08/02/2025: I never expected there to be any restaurant in the mountains that deals with fish. Fast service, good food and honest prices to recommend without any doubt.

17/02/2025: Väldigt smaklös mat och glasen kändes inte rena. Beställde en Spaghetti Bolognese men den var inte bra, smaklös och dåligt tillagad. Grabben åt Carbonara och den var ”ok”. De ställde fram bröd innan maten kom men det måste varit ifrån igår. På den positiva sidan var det relativt snabb service jämfört med andra liknande ställen mitt i pisten och läget är fantastiskt mitt i pisten med en stor terrass i söderläge.

07/02/2025: Cosa dire. Siamo arrivati in questa baita molto carina e siamo stati accolti più o meno gentilmente. Dopo averci fatto accomodare nella saletta adiacente abbiamo ordinato le pietanze. Non ricordo esattamente quanto tempo abbiamo aspettato per ricevere i piatti (abbastanza curati nella presenza) ma di cattivo gusto e sapore. Deludente sia il servizio che il cibo. Non sono assolutamente competenti del lavoro che svolgono. Vi consiglio vivamente altri locali.

23/01/2025: A very beautiful hotel located at the gates of the Gran Paradiso National Park in a charming little mountain village. The staff is extremely welcoming, the rooms are typical (we are transported back in time), and the spa with numerous saunas and hammams allows you to relax while enjoying the view of the snow-capped mountains 🤩 The food is also excellent, whether at breakfast or in the many restaurants that the hotel offers. A magical, relaxing and timeless stay!

11/01/2025: We had dinner here before the end of the year and they even accommodated our request to move to a romantic table by the fireplace! Really friendly and knowledgeable staff! All dishes of excellent quality with refined workmanship. The pak choi rolls stuffed with prawns are very good! Millefeuille to try, delicious!

17/02/2025: Arriving in Courmayeur we try this restaurant recommended by a friend who spent many years in the Aosta Valley. We enter and notice a very nice rustic mountain decor. The staff is very kind, the menu is very well structured, a very positive note, on the front page the beers of the Courmayeur micro brewery (nice and not obvious to see a local product promoted, especially if the area has a craft brewery). We ask for raclette with moccetta potatoes and pickles, given the time they didn't know if it was still possible, but they immediately came with stone and pans. I admit that we were happy because it was very good and deserved a lot. The desserts are very good, perhaps a little expensive, but they absolutely do not disappoint expectations. The staff is professional and friendly, the bathroom is very clean. Very honest prices for Courmayeur. Definitely a fixed stop when we return to these areas.

13/02/2025: Nice pizzeria with a large selection of pizza. The pizza and other dishes were good. We also liked the desserts.

09/02/2025: Saturday evening, we book a table for 5 at 7.30pm, for a total of €145.. for pizzas.. Tables a little crowded together to maximize capacity, the waiters kept pushing at our chairs and jackets. It seemed like a tourist pizza to us, nothing to do with Neapolitan pizza. The dough is nothing special, the seasonings are quite bland, but the spicy oil saves you for some flavour. €8.5 for a liter of coke is excessive to say the least, even for Cervinia. If you are staying for a few days, wait until you eat pizza in your favorite pizzeria...

07/01/2025: Tornati dopo due anni per il pranzo del 31 dicembre in questo ristorante nel pieno centro di Aosta, abbiamo ritrovato la qualità che ricordavamo. Locale piccolo e accogliente, staff cortese e attento. Stupiscono positivamente la scelta delle materie prime, il mix di sapori dei vari piatti e una carta dei vini - consultabile su un tablet - quasi infinita. Il menù degustazione Alpino (40 euro, dagli antipasti al dessert) ha un eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo e permette di assaggiare un po’ di tutto con porzioni adeguate.

Porzioni buone e abbondanti soprattutto nei primi. Camerieri molto gentili e pronti a soddisfare le richieste. Tutte le pietanze che abbiamo preso noi sono state semplicemente fantastiche. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

06/01/2025: Excellent and plentiful food, typical of the area, friendly and helpful staff and a very nice and well-kept environment. You arrive at the old village after a nice walk.

16/02/2025: Woke up in our cozy suite to spectacular mountain views out of all our windows. The delicious breakfast with endless options and delicious coffee made early mornings easy. Kind and attentive staff made us feel at home, and Sergio's rapid shuttle service made travel to-and-from Dolonne lifts a total breeze. Fast wifi made streaming a breeze on our rest day. Pet-friendly a huge plus! We were certainly sad when our setimana bianca had to end. Grazie mille!

10/02/2025: Beautiful family stay 4-star hotel in a central location, beautiful and comfortable. The room was spacious and equipped with every comfort. The staff were very kind and very helpful. We arrived half an hour before check-in and since we had a 1 and a half year old girl they prepared the room for us a little in advance. We also tried the very relaxing SPA area. Excellent breakfast with local products too!
