01/06/2026: For us, this is the best restaurant in Tropea. We completely understand the many positive reviews, but we simply don't understand the few negative ones.
The menu is extensive and offers something for everyone – whether you're looking for fish, meat, or an excellent, high-quality pizza. The value for money is outstanding.
Despite the large number of customers, you're always served with warm Italian hospitality and friendliness. Every time we're in Tropea, we eat here at least twice, often even more often.
A definite recommendation and an essential part of every Tropea vacation.

01/11/2025: Very cute restaurant! I went twice and sat on the terrace. I had a pizza and the other day the filej pasta with cipolla rossa and caponata tropeana. Everything was delicious and service was excellent, she even remembered my special dietary requirements from the time before.

24/03/2026: Tropea, Lido Costa degli Dei, "Coast of the Gods" is a very nice small town beach. It has a beautiful sandy beach, located at the foot of the sanctuary of Santa Maria Dell Isola, a great place for a cloudless and sunny holiday.

The restaurant is in a great location, and we had a truly wonderful meal. The fish is delicious, fresh, and prepared with great care: every dish won us over!
We also really appreciated the set menu, a truly wonderful idea that allows you to savor different specialties without having to choose from so many options.
We are very satisfied with the evening and the overall experience. Congratulations to all the staff! Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

01/02/2026: We were there in September 2025 and I just found myself thinking about it again tonight. The service was lovely, the wine was excellent, and the view was unforgettable. Such a great spot for a date — beautiful atmosphere and an all-around wonderful experience.
06/01/2026: Good experience. When I was there (December 25th), they had the option of a full menu at a reasonable price (just over €30). I recommend booking a table with a view!

10/08/2026: We knew the restaurant's reputation, and what can we say...it was definitely confirmed! The chef offers traditional dishes with a touch of imagination that makes them unique, not to mention his original creations that left me speechless! I highly recommend the Jefferson exchanges with pistachios (the winning dish in a Michelin-starred chef competition): astonishing!
In the dining room, the chef's father shares anecdotes behind the dishes on the menu that make them even more enjoyable.

05/06/2026: I was walking by the other day, and a lot of people were encouraging me to eat on plates. Despite the not-so-good reviews, we decided to give it a try. It's definitely worth it, I recommend it. Delicious food, nice atmosphere, and reasonable prices.
28/05/2026: The staff were friendly even though we ordered relatively late and were the last customers of the day, they didn't rush us. The pizzas were delicious.

08/08/2026: Unfortunately, a huge disappointment. By far the worst restaurant experience of our trip to Italy.
The atmosphere was practically nonexistent. The service was terrible. We had the distinct impression that locals were prioritized. We waited about 20 minutes for water and wine, while people at other tables who appeared to be locals received their orders almost immediately.
The young waiters laughed among themselves and seemed to be enjoying the whole situation. The waiter passed our table several times with the wine, but each time he took it somewhere else. We felt ignored and like someone was playing a joke on us.
Finally, another unpleasant surprise – the bill included ice cream, which we never received. After pointing this out, the waiter simply said that since there wasn't any, it was fine. No apology, no interest. We got the impression: "Pay and go."
Never again. There are many great Italian restaurants in the city with fantastic atmosphere and service – I highly recommend choosing another place.
Unfortunately, here: zero atmosphere, terrible service, and a huge disappointment.
22/07/2026: The food wasn't excellent. We ordered two pasta dishes that were passable, but a mixed fried fish dish was inedible. Four waiters for 10 tables who responded condescendingly (if they responded at all) and showed little consideration for customers, even a hint of pedantry.
