31/08/2025: I've eaten here several times. The food is good (though it's lost some of its flavor over the years), and the wait for food has decreased compared to previous years. The last time I went, the staff was very rude, as if it were our fault for being there to eat and they had to work. When we got to the cash register, the manager got the bill wrong and took it out on us because we'd left the money nearby, which was more than the bill she'd given us. That evening aside, it's a pleasant place to eat good Mexican food.

30/08/2025: Calavera is a great option for a quick Tex-Mex lunch or dinner. The food is good, and the staff is very attentive and fast. Fatima's smile is another plus. Highly recommended!

29/07/2025: Bar that doubles as a restaurant, with a 1950s American-style ambiance, as they themselves described. The menu is also quite extensive for the type of place I expected, including, of course, classic American burgers. Fast and well-prepared service. No complaints, highly recommended, both for a quick business lunch and a relaxed lunch.

01/09/2025: We left the restaurant with smiles on our faces: Mama's cooking, respectful of tradition, with the freshest ingredients and balanced flavors. The maltagliati made with ancient grain flours were exceptional, the lamb in sauce and the saddle of veal were incredibly tender, and the chopped chicory, just the way I like it, was fantastic. Excellent wines and, above all, a top-notch digestif: Amaro Virentis! The atmosphere is family-friendly, ideal for a get-together with friends or a family gathering. Very good value for the quality offered. I recommend booking! In short: superb cuisine, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere—a little restaurant definitely worth a visit!

02/06/2025: Halfway through a long bike ride, we arrive at 2:30 pm. A first course on the fly, water, wine and coffee (15€) and we were out at 3:00 pm. We had an excellent wild boar ragù. When we asked to add truffle to the fettuccine, they explained to us, with kind firmness, that certain combinations are not done at their house: "truffle is delicate, it goes with butter, anchovy, not with game." It was a lesson. "Of course if you really insist..." Oh no, in front of the chef with that sincerely pained face, no. We had already made a fool of ourselves, we are people who learn from our mistakes. In short, we left fuller and wiser. Thank you

08/11/2025: 🇬🇧: We were the first customers to arrive, and yet we had to wait over an hour for a simple pizza! They tried to make me believe it wasn't their fault... but then, whose fault is it? +1h30 😅 In the end, the price I paid didn't match the one listed on the menu, and when I pointed this out, the staff acted in a sneaky and manipulative manner. As if that weren't enough, they also tried to add a completely unjustified service charge, which they then had to cancel after I reported it. Furthermore, they charged us for things we didn't consume, like a large 1L bottle of water when we only ordered a small 25cl! When I noticed and pointed out the mistake, they hung up on me, only to later admit it was their fault! 😡 🇬🇧 : We were the first customers to arrive, and yet we had to wait more than an hour for a simple pizza! 11/10/2025: Interesting Oktoberfest offer. Unfortunately, as often happens, when you go to pay, you discover you have to add an additional €4 cover charge that wasn't mentioned in the offer. But if it's due, why don't you mention it in the offer? Also, the lager included in the offer is on tap, but it's really nothing special.

21/10/2025: I stopped by just to see and listen to the sound system. They have two excellent RCF line array heads and, according to the owner, two RCF subs. So the sound quality is impeccable. They have Caribbean nights on Fridays and Saturdays. I'll stop by one evening to try the food and do some dancing.

20/09/2025: For those who love Cuban music and dance, it's the best. The food is excellent and the drinks are ok.

30/09/2025: We went to Calavera to try the all-you-can-eat tacos and Marco's service was simply impeccable! 👌 Attentive, smiling, and always available, he made us feel pampered from start to finish. He gave us perfect advice and made the evening truly special. A waiter like that makes all the difference: professional yet friendly and approachable. Congratulations, Marco, you served us like a god!

10/10/2025: It's anything but American. I'd call it Italian graffiti because of the tiny portions of the sandwiches, even the donuts. I'd go back just for the kindness of the waiter.

21/09/2025: Probably the best Mexican restaurant outside of Mexico. The food was divine, the tacos were fabulous, the cuisine was genuine and authentic, and the owners knew exactly what they were doing and offering. Fabulous.

21/08/2025: €7.50 for a 33cl beer. I think €8 for a small plate of nachos from the bag (which I saw on the counter) with melted cheese on top and four small pieces of jalapeño. Frankly, I think it's the least flavorful Mexican food I've ever eaten.

18/10/2025: We visited this Mexican restaurant in Lodi. The food was good, well-presented, and made with quality ingredients, but overall it wasn't exceptional. We ordered a meat dish for two, which cost €30 each. It tasted good, but the portions were decidedly limited, especially for two men. Overall, a pleasant experience, but a bit pricey.

22/08/2025: Passing through Lodi and wanting Tex Mex this is a must stop. The price is fair to the quality. The staff is polite and kind, the place is clean.

03/11/2025: Excellent cuisine using local produce. The staff is courteous and friendly, and the Maremmana is excellent.

28/09/2025: Simple, delicate and good dishes. Good courtesy of the staff and a wide menu from land to sea.
