Last week, without realizing it, while exploring a fine dining experience, we found ourselves back in the very same place. A warm welcome awaited us. We were delighted by the quality of the dishes, their flavors, and their presentation. 25/09/2025: Warm, Cosy Dining at Big Ben in Paquier, Aosta. We a group of 6 friends had a really enjoyable meal at Big Ben in Paquier (Aosta). The food is good—flavours are well balanced, and everything feels fresh and satisfying. What stood out most was the friendly staff; they made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and service was attentive without ever being rushed. The atmosphere is cosy and relaxed—perfect for a casual dinner or catching up with friends. Bonus: there’s a big parking area right in front of the restaurant, which makes arriving and leaving stress‑free

17/10/2025: A hotel with lots of character and very friendly staff. Everything is relaxed and the service is friendly. Upon check-in (without prior booking), we were told the restaurant was closed. However, the breakfast buffet and service were world-class! I've never experienced such a lovingly prepared and extensive buffet (and that for just a few guests) (and I'm old, well-traveled, and well-traveled).

16/10/2025: I stayed with my family (wife and two children) for a long weekend at the end of August. The facilities and food were top-notch, and the staff were incredibly professional and friendly. It will be my go-to place in Courmayeur.

10/10/2025: I didn't like the ambiance. Everything seemed very simple, and I didn't find it cozy. The tables are very close together, so there's no privacy at all. We didn't want to have a second glass of wine there. The food is excellent, the welcome was okay, but the waitress seemed so annoyed and unfriendly, completely untypical for Italy. No please, no thank you. It's a shame. There won't be a second visit.

07/10/2025: A “local” brasserie that word has got out to the rest of that it’s worth the drive/walk up the hill to try. We were staying close by (just a 4 min walk ) and tried our luck on a weekday without a reservation … they were fully booked!!! But, they managed to find us a spot provided we were done in an hour. The service was exactly what we expected - helpful, efficient and friendly. The food probably exceeded our expectations - beautiful taste, good servings and promptly served. Cheap table wine to wash our meal down did the trick. Highly recommended but also recommend you book!

11/08/2025: Extremely disappointing stay and worrying lack of security and respect I stayed at this hotel hoping to have a pleasant stay, but the experience turned into a nightmare. During my absence, I had the very unpleasant surprise of discovering that my luggage had been searched. The arrangement of my belongings had clearly been altered, and some personal belongings had been moved. This type of situation is deeply shocking and unacceptable, especially in a hotel that is supposed to offer comfort and security to its guests. When I reported the problem to the reception desk, the staff's reaction was more than disappointing. No clear explanation was given, and management didn't seem to take the situation seriously. Instead of trying to understand or reassure me, I felt as if my words were being minimized, or even doubted. This lack of professionalism is unworthy of a hotel that claims to welcome its guests in good conditions. A hotel isn't just a place to sleep; it's also a place where you should be able to leave your belongings in peace. Here, trust was completely broken. I felt unsafe for the rest of my stay, forced to guard my personal belongings and fearing for their safety. This ruined my trip and prevented me from enjoying my time there. In summary, I strongly advise against this establishment to anyone who values privacy, the security of their belongings, and a minimum of consideration from the staff. There are many other hotels that, for the same price or less, will treat their guests with honesty, professionalism, and respect. For my part, this is the last time I'll set foot here.

05/12/2025: I've been to this spectacular trattoria, right in the center of Aosta, near the Christmas markets. The entrance is beautiful, the interior is very beautiful, and the portions are generous and good value for money. I'll definitely be back. A great place for tourists. Highly recommended!

The dinner was delicious, with high-quality ingredients, everything was truly delicious! The wines they recommended to accompany the dishes were perfect. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back!

17/11/2025: The hotel's location is incredible, one of the few hotels in Cervinia and the surrounding area with a magical atmosphere. The hotel is truly beautiful, every detail is meticulously cared for, and it's truly worth it. I would honestly recommend it to everyone! We ate the best Valpellinenze ever, and the rest of the food was delicious too! Excellent wine... For anyone passing through, I recommend it even just for lunch or dinner.
