11/03/2025: The place is colorful and welcoming, a little small perhaps if there are many of you. 5 of us went and tasted various dishes. Strong flavors and some details, such as the tortillas with melted cheese and cactus, a revelation! The desserts are also very good. The portions are decidedly generous, the starters themselves are actually complete dishes that are already filling. The first time, however, it was worth trying everything, accompanied by a Margarita. The bill is perhaps a little high but I repeat, the portions are all generous and the price fits the bill. I will definitely come back and recommend it.

10/03/2025: Siamo tornati al Picoteo una domenica sera dopo alcuni anni. Atmosfera sempre uguale, locale piccolo e con la particolarità di avere la toilette esterna, punto a sfavore. Ingredienti sempre ottimi, sia per i platos unici con chili o pulled pork che per i burritos, personale gentile. Devo dire che è sempre piacevole fermarsi qui a degustare qualche piatto messicano, soprattutto perchè non ci sono grandi alternative in zona.

After this we were obviously annoyed and the barman continued with jokes and an arrogant attitude. I'm really sorry because I love the place. But this attitude heavily affected the outcome of the evening and therefore of my evaluation. I await any comparison. Good evening! Good evening I misunderstood everything, I'm sorry, the barman had been talking to Marialaura at the counter for a while, joking and laughing, then another girl from your table arrived. Her friends joked about the fact that they had the memory of a goldfish, even Alzheimer's (their words) because Marialaura couldn't remember the bartender's name. Hence the phrase from the van but no one was offended, only she who arrived later and didn't follow the conversation from the beginning. Certain comments, especially from someone who works in contact with the public, are not only inappropriate, they are a symptom of extreme rudeness and little respect for certain individuals. 29/01/2025: I was here yesterday for lunch with friends. A friend of mine asked for a pizza and the owner told her that it was no longer possible to order pizza for the day. A family (German speaking) arrives shortly after, they order 3 pizzas and the owner calmly scores 3 pizzas without batting an eyelid. At the time of payment my friend asks for explanations and the guy pretends nothing happened without giving explanations and above all without even apologizing for what happened. So pizza is only available to German speakers?

28/01/2025: Servizio pessimo. Una mia amica ha chiesto una pizza e le è stato detto che quella giornata non era più possibile ordinare pizze perché non c'era più impasto. Dopo pochi minuti arriva una famiglia locale (parlavano in tedesco) ordinano 3 pizze e prendono l'ordine senza problemi. Stiamo scherzando? Ci sono piatti riservati a chi parla tedesco? Abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni e hanno fatto finta di niente senza neanche scusarsi.

21/02/2025: Locale non molto grande ma accogliente, in una delle piazze della movida torinese. Servizio gentile e simpatico. Musica in sottofondo non disturbante ed in linea con il locale. Cibo veramente ottimo, stufato di maiale e tacos super, così come buoni churros come dolci. Cocktail fatti molto bene e buona scelta di birra in bottiglia e alla spina. Prezzi super!! Merita davvero un nostro ritorno

22/03/2025: Recomendado por un local, Grace Jose. Lo intentamos todo. Sugerimos la cocina de los antipasti. Pide pan extra a la parrilla para escarpetear el caldo. También tuvimos un maravilloso risotto de pescado marino. El atún es la especialidad. Fue tan bueno. La mayoría de la gente tenía pizzería. Hay cuatro páginas de pizzería. El personal es maravilloso. Está escondido en la calle así que sigue buscando. Teníamos el voignier y fue bien con la comida. Gran personal!

17/03/2025: I'm sorry but you can't wait 45 minutes on a Monday afternoon to eat, other than that we're in. 4 and they bring food to 2 and the other two wait another 20 minutes watching the others eat... you don't even know what the refreshment rules are. It's really a shame

13/03/2025: The menu is very rich, the prices are very decent, the quality of the food is good and the beer is also excellent 👌 There is also a children's menu including the toy and also a coloring set 👌 Sometimes we have to wait for seats, it's better to book in advance. Highly recommended 👌🍻

01/04/2025: It's called Home Rock Bar but it has nothing of Rock except the aesthetics. Commercial place, the classic place to take a couple of photos to post on Instagram but that's where it ends. It's visually beautiful but soulless, if you're looking for an alternative place go somewhere else (a short distance away is the Nasty Boys, a real alternative place!) Negative note also on the beverage side, from a place like this I expected a more accurate selection compared to the products, which instead are at disco level.

16/03/2025: Excellent place now chosen as a place of the heart... Excellent food, both Italian and Cuban, good cocktails, spectacular live music not to mention the exceptional artistic collaborations of dancers, entertainers and choreographers.
