The black woman at the counter was rude and dismissive, perhaps because we arrived at 3:30 PM while she was doing her own thing, and we disturbed her. A pitiful and shameful scene... be careful with your staff, because they're a fundamental part of the experience you offer!

Over the past two months, we've noticed that the crisis has also affected the quantity of dishes, which has halved, while keeping the prices the same.
Really disappointed by this.
Go back to the same level as two months ago so as not to lose regular customers.
I'd also like to add that today, after twenty-one minutes of waiting at the entrance, the staff continued to charge everyone who left their table, even if they weren't already at the cash register, rather than seating us. We've changed locations for dinner. A real shame.
28/12/2025: The waitresses were incredibly unfriendly; they practically kicked us out of their restaurant while we were eating. We waited 30 minutes for two quesadillas. Absolutely not recommended!

The management is run by intelligent people, clearly intelligent... I wanted to meet the owners (Daniele and Francesca) and... No surprises, as if we'd known each other since childhood. Big hearts... Kind and smiling staff! 10 out of 10!!
31/03/2026: Besides the terrible food (the only thing I enjoyed was the sangria), the prices were excessive for the quality, service, and ambiance.
Despite a mistake on one order (an absolutely unpleasant dish, especially for a child), they didn't even give us a discount.

Now it's under new management. I know it's gone downhill a bit, but I haven't been there yet.
07/08/2025: We had a very good meal, good conversation in English (unfortunately only with one employee), excellent service and very good food at an attractive price.
If I have to take measurements for VW models in Cisinella again, I will definitely eat there again.

The service is courteous and discreet, offering recommendations when requested. I've been here several times and will definitely return. The location, just a few meters from the panoramic viewpoint, is noteworthy.

29/03/2026: For goodness sake, we sit down, and in the confusion of the place where the furniture seems haphazard, after 45 minutes the first course has yet to arrive, the waiters are absent, and the food is subpar. If you're really being kind, there are two possibilities: either you started work today or you have every reason to close... And it's the beginning of the season and there aren't many people... I won't comment on the dishes because you can choose between undercooked, or the main course arrived and the side dish was forgotten... Or over an hour for a plate of pasta, and we were among the first to arrive.
Well, if you want to waste money, this is the right place. A piece of advice: it's better to rethink everything or change jobs.

21/04/2026: A lovely place, we ate outside, the service was friendly, and the food was hearty. A pleasant evening at a more than reasonable price. We returned in the spring for dinner inside. The place was very welcoming, the service friendly, and the food met our expectations. Special mention goes to bartender Edoardo for his wonderful frozen fruit margarita. It was so good we ordered three.

05/04/2026: Excellent, large place, I highly recommend it. We dined as a couple. They seated us in a quiet spot away from the bar, which we appreciated, as we wanted peace and relaxation. The waiters were friendly, and the food was plentiful.
