04/01/2026: Classic family-run trattoria Two lunch sittings at 12 and 1:30 PM Endless wait times due to poor organization: 45/60 minutes. Good food, well-made, just like at home. A limited menu with classic dishes: Bigoli, gnocchi, four sauces, steak, melted cheese, polenta, and the only new addition: rabbit. Three side dishes: potatoes, salad, and cooked vegetables. Nothing special or typical. No rice, mushrooms, dumplings, or venison. The family staff is friendly, but slow and poorly organized. It's okay: no luxuries, fine if you're with family and want a reasonable lunch, spending a fair amount, and you're on vacation.

01/12/2025: I arrived on a Sunday evening at 8:00 PM, and while every restaurant in Bassano was packed, there was no one here, just us and a lady at the back. Lots of staff, and above all, a very friendly and professional waiter. An old-fashioned atmosphere, inspired by the menu that even bowling clubs don't have (unsightly). Various choices, and nothing to complain about in terms of variety. Appetizer with mushrooms, soppressa, and polenta (too dry)... Polenta and cod (the cod was okay, but the polenta was still too dry). A tiny salmon steak with chips. A plate of carpaccio. Water and house wine. And finally, two coffees. 110 euros. My son only ate a small piece of salmon and chips. My wife a plate of carpaccio. And I had polenta and cod with the appetizer. I'll leave it to you to judge.

25/11/2025: An excellent stay at this property just outside Arsiero. The hotel is located in a quiet yet strategic position for exploring the area. The rooms are quiet, spacious, and very comfortable. Sleep quality is excellent thanks to the tranquility of the property. The rooms are very clean and characteristically mountain lodge-like. The restaurant is a great addition; the dishes are excellent and carefully prepared. The varied menu features typical local dishes, and the wine cellar is excellent. The staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. Prices are average and consistent with the offerings. Highly recommended, and congratulations to the entire team.

15/12/2025: The food is excellent, and the prices are great. The only flaw is the waitress (the short brunette one) who is truly rude. No one asks for a big smile, nor for such annoyed and rude manners. I understand it's tiring work, but it's certainly not the customers' fault. The owner, on the other hand, is very kind.

14/12/2025: ⭐ The problem this evening at Pizzeria Ristorante Primavera wasn't so much the food, which was overall decent, but everything else. We were served the wrong dish. It can happen, but that's when the management began to be truly unprofessional: we had to wait for the dish to be remade, and, even more unpleasantly, the waiter even questioned our request, claiming it wasn't true that we had ordered another dish. An annoying situation that makes the customer feel in the wrong even when they weren't. To make matters worse, the three entrees arrived very late. At that point, we had two options: take turns eating while the others watched, or let the plates cool and eat together. Either way, it was a ruined experience. It's a shame, because with more attentive service and a little coordination in the kitchen, the evening could have gone differently. So, unfortunately, it's a negative memory that outweighs the quality of the food.

07/02/2026: Many reviews rant about the place being outdated, with dated furnishings, and in need of renovation. I believe, however, that the atmosphere and the old-world familiarity that reigns supreme are the added value that many other similar, "modern" places only dream of. It's a place for those who love the '70s and '80s. It's not outdated, but distinctive, a place full of atmosphere, with busy but always smiling and friendly staff. In other places, the people are sullen, rude, and cold, and that makes a big difference. The prices are lower than other "up-to-date" places. Here, you pay for the food, not the image or the so-called "brand." For me, pizza is exclusively the Margherita with oregano while cooking, the true yardstick for understanding the quality of the ingredients and evaluating them from an organoleptic point of view. In my case, this was my first experience as a customer at this place and I ordered a Margherita with oregano while cooking. The waiting times were normal despite the really intense flow of customers. When I visited, the Margherita was presented with a round but irregular shape, typical of the Neapolitan style, a sign of applied manual skill and not perfect circles made with machines. This is a sign that what I am eating is the result of the work of a person who has spent their time to give me what I am consuming. This gives more value to the work of someone who is working while I am relaxing while waiting, and this gives more value than the simple fact that "it's their job" or "I'll pay for the pizza". The mozzarella was of great quality, the tomato was good, perhaps slightly acidic in truth but overall well-mixed. Obviously, this is just my simple opinion, as my taste is entirely debatable, let's be clear. The cooking was just right, tending towards overcooked, which I noticed in the dishes of other diners. But we know that the middle of the evening is very busy for those who work, and that translates into many things all at once: pizza that's beautiful to look at, good to eat, and easy to digest thanks to the excellent leavening time. 22/11/2025: We had lunch for six (four adults and two children). We hadn't booked, but they served us quickly, and the staff was accommodating to the children's requests. Delicious lunch, quiet place, vegetarian and gluten-free options available, and homemade desserts.

17/11/2025: The waitress is an older lady who is great; the food... not so much. Appetizer (meh) and main dishes came to the table at the same time... ok. Their carbonara is not a creamy pasta dish. It is essentially scrambled eggs in pasta with virtually unrendered bacon/guanciale. Our observation of this fact was not well received by management.

26/07/2025: He estado viniendo a este restaurante durante los últimos 2 años y siempre he tenido una gran experiencia. La comida es muy fresca y bien condimentada. Las porciones son masivas para el precio en mi opinión. Volveré esta noche para el salmón a la parrilla y la tagliatelle con vongole. ¡No puede equivocarse con ese combo!

23/07/2025: Questo ristorante che conosciamo da tempo si riconferma uno dei migliori per la qualità delle pietanze la quantità (non è un goirme' )ma molto meglio x noi , la profesdionalita' ed efficienza del personale la velocità del sevizio è non ultimo il prezzo.consigliatisdimo soprattutto x chi ama il pesce. 19/01/2026: I took some of my English clients for dinner. The view was incredible, but it was a shame about the terrible service. The waiters were unprofessional with my client, who is an English businessman. My fillet was cold and tough, while my colleague next door's chicken was stringy and tough. A smile from the chef wouldn't hurt. What a shame.
