17/05/2026: We've been traveling around Umbria for years, and this is the best restaurant for quality and taste. The staff is carefully selected and knowledgeable, welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful.
Typical Umbrian specialties, both food and drink.
Fresh handmade pasta, meat, wines selected with care and passion—nothing is left to chance.
Sebastiano and his team are exceptionally hardworking.
A must-try (and re-try)!

10/05/2026: This little osteria is located just steps from Spoleto Cathedral. We had a wonderful meal, in an intimate setting and with very friendly staff. The best tiramisu I've ever had!
02/05/2026: A small but charming family-run osteria in Spoleto's historic center, near the Duomo. Excellent Spoleto cuisine, featuring quality ingredients and always friendly and helpful staff. Truly excellent; reservations are appreciated and almost mandatory. Highly recommended.

03/05/2026: We stopped at this agriturismo almost on a one-night stopover for dinner, and it was a wonderful discovery! Here, kindness and quality aren't just words, but the true hosts.
We dined in the restaurant-pizzeria and were literally blown away: the dishes are exceptional, meticulously presented, and clearly crafted with love and research. It's not the banal cuisine you'd expect from a agriturismo, but a high-end gastronomic experience that still retains the authenticity of the area.
Special praise goes to Virginia, our waitress: she was simply fantastic! Cheerful, professional, and super attentive to every detail, she made us feel pampered from start to finish.
If you're in the area, you can't miss stopping by!
09/04/2026: We went for Easter lunch: seated at 1:30 PM, finished at 5:30 PM. Yet the wait was reasonable until the first course, around 3 PM. After that, I don't know what happened, but there was an hour-long wait that was unreasonable. Maybe because there was a baptism on? Strange, considering it's a place known for hosting large events. Good food, gorgeous location. I would have preferred more for dessert...

Excellent food and fair prices.
If you're passing through Spoleto, I recommend trying this restaurant.
14/04/2026: We had a lovely lunch in Spoleto. The food was delicious - we started with the cheese antipasto and ideas amazing - the assortment was very good and the jams that came with it were delicious. We had the strangozzi with spicy tomato sauce and the lamb with mashed potatoes as well as a mixed salad. Everything was very tasty and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

26/04/2026: Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience.
Starting with the service: excessive wait times even for basic requests like a bottle of water, with a total lack of customer service. It feels like being completely neglected.
The quality of the food didn't live up to expectations, with dishes that were poorly prepared and lacking the level of service one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber.
The ambiance was also particularly disappointing: throughout our stay, the smell of smoke from the grill was clearly noticeable, making it unpleasant and unpleasant, especially while eating.
An experience that, besides being unsatisfying, leaves nothing to remember: it's not even worth a photo.
Overall, a place that didn't make us feel welcome and one we'll be unlikely to return to.
15/04/2026: A truly well-maintained inn with a very comfortable atmosphere. We had a traditional appetizer, which was full of excellent cured meats, bruschetta, and cheeses. Truly delicious. We then continued with some first courses and a sliced beef steak with truffles. Everything was delicious. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices.

We ordered à la carte, and everything was delicious. Honorable mention for the excellent house red wine in a carafe. Very good value for money. What can I say... 5 stars.
07/04/2026: We dined at this restaurant over the Easter holidays, a family of two adults and two girls. We opted for the tourist menu, and everything was fabulous! The waiters were also extremely kind and professional. We highly recommend it!

07/05/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Silver Spuleti, in the heart of Spoleto's historic center, and the experience was truly excellent.
Here, you can breathe and taste authentic Roman pinsa, crafted with great skill and in full respect of tradition.
The ingredients are of the highest quality, and every item on the menu reflects attention, passion, and research.
Special praise goes to the chef and the entire kitchen, who have succeeded in bringing an authentic slice of Roman life to the evocative setting of Spoleto.
But what makes the experience even more enjoyable is the service: welcoming, friendly, personable, and always attentive to the customer.
All this is framed by a refined, elegant, and very pleasant setting, perfect for an evening of good taste and conviviality.
We will definitely be back.

02/05/2026: The pinsa was very good, well-cooked, and tasty. Unfortunately, the overall experience wasn't a positive one.
The place seemed poorly maintained: the floor was dirty, the pinsa was served on a slate rack that was too narrow (with crumbs and toppings easily spilling onto the tablecloth), and the temperature inside was uncomfortable, partly due to the front door often being left open or ajar.
It's a shame, because the quality of the food deserves more careful management of the place and the comfort of the customers.

24/04/2026: While traveling to Spoleto, my husband and I stopped at Tric Trac. The atmosphere is very quaint and the staff is friendly. The food we ordered was very good, though the price was a bit high, but we expected that. It's also located across from the beautiful Duomo and is one of the main locations for the TV series Don Matteo, which we've always followed. It's a shame that yesterday was very windy, otherwise we would have eaten outside. If we return to beautiful Spoleto, we'll definitely stop by, at least for a coffee. Thank you.

14/05/2026: My wife and I had lunch here on May 14, 2026. We love Umbria and its cuisine, but what we were served was by far the worst food we've ever had in Umbria. Aside from the fact that the missing sun-dried tomatoes were replaced with regular tomatoes after we complained, it was, in our opinion, a tourist trap.
14/03/2026: Beautiful and welcoming place, recommended for a quick lunch.
The food is decent, but could use a bit more emphasis on local flavors.
I would definitely return.

14/07/2025: Tornati dopo oltre un anno di assenza dal ristorante 9Cento,non possiamo che confermare quanto di positivo detto precedentemente. Ottimi piatti per fattezza e qualità,buona proposta dalla cantina e servizio efficiente e discreto. Buona anche la focaccia al prosciutto(per noi una novità) che hanno mangiato i bambini

03/07/2025: Ormai la confusione regna sovrana nella ristorazione l aggettivo al nome dovrebbe spiegare che tipo di locale uno trova...comunque un bel locale... in pietra viva e legno... mto bello...
Le pappardelle al piccione ottime.. solo che io mi pongo sempre una domanda:quale è la giusta grammatura di un piatto di pasta... credo che 50grammi sia un po' troppo poco...e una mezza porzione
Abbiamo chiesto un insalata di pomodori e chi hanno portato un pomodoro spaccato in due ... credo che sia in gesto offensivo nei confronti dei clienti...
Come è vergognoso far pagare 3 euro 0.75 di acqua... questa violenza dei ristoratori di imporre dell acqua minerale e poi speculafci sopra è vergognoso... non si può pagare 4 euro al litro l acqua...
Ne si può pagare 3 euro di coperto....

20/05/2025: Il ristorante è immerso nelle verdi colline umbre, location molto bella soprattutto se si mangia fuori. Abbiamo mangiato bene, i ravioli all’oca un po’ deludenti e il servizio un po’ lento ma nel complesso una buona esperienza, carta dei vini davvero bella
