Actually, at least six stars would do the experience justice…and it would become our go-to spot for special moments if it were closer. As it is, we simply have to enjoy the evening and cherish the experience! To sum it up: The service was very attentive, personal, and quick! We felt comfortable from the very first moment. The food was perfect, and many of the little touches were simply brilliant (e.g., the pizza bread slices at the beginning, the pastries with olives baked inside, the little cookies with the perfect espresso!). Thank you so much for a wonderful evening!

23/07/2026: I've been frequenting the Bar Trattoria alla Nave "Mami" for years now, and I can confidently say that it's the absolute go-to place for anyone seeking fresh fish, cooked with respect and simplicity in Marano Lagunare. The quality of the fish has always been excellent, with the freshest ingredients showcased to the fullest thanks to a simple and respectful cuisine. The owner is a wonderful person: attentive, helpful, and always ready to recommend the best options based on the day and the catch. Trust him, you won't go wrong. The real must? The selection of appetizers: raw, warm, and cooked. A journey of flavor that captures the lagoon like few others. What I particularly appreciate is the absolute respect for seasonality and local catch: you don't come here to find the same things over and over again, but to taste what the sea and lagoon have to offer at that moment. It's a philosophy that requires trust, but one that always pays off, and which unfortunately is becoming increasingly rare these days. The wine selection is also very pleasant, mostly from Friuli but with a few fine Slovenian labels, perfectly in tune with the restaurant's cuisine and the surrounding area. If you're looking for authenticity, passion, and fish prepared to perfection, this is the place. We'll return time and time again. A little tip: book well in advance, especially in the summer. Given the restaurant's popularity and well-deserved success, securing a table at the last minute is practically impossible.

15/06/2026: We attended a karaoke evening with a fixed-price menu. Overall, the experience was positive. We ordered a cockerel, cooked to perfection and a generous portion, and a rib-eye steak and sausage dish, which was good but not entirely satisfying compared to the other main course. The atmosphere is perfect for this type of event, and we had a great time. The only downside is the temperature, which was still a bit cool given that it's not quite summer weather. Overall, it was good, and recommended for an evening with friends!

The pizza was excellent, made with good ingredients, and the service was polite and efficient. What we appreciated the most was the price-to-quality ratio, which was fantastic for a location right in the town center. The overall environment was comfortable and relaxed, making it a good spot for a family meal. Additionally, parking was completely hassle-free, as we were able to park right in front of the restaurant. We really enjoyed our lunch here and can definitely recommend it.
