31/05/2025: Pleasant trattoria in Bologna. My partner is celiac and sometimes we are dissatisfied with the services offered by certain gluten free restaurants. Here, however, they have outdone themselves. Everything exclusively gluten free, but so good and quality, that it doesn't even seem like you're eating gluten free. Really compliments. Courteous and fast service. Prices in line with the quality of the food. Highly recommended.

02/06/2025: I took two take-away pizzas last night without calling first. The staff was very kind and welcomed us right away, plus the pizzas were ready in a short time. Very good dough and quality raw materials. I will come back to try the fish!

19/05/2025: We went to the terrace restaurant to enjoy the outdoor area to eat. I liked it. Restaurant that prefers fish. We had an appetizer and two second courses. We didn't say it and we weren't asked if the appetizer was brought before and after both second courses but that's okay. We ate uncoordinated but next time we will specify it directly. Delicious dishes. The appetizer with shrimp was exquisite. My second course with caponata was not bad! Prices a little above average but you know, fish is not cheap.

25/05/2025: Good pizza, friendly staff, reasonable price. There were 6 of us and we took 6 pizzas including sausage and friarielli, diavola, parmigiana, burrata and they were all good. 3 bottles of water to drink and a medium beer. Bill of €17.25 per person, fair. Saraceno as far as I'm concerned is a point of reference in Bologna!

10/06/2025: Very nice restaurant, welcoming atmosphere and in summer there is also a pleasant outdoor area. Service present, many nice, but sometimes a little distracted. As for the food I appreciated the 'aperitif' part more than the dinner itself. Recently I have had more occasions for organized events than for "just dinner". So maybe there will be other occasions. In any case, always a pleasant evening.

08/06/2025: As always Franco never disappoints. Unparalleled food options and whatever option you choose you will definitely not regret it. Obviously the location is always wonderful. The only real difficulty is booking: difficult to find a table because it is always walled up even during the week.

20/05/2025: When you decide to go to Black Bass in Pieve di Cento for the first time, there are some things that must be kept in mind, namely that you must be open-minded to any solution the owner proposes, that your wallet is the last priority but above all that from the next day you will struggle to return to your usual fish restaurants. Located in the center of a typical village in the Bassa, where you would never ever think of finding such a gem, the menu posted next to the entrance door risks misleading the neophyte, who enters convinced that he has in mind what to order and how much. Stefano, the owner, joins you at the table, sits down next to you and with a seraphic manner begins a light psychological analysis of the "lucky one" to build around him the best possible path, something that not even he knew he could want. Raw food, proposed in its thousand facets, reigns supreme and the best decision you can make is simply to inform the Chef of what you don't like and he will take care of the rest. A maniacal attention to the search for the best raw material available, the punctual preparations, never out of place and always balanced will drag you into a vortex of indescribable flavors with the final blow, if you like, of a tasting of oysters from various origins, from the pink ones of the Po Delta to the Irish ones. The problem is that the journey into raw food precludes almost everyone from trying anything else. The problem is above all the fact that once you leave, the first impulse is to fantasize about when the next time you can return will be, with the aim of trying what you read on the menu, hanging outside... as long as the Chef doesn't "distract" you again.

19/06/2025: Very good food, but unfortunately, the service was very inattentive. We waited 30 minutes to be served, and the espresso was forgotten at the end but still charged. Everything was a bit chaotic. Otherwise, the staff was friendly.

22/05/2025: We ate very well in a "chic but not too much" atmosphere. The view of the very well-kept garden and the courteous and professional staff are certainly amazing. You can see and feel that the family has solid experience in the restaurant business. Both the meat and fish dishes are good. Homemade pasta is amazing...

06/05/2025: At first glance the place doesn't seem like anything exceptional, but it turned out to be a real surprise. We only went in for a pizza since we noticed a wood-fired oven but we ended up getting a Livorno-style octopus, truly spectacular fried fish, a delight for the palate and finally a lemon delight. The entire staff is operational and competent. The person who served us is really good and knows his job very well, he was able to welcome and guide the customer with courtesy, efficiency and friendliness without ever going further.

19/04/2025: The place is outside the center, so in a nice, typically Italian atmosphere. Pizza very good. I recommend visiting this place.

02/06/2025: Cozy and elegant restaurant. Delicious dishes that are probably the result of a mix of cultures, from Puglia to Sardinia, to Emilia. The attention to detail is very pleasant, from the table to the furniture. A little expensive, but the experience is worth it.
