The evening then continued under the care of Florianna, a truly exceptional woman, full of enthusiasm and great empathy. She was attentive and impeccable throughout, demonstrating a dedication to her customers that is rarely encountered. While the food remains of a good standard—we tasted several specialties, all excellent—it is the customer service that represents the true added value and makes the experience unique.
