24/12/2025: I'm sorry, but we're not there yet. I wasn't satisfied. The appetizer was neither good nor bad, a mussel soup with lots of tiny or empty mussels and lots of tomato. I had two first courses: fusilli with clams (two clams, one empty), shrimp and zucchini that didn't arrive, and a dry paella.
The second course was decent but nothing exceptional.
The dessert wasn't bad.

04/02/2026: I'm a regular customer, and even on Sunday, even though I hadn't booked, we were greeted with kindness and joy by the staff. For the first time, we had lunch upstairs, served by Marco, a young man who was kind, attentive, smiling, and yet professional. The food was always top-notch!!
Well done!

The menu offers
very varied dishes
both fish and meat
Sufficiently extensive wine list
The risotto with truffle and sausage was good
The fresh raw fish was good
Although the risotto with scallops wasn't to our liking
Good value for money
09/11/2025: Warm and welcoming atmosphere with a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the view. Food made with excellent, top-quality ingredients... aesthetically beautiful dishes. I celebrated my birthday by choosing the menu that best suited me with the owner's advice, and it turned out wonderfully. Excellent wine, excellent service. A well-deserved 5 stars.

20/02/2026: Found this lovely spot on our way from the Carnival in Venice to our skiing resort up north. Run by two brothers who have grown up in the industry and must have been through its changes over time, yet have carved this gem resembling long gone times. Great menu with local Veneto cuisine. Cannot go wrong with anything on this menu, we especially love all the pastas (had bigoli, tortellini and pasta & fagioli) and veggies (artichoke, wild cicoria and grilled veggies). Giorgio is helpful and hospitable, making you feel like you’re eating at his house. Definitely recommended!

15/11/2025: A seafood restaurant in Vicenza, now known as Osteria del Mare. Traditional, well-cooked fare. The atmosphere is confusing: one room is furnished like a modern bistro, the other a throwback to the 1970s. Service is friendly but a bit ramshackle: the staff are out of uniform, and tables aren't assigned to a single waiter. Considering the price, it could be better!

15/03/2026: My only regret was not being able to sit down, but I loved the duck bigoli and the beef tartare. Fantastic staff and excellent wine; I recommend the Tai Rosso. I hope to return soon, but remember to book! A true osteria of the past, highly recommended.
06/03/2026: Disproportionate prices: €260 for 5 people compared to the tasteless food.
Let's start with the positives: service and location. Unfortunately, despite the good reviews, I was surprised by the tasteless food, which was absolutely not worth the price. We ordered mixed appetizers, which were fine. I ordered dry, flavorless donkey stew and tiramisu, which had some strange base. For €260, I won't be returning.

09/12/2025: Never again. Some friends and I had dinner here, eating pizza. The food was average, the place was nice, but the service was poor, to say the least. The waiter who took our order, who I believe was the owner, was incredibly arrogant, rude, and inappropriate. We asked for a glass after a bottle arrived, and he impatiently asked where we were when he asked how many glasses to bring when ordering. My friends and I were shocked and silent. I will never set foot in there again.

13/02/2026: I've only tried the restaurant, where the service and food quality are truly top-notch. Kudos to the lady in the dining room who recommended the perfect wine to pair with the bigoli with cod, which were delicious. This is one of the finest examples of Italian style in dining. Well done. I'll definitely be back.
11/12/2025: This restaurant is certified for its cod; you'll find it in every dish, and they even give you the chance to try it first. The food was good, but we weren't overly impressed, perhaps because of the menu's offerings.

15/02/2026: One star not for the quality of the food but for the lack of transparency. Leaving aside the increase for Valentine's Day compared to the traditional menu (which I can accept), we also found a discrepancy with the prices listed on the menu when we received the bill.
The main courses we ordered cost €18 and €20, but on the receipt they were €20 and €22, while the 1/2 liter of wine was priced at €6, but on the receipt it was €8. Not to mention the surcharge for water, coffee, sorbet, and cover charge compared to what was listed on the menu.
In short, I definitely wouldn't return after this evening.

26/01/2026: Excellent location for taking the SS47 highway, whether you're heading to Trento, Padua, Vicenza, or Marostica. We stayed here for two nights over New Year's Eve, and it was fantastic. Peace, quiet, and tranquility were top notch. Always warm and pampered by the staff, who kept us updated on events in the Bassano area. We had a pleasant day. Thank you so much again.
