21/07/2025: We went to La Spezia for a short vacation, and while searching for restaurants near the meeting point where we were staying, we found this restaurant. We personally loved both the food and the friendliness of the staff. Recommended.

07/07/2026: Don't call it a pizzeria. Sure, the pizzas are excellent, too. But it's with fish that it really shines. Unfortunately, there are no photos of the peppered mussels, the stewed baby octopus, the mixed fried fish, and the wonderful marinated anchovies: we ate them all without having the time or inclination to take out our smartphones. We ate under the porticos, the perfect place for summer lunches: the breeze helps, it avoids the heat inside, without air conditioning, and even the stuffiness under the awnings, which are beautiful but overdone in this summer's heat. What else to say? The fish is incredibly fresh and excellent, well-cooked. Family service, a lovely atmosphere. We'll keep coming; it's always worth it.

The choice is not easy, and everything is delicious. A good restaurant, the staff is friendly and attentive. We were satisfied. Like if you enjoyed the review.

14/08/2026: We went for breakfast and a snack: spectacular views overlooking the sea near the little church of Sant'Ampelio. Generous brioches filled with Nutella and jam, friendly and attentive service with glasses of water to accompany cappuccinos and biscuits, clean bathrooms: nothing better to start a beautiful day in Bordighera. The violet ice cream is unique.

13/08/2026: Very bad experience at La Réserve in Bordighera. We came today as 6 people, with a 4-year-old daughter, and frankly, the reception was really bad. We waited about 15 minutes at the entrance, in full heat, without anyone coming to see us. However, several servers and managers walked past us several times, without saying hello, without looking at us and without even asking us what we wanted. We clearly felt like we were being ignored. After 15 minutes of waiting, we had to go and ask ourselves if we could have a table. We were simply told: “No, it is not possible. » No apology for the wait, no explanation, nothing. We can completely understand that a restaurant is full or that there is no room for 6 people. But letting customers wait 15 minutes without even saying hello, especially with a 4-year-old child in the heat, is not normal. It was enough to simply come to see us from the start and tell us that there was no room. It would have taken 30 seconds. We found the reception very cold, very rude and not at all professional. 09/08/2026: A nice spot for sunbathing. A few loungers right on the water, and few people, so you can enjoy the sea and the calm. €40 for two loungers and an umbrella, a reasonable price. The restaurant area is very nice, perched on the rocks with a sea view. The food is a bit pricey in my opinion.

25/06/2026: When you walk up, you think, "That looks nice! And fish, we love that." Dear people, do not eat there! I can only think of one word… filthy, truly old junk, tough, cold, unappetizing! I mentioned this politely and we received two new meals; if you throw it back into the sea, the fish will die. I would say just walk down a bit and order a nice beer with a top-notch burger; it's 15 meters further down.

01/06/2026: We sat down at a table, a waiter came, and we asked for the drinks menu. The waiter was unfriendly, turned around, mumbled something, and brought the menu to our table. While the non-alcoholic drinks we ordered were brought, when we wanted to order a panini or a small aperitif, the waiter simply waved us off and walked away. Overall, we felt unwelcome and poorly served. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant.
