09/12/2025: We had lunch on December 8th and ate very well. Reading some reviews, we were worried, but we had a great time. The staff and owners were very kind. They gave me the opportunity to cook for the little one and made themselves available. It will be a regular stop every time I go to the Sanctuary of Pompeii.

19/10/2025: My partner and I went to this restaurant for lunch. The interior is quite welcoming, and the sea view is a plus. However, after ordering, we waited over an hour for a plate of seafood paccheri, even though the restaurant was almost empty. As for the paccheri, they were a truly minimal portion for the price, too salty, and there was only ONE mussel on my plate. We had also ordered a fried dish, but due to the long wait, we asked for the bill first. We also discovered that the cover charge was €3 per person, even though there was no salt, oil, pepper, breadsticks, or bread at the table (we had to specifically ask for them otherwise they wouldn't have been provided). It was a sadly unpleasant experience. We won't be returning and we don't recommend it!

28/09/2025: Extraordinary experience, yesterday I celebrated my son's 18th birthday, nothing prepared in advance, I booked a table, asked for a cake and everything was magical. The place, the view, the restaurant are breathtaking, the food stratospheric (we are still ecstatic). The staff is exquisite. Anyone like us who wants to treat themselves must go to Lucullo. "Absolutely".

08/09/2025: Perfect! The beach is very large and very clean, with bars, restrooms, and showers. You can even lounge on the rocks.

04/09/2025: Posillipo is a very beautiful place for swimming, but it's inconvenient for the elderly and disabled to go down, and then extremely difficult to go back up if you're no longer very young. You can only go there with a towel and slippers without carrying unnecessary weight. There are no elevators or freight elevators, and parking nearby is impossible; you have to walk or use a scooter or take a taxi.

11/07/2025: Une salade de la mer vendue pour deux personnes mais en réalité pour 1 personne vue la quantité minime. Peu diversifée dans son contenu, préparée de manière superficielle sans réel goût… ou assaisonnement, salade insipide. Et le pire tiramisu jamais mangé de ma vie, 😡 mouligasse et imbibé d’eau. Et on est ressortis en ayant faim ! Pour 47€… par contre les clients italiens semblaient bénéficier d’un traitement de régime et de faveur différent : assiettes copieuses. Bref un resto qui se moque des touristes. A éviter !

01/12/2025: We arrived at 4:00 PM, were seated, and didn't have a long wait even though the place was busy. We ordered two first courses (1 linguine with clams and 1 linguine with seafood), which were good, but the mussels were cold and the clams were very small. For the second course, we ordered a calamari platter for two (we specified "abundant"), and we received a normal amount of calamari, not too small but not too large, and a nice plate of mixed salad. We went to pay, and the lady at the table charged us for two calamari platters (we'd only ordered one, but at most she'll charge me a little more because I specified "abundant," not a whole one) and a plate of salad for the "modest" price of 10 euros, which I hadn't even ordered. I specified the items I ordered and ate, and the lady replied that she had ordered two fried items even though I'd asked for one. Then I checked the receipt and found the salad I hadn't ordered. As is my custom, I paid, thanked her, and never returned, without a fuss.

19/08/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance without booking... We ordered appetizers and first courses and tried their millefeuille! As seafood lovers, we can say it was all delicious: the freshest ingredients, perfectly cooked! We couldn't help but mop up the bread! Well done!

24/10/2025: Bad experience. The appetizer was very poor. I even paid for my daughter, who didn't eat anything, and they didn't even set the table for her. Avoid. The staff was rude. It seemed like they were doing you a favor. Avoid.

27/07/2025: An honest trattoria, with a family atmosphere and delicious, plentiful food. Reasonable prices: it's the kind of place where anyone craving lunch will be truly satisfied. One caveat: the waiter was alone. He worked for three hours, always efficient and polite, never losing his finger on the pulse, but this meant long waits because the chef groups the orders together to streamline service. Ultimately, I would happily return. Both meat and fish menus. Home-made flavors, honest and delicious.

30/09/2025: The views from the roof top are beautiful. The food unfortunately was not the best. We tried the steak and it was not cooked all the way through, we asked if this could be done a little more, but due to waiting our chips went cold and when the steak came back it was awful. They literally reheated the steak and bought it back. Just don't have the steak.

14/09/2025: A truly positive experience. The Ischian-style rabbit was amazing, not to mention the bucatini served as an appetizer, and the staff were incredibly kind. 🔝

18/10/2025: Highlight of our day! We hired a boat for day and found this place. These guys come pick you up and take you to the resturant, feel like vips! Amazing food and sublime scenery.

14/10/2025: A dream experience in Conca dei Marini! La Tonnarella Restaurant is a true slice of paradise. The location is simply magical, with tables almost on the water's edge, offering breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast. The atmosphere is authentic, elegant, and relaxing, ideal for a romantic dinner or a special lunch. The menu celebrates the freshness of the Mediterranean with dishes that are a celebration of flavor. The legendary Tubetti con i Tani (Tubetti with Squid) are a must-have, worth the trip alone. Super-fresh fish and balanced flavors in every course, all accompanied by impeccable, attentive, and warm service. A culinary and sensory experience that approaches perfection. A well-deserved five stars for La Tonnarella: it's not just a restaurant, it's an unforgettable memory! We'll be back very soon.

14/10/2025: If you like a foul restaurant smell (a mix of chlorine and old dog sweat), loud music on the radio, loud singing from the kitchen staff, overly salted and undercooked pasta, filthy toilets, a sticky floor, a male owner who urinates in the women's restroom while standing; then this is the place for you. Enjoy it. It's a miracle we didn't get sick. We ate a little of our first courses (very large portions, mind you). But it was too salty, the pasta was really undercooked, and the taste was bland. Next time, we should trust our instincts and be less confident that "it would all be alright." The rancid smell upon entering should have been enough of a warning. What a joke; this restaurant. So it's no wonder there were hardly any guests.
