31/01/2025: Very pleasant discovery... Unexpected! With colleagues we go for dinner trusting the reviews. Few seats which make the welcome intimate and less chaotic. Room of the right size to not feel lost but instead pampered. Dishes with the right choice and variety cooked and prepared to perfection that fully satisfy the palate. The real plus is the management of the room! The girl is kind, welcoming, always ready to joke and never intrusive. He knows his job and masterfully dissolves any curiosity and passionately advises diners. Well done I vote DIESCI!

14/03/2025: Coming here for me and my family is like staying at home, for the feeling of familiarity that this place gives us. The manager has a friendliness that puts you at ease. The dishes are the good ones, which you know from the first time you enter, without exaggerating in variety or extravagance. The pizzas are worth it, as are the fish first and second courses. I haven't tried the earth ones. The environment is 80s, and it gives me pleasure to know that it is still the same as when I entered it as a child, without concessions to new impromptu fashions.

13/03/2025: Pizza that would like to go beyond the gourmet one but should be more specified with photos attached on the menu with qr, because if I order a pan pizza it should be a whole pizza and not 4 pieces seasoned with good raw materials, but if I want a pan pizza I imagine a whole one... for the rest I will try the location again in a period where I hope the place is 100% active and functional, because it is too chaotic and noisy... not the fault of those who work there but as often happens it is the fault of the customers

09/03/2025: As always, at least for me, it feels like entering another dimension. Fantastic location as well as the service and food. Certainly not exactly cheap but every now and then it's worth it for a nice dinner with friends.

08/03/2025: A few days of complete relaxation in this very beautiful hotel with spa, in the center of Porretta. Very clean rooms and spa, very kind receptionists, excellent restaurant. Advised!

Замечательный шеф-повар, который лично приветствует гостей и рассказывает о своих блюдах и винах. Все, что мы попробовали в ресторане, было сделано руками персонала, включая хлеб и лимончелло. Рекомендую от всей души!
