16/10/2025: I tried calling and they didn't answer. I went there and there was no one there during opening hours. If you could set it to 0, I would.

15/10/2025: It was a fantastic experience. We messed up the opening hours, but the chef, the lady boss, arrived early and served us a five-course set menu. And for the kid, a special pasta dish not on the menu. Delicious. Unforgettable. And very warm.

12/09/2025: Highly recommended restaurant. The cuisine is absolutely top-notch in Bolsena. The service is very friendly and very professional. A four-course menu, water, and a glass of wine come to €120 for two people. But in my opinion, if you can afford it, it's worth every euro.

21/09/2025: A wonderful evening in Tuscania, an intimate restaurant with outdoor seating. Nine seafood courses, each one better than the last, good wine, and Augusto's smile and kindness were truly a treat. Compliments to the chef, the dishes were delicious. We'll be back soon.

20/09/2025: If you're looking for typical Tuscia food, this isn't the place. They try to make it a sort of gourmet restaurant, but ultimately it's a compromise that, in my opinion, doesn't really make sense. However, it's a matter of taste. Some dishes were edible, others less so, like the overly salty cod and the seafood risotto, which tasted like nothing, in my opinion. The service is excellent, thanks to Augusto, who is both obsequious and joking. At the table, a few different glasses and the straw chairs don't exactly match the average gourmet experience. The owner, Mr. Pietro, wasn't exactly a gentleman with his manners.

Tiziano Papacchini To complete the experience, an aromatic wine with an intense aroma and harmonious flavor, elegantly enhancing every bite. The olive oil, served with warm bread, also deserves a special mention: fragrant, fruity, authentic—a true journey through the flavors of the region. The service was impeccable, courteous, and professional, with a level of customer service that is increasingly rare these days. Each course was accompanied by a smile and genuine expertise, making the experience even more enjoyable. In short, a restaurant that combines quality, passion, and authenticity, perfect for those seeking a truly memorable culinary experience. I will definitely return, and with great pleasure.
