05/01/2025: Today we went to this fabulous place for lunch for the first time, we were treated like kings, a truly welcoming place and with its charm we had a fish-based lunch with a tasting of truly quality starters and first courses, moving on to the second courses, excellent grilled fish with perfect cooking then we tasted seared tuna and excellent tuna tartare you can feel that the raw material is of quality and not the usual frozen fish the owner is always attentive to the customer and never fails to make some pleasant jokes you can see that he carries out his work with Love and professionalism, applause also to the kitchen for the excellent fish cuisine (it's not for everyone) the bill is normal and commensurate with what you eat, it's not a sideshow restaurant but a restaurant where tradition and innovation are sought in the dishes we will definitely return thanks to the owners for the excellent service given to us

01/01/2025: Happened by chance while traveling to Trentino, what can I say, everything is simply FABULOUS!!!! Everything is strictly homemade, never eaten gluten-free, so good!!! I am not celiac and I must say that I found every single dish ordered without noticing the difference, plus my partner had heart-shaped eyes while she was eating and seeing her so happy didn't seem real to me. Congratulations to the chef and the staff!!!; Service quick and fast, well done!!!!!!!!! All passed with full marks!!!!

29/12/2024: Prendiamo la pizza da asporto da due anni preferendola ad altre x la qualità degli ingredienti e prezzi superiori...che da quest'anno sono aumentati... Però ultimamente riscontro alcune inesattezze negli ordini.ingredienti che mancano ecc. Hanno una sezione del menù riservato alle aggiunte extra con relativo prezzo ...io ho preso una pizza alla teglia con aggiunta di radicchio xchè la rucola era finita ...bene quando sono uscita ho scoperto che la mia aggiunta mi è costata 5 euro ... più del costo di qualsiasi altra aggiunta ... Credo che col prezzo totale di ciò che ho mangiato... farò una riflessione...

15/12/2024: Ho cenato qui con amici ed onestamente credo di aver mangiato una delle migliori pizze degli ultimi anni, al topinambur e pancetta, una cosa strepitosa! Locale carino, con un menù suddiviso tra pizze classiche ed alla piastra, con impasto più leggero. Molto interessante la varietà di gusti ed abbinamenti. Servizio OK e conto nella norma

24/12/2024: Ristorante molto valido che offre piatti squisiti accompagnati da una bottiglia con altrettanti elogi. Sabino è un ottimo chef e sommelier. Serata perfetta da passare in intimità.

22/12/2024: Io e mia moglie ci siamo fatti questa "coccola" come regalo di Natale. Cibo squisito e di altissima qualità, chef Sabino è sempre il top. P.S. questo è l'unico ristorante in cui riesco a mangiare pesce crudo. Assolutamente da provare

Everything taken care of down to the smallest detail. Friendly and professional staff. Excellent food and wine list. always for me one of the most beautiful restaurants in Bologna. On Friday evenings, after dinner it is fantastic, there is a DJ playing good music and you can taste quality cocktails. Internal parking but often full. Use this place for parties but also for romantic dinners. Congratulations to the owner for the idea of ​​this format.
