04/06/2026: We ate at the restaurant and the service was exceptional. We were with children and the staff were very kind and friendly. The food was excellent! I recommend it and will return whenever I can!

The service is good, although it's unclear how you get a table near the lake; it seems like the seating is assigned arbitrarily... The most disappointing part, however, is the food. It's very basic, with low-to-medium-quality ingredients and tiny portions by Italian standards. I honestly wouldn't recommend it, except for the breathtaking view.

Given that it's located just a stone's throw from the center of Como and the highway exits, just walking through the door of "Cascina da Rosa" gives you a clear idea of ​​who you're dealing with. Everything borders on perfection; elegance blends with sobriety, welcoming you with an inviting atmosphere. The apartments are modern and functional, fully equipped, with attention to every detail to make you feel at home. This is especially true thanks to the constant presence of the owners, attentive and available to meet your every need. The real strength, however, lies in the heart of the restaurant. Simply exceptional, both in terms of the raw materials used and the cuisine, the food you'll enjoy is undoubtedly among the best in Italy. Definitely don't miss spending a few days there! The cleanliness is impeccable, and the beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Special mention goes to the soundproofing and the beautiful view from the window. The staff are the real asset of the property. Professional and always smiling, they are always available to offer advice on local attractions and attentive to our every need. The icing on the cake is the restaurant: delicious dishes, attention to detail, and prompt, impeccable table service. The location is strategic and extremely convenient. The hotel is located in a central yet quiet area, ideal for walking around and easily reaching the main points of interest. Easy to reach and perfect as a base.

23/01/2026: Got into this place unexpectedly, so we didn't have a reservation. However the staff has found a nice place for us. The dinner was fabulous: fresh products, excellent blend of tastes. The dishes were served quickly. This restaurant is an exceptional combination of delicious food, service, fantastic venue with a lake view and overall good atmosphere. We didn't try their wine selection though, but I believe it will be worth your attention 😉

18/05/2026: The meat was excellent, very tender and delicious. The cheese pizza was good. The service was generally good. The dessert was really very good, perhaps a little too sweet, but very tasty. Overall, a good meal.

03/05/2026: Comfortable place, excellent service, kind and helpful staff, they have lactose-free milk, it's a rare thing to find this, great price, in the parking lot they have 2 spaces for charging electric cars, you can pay in several ways, they don't touch the money with your hands because they have a machine that sucks up the notes and throws out the change, excellent solution, the only flaw at 8 in the morning only three types of croissants, otherwise I recommend it.

14/05/2026: Overall, a nice place. The owner at the entrance is friendly. Service is fast, with the waiter taking orders while he's too focused on his own. He orders and goes... what a shame... like a number that consumes and goes... The quality isn't great, nor is it praiseworthy... overall, it's sufficient, but the quality of the fish didn't convince me. Is it soft fried? Soft batter? Like it was reheated and not made fresh... what a shame.

The grilled fish was plentiful, with fresh fish cooked to perfection. The desserts also won us over: a light and fragrant millefeuille, and a truly excellent tiramisu. Friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. Definitely a place to return to!
