From the cod and chicory appetizer, to the spaghetti with parsley and red shrimp tartare, to the hidden tiramisu: great care in the dishes and their presentation. Welcoming place. Well done.

15/06/2025: A rare pearl: a refined gastronomic experience in an intimate and refined setting
A place with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for both a romantic dinner and a family occasion. The setting is elegant but relaxed, with attentive and professional service, always ready to understand the needs of the customer without ever being intrusive.
The menu offers carefully prepared dishes with an authentic taste, with ingredients of evident quality. The appetizers - both hot and raw - were a discovery: balanced, creative and truly delicious. The first courses stand out for their delicacy and precision in flavors; the spaghetti with clams, for example, was excellent both for the freshness of the ingredients and for the presentation.
Special mention for the wine list: extensive, carefully selected and able to satisfy both the most expert palate and those simply looking for a good pairing.
Overall, the quality-price ratio is more than fair, especially considering the quality of the raw materials

17/06/2025: Today we talk a lot about gourmet cuisine, identifying, with this term, a type of flavor generally characterized by scrupulous research of ingredients that are often unobtainable and bizarre, by unlikely combinations of foods whose main purpose is to amaze, by scientific analyses on the best mineral waters to accompany that or other dishes. And I believed it. But today I have completely revised my position on the subject. The simplicity of the dishes prepared in this place is disarming. The efforts are directed exclusively to the quality of the raw materials, favoring the cleanliness of the dishes confirmed by a perfect preparation, without smudges, where the condiments seem almost absent.. and instead no!! Essential but very tasty sauces, fried foods that you can't explain how they managed to jump from the pan to the plate without retaining a drop of oil, and yet delicious. It cannot be described in words, a meal at Percuoco is an emotion. But if you are still convinced that a cuisine is not gourmet if it is not presented in an eccentric and original way, avoid this place, here you eat seriously. And the service? A courtesy from another time, true, accompanied by smiles that soften every course, every request. So what?
I liked it, is it still not clear?

It deserves 5 stars ... and even more ... thanks to Sara, the waitress, for her kindness and availability .. discreet presence, but attentive!!! Compliments to Francesco (chef of the place) for the dishes with real flavors and for the choice of raw materials .... quality !!!
And thanks also to the sous chef.
Very clean place.
I highly recommend it !!!

04/08/2024: Personale pessimo, maleducato e senza ritegno per il cliente. Abbiamo chiesto per un calzone, il quale si sono dimenticati di servire, e si sono persino arrabbiati. Pessimo. Non ve lo consiglio.
29/07/2024: Locale simpatico e punto di riferimento per la zona di Salto di Fondi. Ottimi in particolare i primi ed il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
