13/09/2025: We loved everything at this charming small restaurant run by a super nice couple: the beautiful surroundings, the absolutely great food (I highly recommend the truffle dishes), the service, the highly reasonable prices. A gem within a gem - we’ll be sure to come back next time we visit spectacular Spoleto.

23/09/2025: An excellent dinner for two with a truly stunning view from the restaurant's large terrace. The menu is varied and inviting. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, frequently providing explanations about the various dishes. Considering the food, the quality/price ratio is more than fair; I highly recommend it.

29/08/2025: I didn't stay or eat at this B&B, but I was delighted to taste the warm, freshly made ricotta and a truly fantastic cow's milk cheese, as well as the less mature but equally delicious sheep's milk cheese. Try it and believe it.

The food arrived completely haphazardly, so one person finished their meal before the others arrived at completely different times.
29/09/2025: I went to Taverna dei Duchi with my friends. We found the place by following our instincts, since we're not from Spoleto but were just passing through as guests, exploring this wonderful city.
This place was also a surprise for us; Giorgio welcomed us with such sweetness and kindness, immediately accommodating all our requests. Our experience with him as our guide gave us the pleasure of savoring his professionalism and patience.
We tried a typical local dish, Strangozzi al Rancetto, a delicious fresh pasta.
We then continued with a slice of beef with Gorgonzola and walnuts, Umbrian lentils, and a selection of local cheeses.
We finally concluded the meal with a typical dessert made of chocolate and amaretti biscuits with a very delicate cinnamon note: Crescionda.
Everything was truly excellent and meticulously prepared.
This place is recommended for those who truly want to savor flavor and tradition in a friendly atmosphere.
We paired everything with a good house red wine.

04/10/2025: We ordered a takeaway from here because my mother was unable to navigate the steeps steps and slopes of Spoleto, so we were very relieved to find a place that did both gluten free and deliveries! We enjoyed the GF tortelloni, the entrecote with chips, and GF pinsa (which to me was like a cross between a pizza and a foccacia - either way, it was delicious). Impressed with the delivery person having to bring the food to us on foot.

27/09/2025: When I'm in another country, I like to go to a place that isn't touristy, but where the locals eat. This place is like that. They only spoke Italian, so we understood each other very slowly, because I don't speak Italian. The food was very good, and so was the atmosphere.

12/10/2025: We were there today for lunch... the service was excruciatingly slow, in fact it almost seemed as if the two waiters forgot about the table requests, mediocre dishes, a reheated duck leg that I was confirmed to be from the day before, and a sort of lentil soup (just okay) with two pieces of sausage (it seemed old to me), Rosso di Montefalco by the glass was truly awful, at least the beer was good but only because it was bottled... I am increasingly sadly convinced that now, more or less since COVID, quality is plummeting almost everywhere, even in places where years ago you ate well almost everywhere... poor Italy, and poor us

02/06/2025: Tempi infiniti per l' ordinazione e comunque servizio disorganizzato al massimo. Primo arrivato con un capello poi comunque rimandato indietro. Nel complesso cibo discreto. Non lo consiglio in maniera decisa.
05/05/2025: Horrible servicio. No nos sentaron porque no teníamos reservas. Así que salí, hice una reserva en línea y volví y les dije que tenía reservas. Nos sentaron, pero estaban claramente molestos. Esto es a pesar de que el restaurante nunca estuvo más de 2 / 3 lleno.
El servicio era extremadamente lento, sacaban las cosas a diferentes horas, etc. Además, la comida era promedio, en el mejor de los casos. No muy sabroso. Gran decepción.

27/09/2025: The place is quaint and very beautiful to look at, but that's not all. Just because the waiter dresses up doesn't make the food better. I ordered an apple pie and it arrived cold, dry, and clearly not fresh—not even a dollop of cream. I would have preferred to pay a little more for service and quality that matched the place's appearance.
27/09/2025: A historic bar in a beautiful location overlooking Spoleto Cathedral. Prices are a bit higher than average, but it's worth spending a relaxing half hour enjoying the view. The interior is also very beautiful, filled with photos of famous people who have passed through its walls.

14/07/2025: Tornati dopo oltre un anno di assenza dal ristorante 9Cento,non possiamo che confermare quanto di positivo detto precedentemente. Ottimi piatti per fattezza e qualità,buona proposta dalla cantina e servizio efficiente e discreto. Buona anche la focaccia al prosciutto(per noi una novità) che hanno mangiato i bambini
