11/11/2025: I celebrated my birthday dinner here and I have to say it did not disappoint. The ambiance was charming, the service excellent, and the food sublime. It was worth it!

12/01/2026: Something special. Great atmosphere, especially outside. Accessible by boat and car. People like to be seen here, but it's still tolerable. Of course, it's not cheap. Plenty of colorful service.

12/01/2026: We've been here for dinner several times in the past year and have always been more than satisfied and happy, which is why we returned this evening with the same high expectations. The wines tended to be warm (no big deal), but unfortunately, we were disappointed by many of the dishes (which we'd already tried on previous occasions). I don't know if something has changed in the kitchen, or if it was simply an unlucky evening.

21/12/2025: Old-fashioned flavors, a nice atmosphere, and moderate prices. They have a good red-pezzata fillet, fried lasagna (special)... But what really struck me was the Gorizia rose...after finishing everything, after dessert, I ate another plate!

22/02/2026: After a very interesting visit to the Archaeological Museum of Aquileia, we had dinner at La Colombara restaurant. The atmosphere was familiar and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The appetizer (mosaic) was fabulous and plentiful. The main course (mixed grill) was legendary. The price was in line with the quality. Highly recommended.

17/02/2026: Excellent food, both seafood and non-seafood. The gnocchi with Montasio fondue and crispy San Daniele prosciutto are delicious, as are the tuna steak and the catch of the day (sea bass). Local products are available, including a variety of white and red wines. The staff is friendly and very helpful, highly recommended!

24/01/2026: Welcoming atmosphere, impeccable professional service, with attention to detail that few have, excellent food, exceptional raw fish, compliments to all the staff.

17/01/2026: Impeccable. Elegant and refined, excellent service: unobtrusive yet attentive and thorough. We showed up with three gluttons and left full with two raw appetizers and one hot one, three first courses, and a taste of the dish of the day, fish soup. A bottle of wine and two glasses each were included. Everything was truly excellent, with the only dish slightly below par being the tagliolini with shrimp and Treviso radicchio, while the spaghetti with clams and bottarga was very high quality. Definitely recommended and worth returning to. The final price was €90 per person. Let's just say we would have expected €10 less per person, but when you're spending quality time with your family, you don't mind spending.

21/12/2025: We ate very well, and paid a fair price. The staff was friendly and helpful; even without a reservation, they found a solution to accommodate us.

09/11/2025: Everything was exceptional! Luckily, we stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, which isn't as famous as others. We had a wonderful meal (an A+ for everything), home-cooked food, and not the usual fried calamari you find everywhere, but seasonal dishes prepared with great skill. The attention to detail was meticulous, and the place was very pleasant inside and out, not to make up for the crowds, but to pamper guests. I appreciated the staff, who were much friendlier than at any other restaurant in Lignano, but at the same time impeccable in their service. I didn't have to wait long for my food, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend it to everyone, even those with children. I also really appreciated two other things: the tray in the bathroom with products available for guests in case of emergency (a fantastic idea) and the message on the menu (I won't tell you, you'll have to read it). My family and I felt truly welcomed!

01/03/2026: I ate three truly excellent dishes. The gnocchi with San Daniele prosciutto were soft, coated in a delicate cream that enhanced the aroma of the prosciutto without overpowering it: a seemingly simple dish, executed with great care. The frico was a surprise: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a perfect balance of potatoes and cheese, truly one of the best I've ever tasted. The caponata was spectacular, rich, balanced, and with a precise sweet and sour flavor that showcased every ingredient. A cuisine that combines tradition and technique, leaving you wanting more.

04/03/2026: When I'm in Lignano Sabbiadoro for work, it's my regular stop... I prefer the off-season, it's quieter for us seasonal workers, in peak season there are long lines which means the food is good and they are very well organized, therefore efficient and fast, always a guarantee....
