17/01/2025: Personale gentilissimo. La carne è superlativa. Mangiato guancia e vitello supertenere e gustose. Verdure al burro affunicato, la cottura era perfetta croccanti ma ben cotte. Il pane integrale caldo con il burro mantecato una vera chicca. Prezzo adeguato. Ci tornerò sicuramente per provare le altre specialità.

The only thing I would pay more attention to is the aubergine appetizer, where there are 2 miserable rolls of aubergine with only the large breadcrumbs inside among other things without any taste, 2 simple and small potato croquettes and in the center a subspecies of aubergine parmigiana, not being cared for as a dish I would re-evaluate if I were you and the price is excessive for what is offered. For the rest, as mentioned at the beginning, everything was very good, the nougat dessert was super.

16/02/2025: For about 6 months now Sforketta has become a regular stop, even though we are not from the area and we have to travel more than 20 minutes... but trust me, it's totally worth it! Various types of choices, particular combinations and above all excellent quality! The desserts are also worth trying, I particularly recommend the fig sorbet. Very kind staff, they also respond easily on WhatsApp if you can't call them. The only very small flaw, the waiting times were too long But despite this, it remains and will remain a fixed stop Super recommended!

06/01/2025: Unique location in Bologna, always a pleasure to go to dinner, both in summer and winter. It is located just outside the center of Bologna. Everything taken care of down to the smallest detail. Friendly and professional staff. Excellent food and wine list. always for me one of the most beautiful restaurants in Bologna. On Friday evenings, after dinner it is fantastic, there is a DJ playing good music and you can taste quality cocktails. Internal parking but often full. Use this place for parties but also for romantic dinners. Congratulations to the owner for the idea of ​​this format.

30/01/2025: I stayed at the Helvetia hotel in Porretta Terme for almost a month for a business trip and I can say that it was an excellent experience from all points of view. Firstly the service was excellent: reception staff extremely friendly and helpful, but also the restaurant staff exceptional. Antonio and Federico were always courteous and helpful, very professional and prepared. Impeccable and always clean rooms. Equally perfect is the spa service with swimming pool, sauna and much more.

18/01/2025: Inconvenient place....there is no parking nearby, nice and comfortable inside.....excellent breakfast. Changing room a little obsolete.... definitely worth reviewing for a 4-star hotel.....
