02/05/2025: Go this evening, after reading the symbol that guaranteed gluten-free. Once we entered, they showed us the table and without even making us sit down, they asked us if we wanted some water. After a while we asked to order, a boy took the order from us, a portion of gluten-free supplì, obligatorily 4 supplì, and already here we asked ourselves why, and we also asked the waiter who in response told us: they are usually portions for 2, okay we accept "this obligation", we order 2 pinsas, after about 30 minutes, the waiter arrives with only the pinsa with gluten telling us that the chef had made a mistake because he had made both with gluten, and was therefore making the gluten-free one again. So they forced us to eat separately due to their mistake. We had to request the beer we had already asked for as soon as we ordered the pinsas. I add the famous supplì that we had asked for, after having taken the order, we were told that they were no longer there, and it was only 9.20pm, therefore terrible internal organization of the kitchen, if they were already finished almost at the beginning of the evening. Experience not to be repeated, the staff if you can call it that, should be trained, rather than wandering around the room. P.s the Pinsa was good

05/03/2025: Finally a restaurant where you eat like you used to, real dishes full of food and not sculptures of all colours. Dishes with truffles are eaten cooked and presented "as they once were"

23/01/2025: Ieri sera volevamo mangiare del Tartufo e abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante. L’ambiente è elegante nel senso più alto, stile anni Venti non invasivo e perfettamente conservato. Abbiamo mangiato degli strangozzi fatti in casa con tartufo di stagione… una vera esperienza. Anche gli antipasti erano ottimi. Vino in abbinamento perfetto. Come dolce abbiamo scelto una crescionda spoletina che generalmente non amo molto perchè troppo bagnata o dolce e che invece in questo caso era buonissima ! Servizio discreto e competente. Grazie davvero.

16/04/2025: Vier von uns hatten den Spinatsalat bestellt. Der Spinat war teilweise welk und die dazugehörigen Kartoffeln fast roh. Die Portion war nicht größer als ein Beilagensalat und keinesfalls die 12 Euro wert, die wir dafür bezahlten.

15/02/2025: Kindness and uniqueness that distinguish a welcoming and warm location. Excellent quality raw materials, good value for money, I recommend both for a quick aperitif and for a tasting lunch and/or dinner.

13/04/2025: My husband, I and my 2 and a half year old son went to this place on Friday 11 April for dinner. Let me start by saying that we were out and about and it was getting late for dinner, it was around 8.15pm, so having seen this place which was not far away on maps, we called quickly to find out if there was room and they said yes, so a few minutes later we were there. To begin with, with the place practically empty (I only saw 2 other tables occupied), they gave us a table about 60cm deep, where to eat three pizzas we practically had half a plate off the table. Then when we arrived one of the chairs was still out of place and there was an uncorked bottle of oil on the table, it looked like someone had already eaten there and it hadn't yet been re-set. The lady who accompanied us to the table left us in the lurch and my husband had to get the high chair for the baby himself, and among other things it hadn't been cleaned and there were still crumbs on the seat left by some other child (I banged the cushion before sitting my son in it). As for the pizza, we didn't like it because it was too thin but I know that others like it that way. Average prices

11/01/2025: Ho mangiato male, era meglio trovare un fast food, avrei mangiato meglio e spese molto meno. Il servizio lascia desiderare, la pasta scotta di bassa qualità, l'antipasto misto con dei prodotti di scarsa qualità come la pasta per non parlare del dolce!

06/01/2025: Purtroppo devo confermare l’idea che già avevo di questo posto. L’ultima volta che ci ero stata risale al 2021, non mi era piaciuto, torno (su invito) due settimane fa speranzosa e invece…peggio che mai. Servizio indecente, piatti che arrivano in 10 riprese, c’è sempre qualcuno che mangia e qualcuno che aspetta troppo. Il riso Venere alla zucca…un film horror. Riso Venere STRACOTTO (spiegatemi come avete fatto che a me esce sempre crudo 😂) e “crema di zucca” che chiamerei più “pappone senza gusto”. Una cosa immangiabile. Slegato e sgradevole. Una settimana dopo ricevo un secondo invito presso il suddetto ristorante che ho gentilmente declinato, portando tutti a mangiare da un’altra parte!!! Mai più. Due pallini solo per l’ambiente che è carino e per il bagno, che ho trovato pulito e non è da tutti.

07/02/2025: Posto molto carino e cibo veramente buono, servizio gentile e discreto. La location è molto bella e curata. Ho preso un antipasto di salumi, formaggi e bruschette e delle penne alla norcina, tutto veramente buono. L'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare è, se possibile, di servire anche delle confetture o del miele di accompagnamento con i formaggi.

04/02/2025: In posizione eccellente, a pochi passi dal Duomo di Spoleto, il ristorante ha ambienti suggestivi, autenticamente medioevali. L’atmosfera è rilassante e le voci degli altri ospiti arrivano piacevolmente attutite. Menu ricco, decisamente tipico; altrettanto ricca, la lista dei vini, attenta ai vini del territorio. Il personale di sala è stato attento, solerte e discreto. Assaggiati il tagliere di bruschette (eccellenti quella con crema di asparagi e quella con salsa di peperoni), formaggi (di due qualità, entrambi ottimi) e affettati (ottimo il prosciutto, ma peccato per qualche fetta che sarebbe stato preferibile ricevere “pulita” da parti un po’ troppo secche); poi una “strapazzata” di uova al tartufo, ottima, esattamente con la cottura che avevo richiesto (non asciutta); infine, una cicoria ripassata, squisita, e altrettanto buoni i funghi porcini trifolati. Porzioni più che generose. Vino Montefalco doc Rocca di Fabbri, molto gradevole e adatto alle scelte. Da visitare di nuovo.

25/04/2025: Definitely a suggestive location if you want to sit at the bar where the drama "Don Matteo" was filmed Unfortunately the service is very slow, about 30 minutes for 2 very simple sandwiches Waiters with elegant uniforms but with little attention towards the customer The Druso sandwich is 1 slice of cold bread not suitable for containing salami I would have expected it to be plated at least Decent coffee The wait was too long even just for the bill The experience itself was beautiful but if you were to order anything other than a simple coffee I would strongly advise against it P.s. Despite everything, the price is not worth the quality of the products offered

20/04/2025: From the outside a nice feeling that conveys the appearance of a classy and quality place... unfortunately everything vanishes with a terrible service and quality typical of places that only want to fleece tourists... immense disappointment on the quality of the food and above all on dishes that are not on the menu where the owner expresses the maximum of entrepreneurial rapacity... Strongly not recommended
