courses were also tasteless and of low quality from the point of view of pairing (I had to add oil otherwise the tagliatelle were difficult to pick up with a fork). After the first course, there was no waiter who asked us "is everything to your liking" ... "would you like something else" ... in the end, after 20 minutes with the first course plates empty, I had to ask the waiter if he could kindly take the plates away and proceed with the rest. The dessert was good ... 1 out of 5 pleasant. My children's strawberry ice cream had pieces of ice in it. Well ... the location was a positive note. Maybe I was not welcome ... maybe I had 3 children ... who made less noise than the adults at the adjacent table. Have a good evening!

18/07/2025: My family and I have been frequenting Pettirosso for about twenty years. We can say it's our favorite restaurant. The excellent Chef Rossano, Mrs. Emanuela, who is truly kind and the perfect hostess, and Mr. Simone, who is equally kind and very professional, always make us feel welcomed, pampered, and at home. The difference (compared to home) is that the cuisine is top-notch; the Chef's dishes are always delicious, never boring, and sophisticated; the service is always attentive and classy. For us, it's the best in our area: keep it up, and thank you for everything!

20/06/2025: Gran restaurante con verdadera cocina italiana, y un gran servicio. Ambiente agradable y grandes recomendaciones con maridaje de vinos a los platos. Recomendaría encarecidamente pasar por un bocado de comida.

10/08/2025: My wife and I had lunch today, Sunday, at this lovely restaurant, arriving from Canton Ticino, where we live. It's a quiet place, with a cool, shaded terrace. Believe me, we didn't eat well, but... it was excellent! The food was excellent: delicious fresh porcini mushrooms, fresh and perfectly cooked fish, a wide selection of Sicilian dishes, each one better than the last... I recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, enjoyable lunch or dinner. The price was fair. The owners were very friendly. Thank you, it was a truly wonderful experience. We will definitely be back.

16/07/2025: Allergy awareness and customer service: zero. Various seed oils used everywhere, even in the pizza dough and pasta water. Our nut allergy sufferer couldn't eat anything, but we were notified only after the appetizers arrived (so we couldn't leave). The allergen wasn't listed on the menu. Finally, they made a tomato pasta dish "separated from the rest of the pasta" (...) and charged 9 euros for this gourmet dish!!!

03/09/2025: It was very nice. The food was very good, but unfortunately I wasn't satisfied with the calamari. The atmosphere was wonderful, the waiters very polite. The lake is very close, which is why we chose this restaurant. The prices are a bit high.

24/08/2025: Avoid this place. It's a rainy Sunday morning at the end of August. We ask a waiter if they do breakfast, and he says yes. We sit down and are brought four empty croissants (there was no jam) of such poor quality that they seem packaged, two cappuccinos, one coffee, and two juices. Total: €38.20. We'll definitely avoid returning to this place for the next twenty days of our stay in Como.

24/08/2025: I had an absolutely wonderful experience here! The food was amazing and the service was equally impressive: the staff were very friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. One small gesture really stood out: when my bag slipped from the back of my chair, a waiter immediately noticed, found an extra chair, and brought it over so I could place my bag on it. Such thoughtful attention to detail was very appreciated. On top of all this, the prices are fantastic for Como, making the whole experience feel like an incredible value. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back!

19/08/2025: It's a shame they don't consider lactose intolerant people. If you remove the mozzarella, the other ingredients remain standard.

19/08/2025: Enjoyed my stay and dinner here, lovely staff and comfortable room, closeby a nice quiet swimming spot at the lake. Breakfast was amazing. The piano was also a great detail, sorry I couldn't end up playing for the girl that asked, I was stuck waiting for a boat in the afternoon :(

16/08/2025: The food was alright, but the service was less than ideal for this type of place. The staff came across as selective and borderline rude. We were questioned unnecessarily about our reservation even though the restaurant was half empty (and stayed that way throughout). On top of that, plates were taken away abruptly, making the whole experience feel unwelcoming.

31/07/2025: It's my favorite place. I always leave delighted. Everything is always delicious and very well prepared. The fruit sorbets are exceptional.
