14/12/2025: I've been coming here for lunch for several years, and it's always a pleasure! The lake appetizer and baked tench with polenta... finger-licking good!

12/11/2025: What a charming hotel in a perfect location right on the lake! There are reserved parking spaces directly in front of the building. We had a lovely room with a small balcony. Not ultra-modern, but in excellent condition. We were the only guests in the hotel in November, yet we were still treated with great care. Breakfast was also excellent. The atmosphere by the lake was wonderful, both in the morning and in the evening. Clusane is less hectic than other towns on the lake, but has everything you need for a short break. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

01/05/2026: An excellent experience in every way. We had lunch on the panoramic terrace, which offers a pleasant view and a truly charming atmosphere. The food is the highlight: the fish dish I ordered was incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. The service was impeccable, attentive but never intrusive. The quality-price ratio was good for the quality of the food. I will definitely be back!

13/07/2026: Very nice beach, fairly high prices (an umbrella and two loungers cost €50). With aperitifs, only peanuts and chips. Recommended for a different kind of day.

12/07/2026: We stopped to eat with my son 2 cutlets, both were rotten you could smell the rotten smell, probably they thought that breading and frying would go away the smell but that's not the case, unfortunately I tasted I hope nothing happens otherwise 😥

25/05/2026: It was our third time at this restaurant, and the last. The service was incredibly slow. We ordered at 12:55, and at 2:00 they were still waiting for the first course. I asked for a replacement glass of Lugana (which we were given right away, and was already warm!)... But when I saw a couple who had ordered at 1:25 eat at 1:50, I got pretty pissed! We cancelled the second courses! We were also disappointed with the dishes we received: casoncelli with cream and speck, the filling was incredibly hard, and above all, lukewarm! Bigoli with sardines had a bitter aftertaste (burnt)! Goodbye...

31/05/2026: Excellent seafood menu inside the mall with gluten-free options. They're in the food court, so there's no dedicated seating, and at peak times, it can be difficult to find a seat. The value is excellent, and the portions are generous, but don't expect English-style fish and chips.

15/03/2026: A simple and super welcoming place, owners Pietro and Flora always welcome you with a smile and are always ready to accommodate your every need. The pizza is excellent, very light and super digestible, even the fried one. But the must-try is the fish, Pietro puts passion and precision into every dish, the desserts are definitely worth trying... friendliness, quality, and Neapolitan simplicity!!! Highly recommended for families and groups 🫶🏻

10/06/2026: We visited this restaurant because dinner was included in our hotel booking and was supposed to be a four-course meal. After a ten-day trip to Italy, we unfortunately have to say: This was by far the worst restaurant experience we had in Italy. The obvious difference between the hotel guests with the included meal and the regular paying guests was particularly disappointing. While the neighboring tables were being served beautifully presented, appetizing dishes, we received carelessly presented meals, some of which didn't even match our menu selection. Some of the dishes looked like simple, deep-fried frozen food and had little to do with Italian cuisine. The service unfortunately didn't improve the experience. Our waiter gave the impression that he was completely indifferent to the guests. Friendliness or interest in the guests' well-being was nowhere to be seen. Even the dessert was a disappointment and seemed like a cheap frozen product from a discount store. By the end of the evening, we even had an unpleasant feeling in our stomachs and were glad to leave the restaurant quickly. It's very disappointing when guests are clearly treated differently because of a hotel package. This has a clear consequence for us: even though we're spending two more nights here, we definitely won't be visiting this restaurant again. P.S.: The hotel itself is excellent and has nothing to do with the quality of this restaurant. Our criticism is directed solely at the restaurant.

18/05/2026: The owner was very rude and insulted me. The cutlets were raw. I paid anyway, but instead of apologizing, she didn't give me a receipt and attacked me because I didn't want the same cutlet again. A terrible experience, I wouldn't recommend it. The waiters were very kind.

19/06/2026: Excellent seafood dinner. I came with my girlfriend and we really enjoyed both the raw seafood, which was fresh and plentiful, and the spaghetti with clams, which was truly delicious. Friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. A positive experience in every way, we'll definitely be back.

06/05/2026: the staff is very rude, we were told after we already ate that we connor split the bill, afterwards i was told to shut up! then suddenly it was possible to split the bill. all in all - the food was tolerable BUT the service is inacceptable and i will definitely NEVER retour again!!!🤬

06/05/2026: Initially a good place and nice atmosphere, then after the food order went down, I ordered a pizza with sausages on top, in my opinion frozen pizza and 4/5 sausages on top, (there was also pizza with pineapple on the menu...) the prices do not reflect reality at all, a classic tourist trap
