01/02/2026: I had the lasagna with mushrooms, sausage, and pumpkin. The combination of mushrooms and pumpkin was excellent! They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with the perfect sweetness from the pumpkin. The bread was also very soft and delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed, and all the staff were very kind. If I return to Marostica, I will definitely stop by this restaurant again.

14/02/2026: A highly renowned restaurant in Bassano del Grappa, located just outside the city center and nestled within the old city walls.
There were two of us, and we ate wonderfully.
The food was super fresh and delicious.
We were truly surprised by the appetizers, with a selection specially selected to showcase the local area.
We'll definitely be back!
12/02/2026: The online menu evidently hadn't been updated in months, so we settled for sampling what was offered instead of finding and trying the published menu. The mixed antipasto offered several rather tasteless and probably old appetizers, which we finished out of hunger. I couldn't finish the creamed cod; it was truly mediocre. We continued with two first courses, one of which was okay but the other was nothing special. The service was a bit sloppy. A shame.

18/01/2026: A truly great place. Plenty of space, delicious pesce paella with a generous selection of ingredients. The frittura is also very good, and the lemon sorbetto is delicious. The service is very efficient. I recommend it.
03/01/2026: I ordered paella to go for the evening of the 31st. When I arrived to pick it up, I found a very kind man who immediately invited me to sit at the buffet while I waited for my order to be ready and handed me the receipt for the cashier. After paying, I waited a little over five minutes, and the takeout service was excellent: in addition to the paella, I also found sangria, bread, lemon napkins, and a stuffed cookie!
Needless to say, the paella was delicious, full of seafood, and generous portions... something I honestly didn't expect for the evening of the 31st!! Kudos to all the staff and to the owner, Carmen, who obviously puts so much passion and care into her service!!

The only downside is that despite the (appreciable) efforts to heat the veranda, it's unfortunately a bit chilly outside.

06/01/2026: For what it sets out to be, the restaurant is good. Cheap, fast, the food is okay - nothing spectacular, but well made. The restaurant is self-service, and they serve a select number of dishes until they run out. We arrived a bit late so we didn't have many options (but we were lucky to get the last 2 pieces of chicken). The staff are a bit rude, but it was the only place open in town (on a holiday). For tourists who want to have a "local" experience, I think it's a good option.

31/01/2026: An excellent find for a pleasant lunch break. The restaurant is informal, simple, yet welcoming and clean. Service is quick, and the staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. The dishes are excellent and plentiful; the menu is varied and features typical local dishes. Prices are average and consistent with the menu. Reservations are recommended. Parking is available in front of the restaurant.

16/11/2025: Nice place, good pizza. The only downside was that we couldn't finish the fried food we ordered due to a miscommunication with the kitchen. As soon as the fried food arrived, the pizzas arrived, and since we were very busy, we had to send them back.

08/12/2025: We were there on a Sunday evening. Given that it's a restaurant I already knew, I went back specifically for their duck bigoli. As usual, the atmosphere was lively and energetic. Great team, well done, well done! Especially to Chiara, congratulations for the great service! But unfortunately, I slipped up with the bigolo. The pasta was sooooo al dente and lacked its usual creaminess; it almost seemed separated from the sauce.
I'll definitely be back, hopefully for the next bigolo. In any case, for me, it's still an excellent place to try authentic Vicenza cuisine just steps from the center.

24/12/2025: I'm sorry, but we're not there yet. I wasn't satisfied. The appetizer was neither good nor bad, a mussel soup with lots of tiny or empty mussels and lots of tomato. I had two first courses: fusilli with clams (two clams, one empty), shrimp and zucchini that didn't arrive, and a dry paella.
The second course was decent but nothing exceptional.
The dessert wasn't bad.

12/01/2026: I discovered this trattoria by chance.
We've always been greeted with the utmost kindness.
Despite its predominantly fish-based menu, they've always managed to accommodate my vegetarian needs.
My family, on the other hand, enjoys eating fish and has always enjoyed excellent dishes.
Don't let the decor fool you, because believe me... the dishes are truly delicious... the pizzas are the most amazing.
