24/05/2026: Excellent food, always good meat, and excellent beer too, the only sore point is the house wine, the rabosello in bulk and little more than colored water, no alternatives, unless you buy a bottle which becomes a lot to finish in one go.

21/12/2025: Misleading Advertising Unfriendly service from the start: the waiter seemed annoyed, especially when one of us only ordered a drink. A Sunday promotion was clearly visible on the table (a free slice of cake with an app subscription). I inquired before ordering, but it was postponed until later. After dinner, having signed up for the app, I asked for the advertised service. I laughed, consulted with colleagues, and the final response was: "The promotion probably isn't active on Sundays." Ironic, considering the promotion was clearly Sunday-only. Only later did I read other reviews that reported that the promotional offers at the entrance and on the table linens were never applied. At this point, it doesn't seem like an isolated case, but rather misleading communication. A shame, because clarity and a minimum of courtesy would be enough to avoid such experiences.

08/12/2025: We've been held hostage in here for over an hour; they're probably slaughtering the cow and waiting for the bread to rise. I don't know what star to give the food; it hasn't arrived yet...

04/06/2026: Road to the USA, but on skates 🍔🛼 Super positive experience at American Diner! Everything was excellent: the burgers were amazing, and the Red Velvet was delicious. The atmosphere was beautiful, in true American style, with attention to detail and very engaging. Even the bathrooms are 1950s-style and very clean. Superb service: friendly, fast, and always helpful staff. I'll definitely be back!

13/05/2026: Vecchia Osteria, a name that's perfect. This place has a very vintage atmosphere, but serves high-quality, beautifully presented products. The meat is top-notch and very reasonably priced. If you're passing through Marotta, this restaurant is worth a stop. Recommended! 😉

09/05/2026: We had a great time, arriving by chance on a Saturday night without a reservation... Rita was immediately welcoming, found us a spot, despite the chaos, and happily accompanied us throughout the evening (with her infectious laugh!) Excellent selection of beers and excellent food, delicious food. Five stars, fully deserved.

04/04/2026: Terrible experience! They sat us at a table at the entrance where there were no customers, and half an hour later the order taker arrived and started taking orders from the newcomers! We asked why he didn't come to us right away, and he arrogantly told us we had to wait while he did what he wanted. We got up and went somewhere else to eat...never again!

03/04/2026: Every now and then we come here and try to give it another chance, but to no avail: terrible service, endless waits to be escorted to the table, to have our order taken, and to be served. With perpetually angry faces. Once we pointed it out at the cashier and were told, "They know about it and there aren't many people; the owners are aware of it and do nothing." Need we say more? Bah.

16/04/2026: Amazing place! From the outside, you're greeted by a beautiful space, and upon entering, you're immediately struck by the friendly atmosphere, as well as the aromas of the meat. The food is top-notch: not just a steak, but an experience. The owner is very kind and helpful, always ready to offer the best recommendations.

16/02/2026: A family-run trattoria, in every sense of the word, with the feel of grandma's house and quality traditional cuisine. Traditional ingredients are used. Coming down from Terminillo after a morning in the snow and having lunch here is priceless. Congratulations.

29/03/2026: I love it, the food is delicious and the staff is really friendly. The only downside is the very small space, which can sometimes be annoying due to the noise.

16/03/2026: One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. We made a reservation after months of not returning, and were immediately told that, having chosen the 8:00 PM service, the table would have to be vacated by 9:30 PM. A somewhat unpleasant rule, but clear, so we accepted it. It's a shame that the restaurant demands punctuality from its customers without being able to uphold it in the kitchen: we arrived at 8:00 PM sharp, ordered at 8:08 PM, and the main course arrived at 9:05 PM. With these times, imposing a double service becomes simply ridiculous. At 9:20 PM, the pressure to get us up begins: a waiter asks for the bill, then shortly afterward we're told with some urgency that there are people waiting for our table. Out of politeness, we pay immediately and leave, even leaving some still-full Margarita glasses that had already been paid for. Total: €95 for two, plus a child, to eat in a rush and be escorted to the door. The most sordid detail, however, comes later. Once outside, I linger for a few minutes and notice that no one is sitting at our table. No one. At 9:40 PM, it was still empty. So not only did they rush us while we were still eating, but they did so using an obviously false rationale. I returned to calmly point out that there is a civilized way to treat people, but the response I received was: "You're rude." I'd say this perfectly sums up the current management style: arrogant, rude, and far inferior to the past. We won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

03/05/2026: This is my second time there. The atmosphere is very nice, the themed evenings are fun and enjoyable, and the food and drinks are a little expensive.

30/04/2026: We've eaten at this spectacular place twice now from Vicenza!! The guys are incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly. If you want pure fun and lots of noise, you can't miss it!! Thanks Home!!!

You can tell he runs this business with a lot of passion. I'm happy I spent an evening there and had a chat with him.
