16/02/2025: Ambiente molto piacevole, cibo dí buonissima qualità e ben cucinato. Anche la giusta dose di attenzioni e piccoli regalini dalla cucina che fanno sicuramente piacere. Se si desidera un po’ di ricerca nei piatti, in zona credo sia la soluzione migliore.

02/02/2025: Posto perfetto per ogni tipo di occasione a mio parere, un servizio perfetto, professionale e attento al dettaglio senza mai essere invadente. I piatti uno migliore dell'altro, il luccio in tempura come antipasto, chicarelli e raviolo come primi, carpa e baccalà per secondo e tiramisù come dolce. Il vino buonissimo, per non parlare della saletta intima in cui abbiamo cenato che si trova proprio all'entrata della cantina! Il prezzo giusto e onesto per la qualità dei prodotti e del servizio.

08/02/2025: La location è accogliente, il servizio è stato impeccabile: il personale è stato cordiale, attento e pronto a consigliare piatti deliziosi in base ai nostri gusti. Il menu offre una vasta selezione di piatti a base di pesce freschissimo ma anche portate di terra, con un’ampia scelta di antipasti, primi e secondi che vanno dalle preparazioni più tradizionali a quelle innovative. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo considerando la qualità del pesce e l’esperienza complessiva. Se siete alla ricerca di un ristorante che offra pesce freschissimo e preparazioni raffinate, “da Rita” è sicuramente il posto giusto. Consigliatissimo!

Excellent food, very fresh fish and served divinely... we highly recommend... we ate fish but there was also a wide choice of meat We will definitely be back... try it then tell us

28/01/2025: We took the tasting menu (4 courses €48 per person): the courses were plentiful for a tasting menu but above all everything was delicious. I particularly recommend the tortelli with octopus amatriciana (spectacular!), the stuffed quail and the "babamisù". Even the wines that the chef proposed to us as pairings were perfect for the dishes. The chef is a wonderful person, available to explain the dishes and also to entertain the guests in conversation. Fantastic experience, we will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect, the food, the wine, the service and the cuddles received during the evening because those who cook with love transmit it onto the plate ❣️... thank you for everything!!

02/03/2025: We went to this place for lunch today Restaurant in the center of Ronciglione. We have Called to book a table for 10 specifying that there were 3 of us who were vegetarians and we were told that there would be no problem. Arriving at the restaurant we surprisingly discovered that for the carnival they have a fixed menu of €33 meat and €35 ​​fish, something that had not been specified on the telephone. When, upon our request, we point out that there are vegetarians, they tell us not to worry that they have prepared a menu especially for us too. I'll summarize the menu: 1 plate of vegetables (chicory, peppers, 1 artichoke, green olives, radicchio). The other diners were served an Italian-style appetizer rich in cured meats, cheeses and bruschetta. For us vegetarians, a side dish of vegetables. When I asked to have some cheese too, they brought us a mozzarella and a thin slice of cheese. 1 tagliatelle with mushrooms 1 second course with artichoke (small) and a few baked potatoes. Our guests ate pork loin with potatoes. 1 tray with donuts and cantucci to share among diners The vegetarian menu was priced at €32 having in fact eaten a first course And some side dishes. Furthermore, the presence of 3 vegetarians was also expressly noted. If in 2025 you still think of the word "vegetarians" as a simple dish of vegetables that you charge dearly for, imposing a fixed "surprise" menu, you are light years away from real catering. It would really have been enough to serve an appetizer with mixed bruschetta and cheeses together with vegetables and as a main course a parmigiana/an omelette/a grilled scamorza but it is not possible to serve only vegetables at these prices. It makes me think that you want to make money by making fun of people. Personally, I never set foot there again.

25/02/2025: Sono stata per un pranzo con una gita organizzata per il Carnevale insieme a numerose persone e sono rimasta piacevolmente soddisfatta sia del cibo, gustoso e di qualità sia per la professionalità e simpatia dei camerieri...cibo adatto anche per intolleranze. Ci tornerò con la famiglia

But what remains in the heart is the extreme kindness of the staff combined with the refinement and authenticity of the dishes. 15/12/2024: Domenica a pranzo,sala piena di bella gente, siamo rimasti semplicemente stupefatti dalla qualità del cibo e dalla tecnica dello chef. Ripeto è stata un esperienza sublime anche grazie al valido contributo del Signore Augusto il "patron" della sala, con garbata simpatia e professionalità ha contribuito a far sì che fosse una bella esperienza per noi, ma anche a tutti i commensali presenti. Ci tornerò il prima possibile, lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.

18/02/2025: We have to say that having lunch at this restaurant was the worst decision of our 3 day trip. The waiters don't understand simple Italian. They bring you the dish you didn't order, then refuse to return it saying "the kitchen has been closed". They don't even understand a simple word like "take away". They only have customers because of the perfect location on the lake.

21/01/2025: I wanted to leave a 0 star rating, but unfortunately that's not possible. I want to express my disappointment with the management of the place, despite the kindness shown by a single waiter. The alleged owner, together with the manager who coordinated the tables, did not consider it appropriate to find a solution to allow a person with a disability to sit on the lower floor, thus avoiding the several steps necessary to access the upper floor. I find this lack of attention unacceptable in an era where inclusivity and accessibility should be key priorities. I expect my criticism to be received with a constructive attitude, but I fear that, as has happened in the past, the reaction will be sarcastic or disrespectful towards anyone who dares to express a negative opinion. It would be more appropriate to seriously reflect on this feedback instead of responding with derision. It's a question of professionalism.
