16/07/2026: Unfortunately, we only stayed one night, but my boyfriend and I would have loved to stay much longer. Inspired by the excellent reviews, we also decided to dine there: delicious food and we were completely satisfied! The staff was fantastic, truly kind and friendly. We will definitely be back; it was a short experience, but we were very impressed!

13/02/2026: I've only tried the restaurant, where the service and food quality are truly top-notch. Kudos to the lady in the dining room who recommended the perfect wine to pair with the bigoli with cod, which were delicious. This is one of the finest examples of Italian style in dining. Well done. I'll definitely be back.

05/04/2026: A truly unpleasant experience. Yesterday morning I went to this bar for breakfast, but unfortunately the payment completely ruined everything. The bill was €13, and I paid €20 in cash (I didn't have any smaller bills) plus €4 in coins, as the waitress needed them. Despite this, the waitress, with a rather arrogant attitude, began to insist that I hadn't given her the coins, questioning what I had just done. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer. It's truly annoying to be treated as if you're trying to cheat, especially when you're sure you paid correctly. It's a shame, because the breakfast itself wasn't bad, but the rudeness of the cashier staff definitely puts me off returning.

29/03/2026: We got a table without a reservation. The food was typical Venetian, with lots of sauces. The food was okay, but nothing special.

20/07/2026: We've never been to this restaurant, but we still wanted to try it despite the bad reviews. When we arrived, the very kind waitress came right to greet us, and we kindly asked her to bring us water. Then we ordered a 1/4 cup of prosecco, but it was completely flat. I ordered a carbonara dish next. I can't complain about the quantity because it was plentiful. Instead, my companion ordered bigoli with ragù, and it was tomato in a glass jar thrown over the bigoli with canned ragù added. It was also sour, and you could tell from afar that it was a pre-made sauce. We asked the owner if it was their own ragù, and they told us they've been making it for 35 years and no one's ever complained. If you're Italian, I completely advise against this restaurant; otherwise, you'll leave feeling nervous. I'll stop here.

02/08/2026: We've been to this restaurant several times and have always had a great experience: a pleasant setting, excellent food, and, until yesterday, consistently positive experiences. Unfortunately, during yesterday's dinner, one of us received his dish only after reporting it to the waitress, and after everyone else had already finished eating. Once we raised the issue, we had the clear impression, given the staff's reaction, that there had been a mix-up with the order and that, had we not said anything, the dish would never have arrived. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I know that these kinds of incidents can happen: it's how they're handled that makes the difference. In this case, we would have expected at least an apology or a small gesture of thoughtfulness. Instead, when it came time to get the bill, no one mentioned what had happened. I also wanted to add a few service details we noticed that could be significantly improved: dishes intended for customers further away were passed around the table instead of being placed on the table, and dirty cutlery left on the plate (to indicate it needed changing) was placed back on the table by the staff and not replaced. I'm writing this review in a constructive spirit: it's a restaurant my family and I have always appreciated and we'd gladly return to. Therefore, I feel it's right to report what happened, hoping it will help improve the overall experience.

03/07/2026: I've dined here with friends, feasting on game, several times and tried various dishes. I must say it was one of the best game dinners I've had. The price was fair. A word of advice: for certain dinners, try a medium-high range wine. The "sopa coada" is highly recommended.

06/04/2026: This cafe, located in Piazza della Signori in the center of Vicenza, is a lovely spot often seen on social media, with a beautiful glass-enclosed terrace. The Mont Blanc here is expensive, but delicious! This cafe generally has a higher price point for everything. Even at night, the cafe is lively with loud background music.

24/03/2026: We arrived in Vicenza and I was really looking forward to enjoying a traditional Aperol Spritz, but I have to admit I was disappointed. The only thing worth mentioning was the view of Piazza dei Signori. I drink this all the time and I know exactly how it should taste—and this, unfortunately, wasn't even close.

02/08/2026: Al Ponte restaurant is definitely one of the most beautiful places in Bassano. The location is enchanting, and dining in its garden is the best. The only thing that could be improved, in my opinion, are the dishes, which are "poor." The beef carpaccio with torcolato sauce is superb, the duck breast à l'orange is good but the portion is meager. The cut of the dish is decent, but a little more could have been done, and the person taking the order seemed annoyed when we asked for it to be rare. Could be improved.

01/08/2026: Every restaurant in town was packed on a Saturday in August. We stumbled across this quaint restaurant that seemed quiet. Beautiful setting. RUDE staff. Had dogs with us but we're met with " you want to eat with ALL those animals, I can give you a table in the corner" of an empty restaurant. When we asked for a table closer to the front - He laughed and said "not a chance". Host was confrontational, rude and clear now the reason why a restaurant with prime position on a Saturday to have just 2 tables occupied.
