07/12/2025: Like all old Wild West places, the food was good, but for the first time, the waitress was rude. At 8:00 PM, the place was semi-empty. They gave us a table for 4, which was quite narrow. We asked if we could sit at a larger table. They replied, "If you don't see the table, it seats 5/6. There are 4 of you, you can't go (there are 4 of us, 🐶).
I understand everything, but a little more politeness is needed. At 9:00 PM, we left, and no one ever sat down at those tables, and the place was still semi-empty. I didn't like the waitress.
06/12/2025: Everything was good, the service was a little expensive considering we ate on paper placemats.

15/11/2025: A lovely American diner-style restaurant, full of references to American culture and cinema. I loved the atmosphere and the welcome was excellent.
The food was decent: the burger was good, but the burrito was disappointing because it was mostly rice and lacked the chili flavor.
In any case, if you want to unwind and feel like you're in a '70s/'80s American movie, this is the place to be.

A varied menu, something for all tastes! Fresh, freshly prepared dishes, with generous portions.
Elegant and well-kept restaurant, courteous and professional service!

12/11/2025: The overall experience was decent, but with its ups and downs. The meat wasn't particularly flavorful or tender, and the fries were too greasy, probably because they were cooked in less-than-fresh oil. The accompanying focaccia, however, was a positive: it was truly delicious, fragrant, and well-seasoned. Overall, a place that could improve significantly with a little more attention to the quality and cooking of the main dishes.

01/09/2025: We left the restaurant with smiles on our faces: Mama's cooking, respectful of tradition, with the freshest ingredients and balanced flavors. The maltagliati made with ancient grain flours were exceptional, the lamb in sauce and the saddle of veal were incredibly tender, and the chopped chicory, just the way I like it, was fantastic. Excellent wines and, above all, a top-notch digestif: Amaro Virentis! The atmosphere is family-friendly, ideal for a get-together with friends or a family gathering.
Very good value for the quality offered. I recommend booking!
In short: superb cuisine, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere—a little restaurant definitely worth a visit!
02/06/2025: Halfway through a long bike ride, we arrive at 2:30 pm. A first course on the fly, water, wine and coffee (15€) and we were out at 3:00 pm.
We had an excellent wild boar ragù.
When we asked to add truffle to the fettuccine, they explained to us, with kind firmness, that certain combinations are not done at their house: "truffle is delicate, it goes with butter, anchovy, not with game."
It was a lesson. "Of course if you really insist..." Oh no, in front of the chef with that sincerely pained face, no. We had already made a fool of ourselves, we are people who learn from our mistakes.
In short, we left fuller and wiser.

26/10/2025: I had a pleasant evening at Rodeo 2.0, a Tex-Mex restaurant, grill, and pizzeria. I chose the beef churrasco: tender and flavorful, cooked to perfection, medium rare, served piping hot on a bed of braised onions with a touch of jalapeños. Generous portions and well-tasted draft beer. The place is casual and well-kept, with comfortable tables and a relaxed atmosphere. The service is young and courteous, with prompt service even when the dining room is full. Good value. Recommended for a dinner with friends or for those craving bold flavors. I'll be back to try the pizza.
15/10/2025: The restaurant is simply decorated, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is good quality and reasonably priced.

Aperitivo with a well-stocked buffet. Reasonable price (€15) considering the good buffet.
Great convenience: no parking problems.
I'll definitely be back.

31/08/2025: I've eaten here several times. The food is good (though it's lost some of its flavor over the years), and the wait for food has decreased compared to previous years. The last time I went, the staff was very rude, as if it were our fault for being there to eat and they had to work. When we got to the cash register, the manager got the bill wrong and took it out on us because we'd left the money nearby, which was more than the bill she'd given us. That evening aside, it's a pleasant place to eat good Mexican food.
30/08/2025: Calavera is a great option for a quick Tex-Mex lunch or dinner. The food is good, and the staff is very attentive and fast. Fatima's smile is another plus. Highly recommended!

If I ever have to accept models for VW in Cisinella again, I will definitely stop by again.
