17/05/2025: Sono capitato in questo ristorante grazie al mio socio che già conosceva la loro cucina devo dire che sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla cura dei piatti dalla gentilezza del personale e dalla qualità della nateria prima piatti belli alla giusta e buonissimi anche i vini molto interessanti i. Più ben spiegati dalla titolare molto professionale consigliatissimo merita più di una vosita

10/04/2025: A place with a well-kept appearance and a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. I was welcomed with a very tasty entrée, potato croquettes accompanied by lemon mayonnaise. I chose chopped beef as starters, seasoned with a very delicate cream topping of dehydrated porcini mushrooms and the very tasty sour note of the giardiniera that accompanied the tartare. I also really enjoyed the sweetbreads with the mayonnaise trilogy. Lime, berries and garlic. Certainly worth taking. All accompanied by bread from your trusted bakery and a scrocchiarella focaccia proposed by the chef. Off the menu, the first course is a pleasant guinea fowl tortello creamed with orange butter and black olive crumble. Balanced taste. The tortello sheet is perfect, the citrus note is barely perceptible, the filling is good, but the taste of the guinea fowl is difficult to decipher. Overall very pleasant taste. As a second course, a very tender pork cheek accompanied by a classic creamed potato. Finally, a tasting of the à la carte desserts. If you take a starter, first course and second course, my advice is to opt for a single dessert. It's difficult to say which was my favourite, all good, but too full to fully appreciate them. What can I say, if you have come to visit the suggestive atmosphere of the city of Bolsena and its lake, not far from the historic center and the historic avenue of Via Nicola Colesanti, I suggest you try this place. From what I ate and from the table service, it is clear that capable and competent people work there.

07/04/2025: Top! I chose the pigeon menu and was thrilled - every component was perfectly coordinated. The double preparation of the pigeon with the liver bignè was a highlight. On recommendation there was also an excellent red wine and a delicious pre-dessert as a surprise. The ambience is stylish and fits perfectly with the luxurious, creative food on offer. Clear recommendation!

31/05/2025: Very special experience. 8 courses are served plus dessert, coffee and liqueurs, with a bottle of wine included in the price. We tasted 5 appetizers, 1 first course and 2 second courses, all fish-themed. Really everything was very good, with excellent raw materials and refined cuisine. The rice marked in a giant cheese wheel, directly in the room by the chef, beautiful to see and photograph. Brilliant idea. Obviously you have to rely on the chef and you don't have the option of choosing from the menu. Very friendly waiter. Price in line with what you ate. Characteristic and family atmosphere. Highly recommended. 5 stars

30/05/2025: I had dinner two nights with my wife at this restaurant, chosen for its proximity to our hotel and for the reviews. Our experience was very positive. Despite the distance from the sea we opted for fish-based menus both times. The quality of the dishes was fully satisfactory, the raw materials were generally very good and the cooking excellent. A note of merit for the staff, attentive but not intrusive, who guided us in our choices with advice that turned out to be absolutely spot on. The environment is well-kept and impeccably clean and tidy; the only slight flaw was, on the second evening, the close presence of a very noisy table, but customer education is certainly not the restaurant's responsibility. The price, around 40 euros per person, was certainly adequate for the courses we chose: by ordering something else you can spend less. Ultimately I definitely recommend it.

22/05/2025: We ate some excellent first courses, I particularly loved the scialatielli with clams and pachino tomatoes, the best fried anchovies I have ever eaten and the staff is super polite and available for suggestions. Excellent desserts

17/05/2025: Welcoming place, very pleasant background music, quick lunch passing through for work. Appetizer presented well but nothing that could be done better, average quality euro 13.00 judge for yourself from the photos. Second fried lake fish disappointing, lattarino not crispy seemed already cooked and reheated in oil to heat it, slices of lake pitch breaded with egg (NEVER seen) soft result, then tasteless to death, lake fish is not as tasty as sea fish, in short a terrible result 13.00. Wine 1/4 5.00 water 3.00 cover 2.00 total 35.00 with the discount otherwise the dishes cost more. Then I was alone and he charged me 2 covers.

14/05/2025: Excellent lunch with a lake view. The menu is very varied and there is something for everyone. We had sautéed porcini mushrooms with toasted bread, tagliolini with whitefish ragù and wild fennel and fried calamari and perch. Everything was delicious and the portions were so generous that we couldn't have dessert. Highly recommended!

10/05/2025: I stumbled upon it almost by chance and had a great time. The first courses are excellent and the meat is very good. Not to mention the desserts. A real goodness. Clean, elegant environment and... like feeling at a friend's house. Highly recommended

26/05/2025: The place is simply wonderful. We had dinner with friends and we were all satisfied. In this magnificent location overlooking the lake you can taste delicious lake cuisine. The staff is very kind and helpful. I recommend their local white wine which I would say is very good. Excellent quality/price ratio.

23/05/2025: Sono stata ieri sera a cena in questo Ristorante con le mie amiche. Definirei nel complesso esperienza molto positiva. Cibo buonissimo. Abbiamo mangiato il pesce, era fresco e cucinato egregiamente. Complimenti anche al ragazzo che molto professionalmente ci ha servito, molto preparato e gentilissimo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

09/05/2025: We came across this restaurant based on all the great reviews we read. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied. We tried two fish starters (good but not unforgettable), a first course (shrimp dumplings - a dish that was certainly abundant but not very tasty) and a second course (a mixed fry, which did not satisfy us - not very crunchy and a little chewy). We're sorry, because we had high expectations. Nothing to say about the service, which was kind and helpful, and about the bill, which was adequate for how much we ate.

30/05/2025: Abbiamo mangiato una sera di maggio in questa pizzeria niente di che devo dire che il servizio è stato molto celere, ma la Pizza mi ha un po’ delusa. Mi dispiace perché il personale comunque è stato molto gentile e disponibile..

29/05/2025: The carbonara and the white ragu with porcini mushrooms were below average, bland and unloving, and the main course was nothing special either! Vinegar, oil, and cheese in packets. And we both had stomach aches that night and the next morning. The staff were very friendly, though.

28/05/2025: Found by chance while we were walking along the sea, we decided to try it, without even looking at the reviews. The service is kind and attentive and the dishes are excellent, a pleasant discovery for us. We ordered a tagliolini with seafood and a fried shrimp and calamari (both courses recommended), plus two side dishes: a sour chicory and a sautéed chicory. Generous portions and a truly excellent quality/price ratio. We will return.
