Upon entering this restaurant, you immediately realize you're in a classy place. Describing the universe of Osmosi without slipping into the banal is a challenge to the senses: here, the experience isn't limited to the plate, but transforms into a constant stimulation where the boundary between food and the senses becomes wonderfully subtle. This is thanks to the magnetic talent of chef Debora Costantini, a figure capable of infusing her creations with a fascinating enigma that enchants as much as the flavor itself. The experience is completed in the glass, where expert knowledge of wine meets attentive, yet never intrusive, listening attentively, creating a perfect harmony between knowledge and personal pleasure. The dishes I tasted exude that mystery typical of those who know how to transform raw ingredients into an almost unique experience. 27/03/2026: A lunch on the lake that came about somewhat by chance and I must say is worth repeating. A wide selection of dishes (menu divided into lake, seafood, and meat) that caters to all tastes. Generous portions and top-quality ingredients, with an interesting selection of truly excellent lakeside dishes. A charming location right on the lakeshore, with the option of eating on the outdoor veranda. A special mention for the service, as the staff who served us demonstrated truly unique attention to our requests. We will definitely be back.

11/04/2026: Before we were seated, the waitress consulted with the chef and informed us that we might have to expect a slightly longer wait. In fact, our dinner stretched to three hours – but we did get four courses plus an amuse-bouche. Both the kitchen and the front of house were staffed by only one person – while this wasn't noticeable in the quality of the food, it was evident in the wait time and the waitress's apparent stress level. Overall, however, it was one of the best culinary experiences we had during our two-week road trip.

24/03/2026: We had some very good pizzas, huge, thin, and with a crispy crust, cooked in a wood-fired oven. The pizzas on the menu can be customized to your liking when ordering. The only problem is that they're so big that by the time you get to the end, they're already cold! Recommended.

06/04/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Il Divino Ronciglione on Easter Sunday, and I must say it was a truly positive experience. We chose their seafood menu and were impressed right from the appetizer: a full 10 courses, including both raw and hot dishes, all generous and delicious. These included beans and mussels, octopus and potatoes, seafood salad, shrimp cocktail, marinated anchovies, smoked and marinated salmon, vegetable and shrimp couscous, mussel sauté, and baby octopus Luciana-style. A truly remarkable variety! Next, two excellent first courses: risotto with scampi cream and seafood fettuccine, both flavorful and well-prepared. For the main course, there was fried shrimp and calamari, accompanied by salad: everything was delicious and well-fried (not those heavy fried dishes). Also noteworthy are the generous portions and the service: despite the restaurant being busy, the service was prompt and well-managed. Special thanks to Nemanja, the waiter who served us: friendly, pleasant, and always available, he made lunch even more enjoyable. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who, like us, wants to eat excellent seafood while on vacation!

05/04/2026: This restaurant in the heart of Bolsena's historic center took me back to the '90s, with an authentic and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was extremely courteous, and the owner was helpful and attentive, even recommending an excellent bottle of local wine at a truly fair price. The two of us enjoyed four portions of fried artichokes, two lake-sourced pasta dishes, and two tagliata with arugula, parmesan, and cherry tomatoes: everything was simply delicious, with meat that melted in your mouth. To round out the meal, two amaro liqueurs and a bottle of water. The final bill? More than fair for the quality and quantity. I highly recommend this place... I'd go back a thousand times over!

28/03/2026: Trattoria in the historic center, welcoming and clean, with excellent service. The dishes are carefully prepared and beautifully presented. Try the "carbonpesce" pasta and the citrus-flavored whitefish fillet. Right prices.

It's not the first time, because every time we're in the area, neither my partner nor I want to miss out on the pleasure of discovering the recipes the chef offers. 15/03/2026: We've eaten here twice, once for fish and then for meat. To be honest, on the first occasion we waited an hour for the fish, which also arrived cold. These things happen, though. Everything went smoothly on the second occasion, with a fantastic Angus beef.
