04/01/2026: This very chic little restaurant was recommended to us, aesthetically unique and refined. We had a wonderful dinner: the raw fish appetizer was presented with the care and passion of a chef who knows what he's doing. The off-menu first course was FABULOUS, with truly thoughtful aromas and combinations. Then I said to myself, "Now a dessert would be perfect, but I'm having a hard time surprising myself after this crescendo of flavors and aromas..." Even though I was full, I decided to break the rules. The result? A SENSATIONAL dessert! For the service and hospitality, I'd say we're 6 stars! Well done, well done, well done! You deserve so many more satisfied customers like us! We'll definitely be back.

23/03/2026: A wonderful experience. Beyond the quality of the dishes, the staff's sensitivity and passion are evident. At first glance, it might seem like a place that makes you feel uncomfortable, but in reality, the pampering and kind attention truly makes you feel at home. As a celiac, this is worth its weight in gold; the discomfort of having to eat out has completely vanished. Everything was perfect.

03/03/2026: Lunch arranged for 37 people... a trio of first courses (cappellacci with ragù, cazunzei with spinach and smoked ricotta, pheasant caramels) excellent and plentiful... followed by mixed grill with grilled vegetables, baked and fried potatoes... compliments to the service... it's not the first time I've been to this place and I've always eaten well... I'll definitely be back again...

01/02/2026: Lunch for an 80th birthday... even though the restaurant was full, the kitchen was very quick in bringing out the dishes. The staff was very kind and polite. We were served, among other things, by a nice and friendly young man who really brightened the atmosphere. It's not the first time we've been to Pinotti's, and it certainly won't be the last! Warm regards to all the staff from the Ferrari family.

20/01/2026: Dinner with friends with a surprise at the end. The atmosphere is nice, the staff are quite friendly, and there's no background noise, so we chatted pleasantly. Obviously, I didn't try the entire menu, which strictly lists what's fresh and what's frozen, etc. I can only say that the steamed appetizer was meager and tasteless (best avoided), but the biggest surprise was the final bill, where we discovered that each Soaso (fresh) had been charged 40 euros each. Considering that after removing the scraps, there's not much left to eat, it seemed like an excessive price. I don't know if I'll go back again; the rest is certainly good and reasonably priced, like my first course (pumpkin gnocchi with calamari), but I've honestly never paid that price for each Soaso at any other restaurant, even if it's fresh. Be careful, because it's certainly good, but I think the eel is also quite expensive.

26/12/2025: It's always a pleasure to visit this restaurant for lunch or dinner... The ambiance is beautiful, refined without being pretentious, and the open kitchen is open to the light and harmonious world of Chef Guido and his assistants. The hostess, with kindness and wisdom, guides guests through the best options. The result is always a delight for body and soul!

08/03/2026: If you like simple seafood, this is your place. Excellent fried food, generous and tasty grilled dishes; the octopus on creamed potatoes was a little rubbery. Wide selection of desserts, moderate wine list, and perhaps a bit of a markup.

09/01/2026: Very nice location, pleasant service, and a pleasant atmosphere. The quality of the ingredients (fish) is very high, and they have an excellent wine selection. The only shame is that the first courses are too salty, and I found some sand residue in the sauce.

02/02/2026: I've been there often, both for lunch and dinner, and I have to say I generally enjoy coming here! There are, however, a few small issues that I find annoying, but nothing I can't resolve or overlook. Let me start by saying that the place is rustic and beautiful, nestled in the countryside with ample parking and divided into a ground floor (literally the brick and wood stable with seating) and an upper floor (with windows and more space). Regarding this, I have nothing to say about the decor, except for the fact that if you're on the ground floor, as quaint as it is, you have to be prepared for a fair amount of echo from the voices of all the customers eating. I always struggle to talk to others and feel deafened by the noise it creates, even when people aren't actually speaking out loud; it's really the fault of the layout of the room! Luckily, this problem doesn't exist upstairs. As for the service, I'll first say that the waiters are kind and super helpful! Sometimes, however, the service can be a little slow in bringing everyone's dishes... The food is good and homemade, and they offer all kinds of options... Pizzas, appetizers, first courses, and second courses of meat and seafood... The prices are reasonable! I recommend the pizzas and first courses! The meat dishes aren't bad, but in my opinion, they tend to always overcook the dishes. So if you like your meat medium-rare, ask for rare. In short, overall, I rate the place positively. They just need to improve the speed of service and the attention to detail on some dishes. If you don't like the loud noise, ask for the upstairs. 😘😂

10/10/2025: A very refined and welcoming restaurant, furnished with a simple yet warm taste. The welcome was extremely courteous, making us immediately feel at home. We chose a carafe of red wine, which turned out to be surprisingly good, well above the average for what's usually offered at this restaurant. The first courses were a real surprise: the spaghetti alla chitarra with seafood and the potato and spinach gnocchi with a delicate cream, prosciutto, and chopped pistachios (off-menu, special of the day) were both excellent, with generous portions and precise cooking. The most memorable note were the tigelle: light dough, perfect air bubbles, evenly cooked. Truly among the best we've tried, true to the tradition of Pavullo nel Frignano. The accompanying cured meats were also excellent, clearly of high quality. The generous portions prevented us from continuing with other tastings, but this remains a more than compelling reason to return and explore the rest of the menu. Conclusion: a restaurant where cuisine, hospitality, and atmosphere coexist in harmony. Compliments to the dining room and kitchen staff. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
