30/09/2024: I stayed in this wonderful place of peace and silence near Assisi (about 4 km). Very convenient for visiting Perugia, Gubbio, Spello, Montefalco etc. Breakfast and dinner served with care and quality. I was also able to appreciate a splendid red Assisi made with the farm's grapes. I highly recommend a stay.
04/09/2024: We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The service provided by the host was exceptional—he was incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartments were comfortable, well-air-conditioned, and nicely maintained. The grounds, including the pool, were lovely and provided a great place to relax. While the location was a bit remote, there were charming small villages nearby to explore.

03/01/2025: A family-run restaurant for generations, local and grilled meat, homemade pasta, masterly cake, one of the best, in my opinion, in the whole area.
Simply phenomenal value for money, homemade first courses for €9 and mixed grill for €14.
In short, a point of reference for the typical and ancient Umbrian cuisine.

Excellent food and abundant portions in a small-sized venue with great human warmth.
In addition to the food, we were struck by the paintings by Nando, the old owner of the building, displayed on the walls of the restaurant.
The manager, Tracy, an American from Vermont but with family origins from Benevento, has moved from traditional cuisine to a fusion that integrates local tradition with the spicy flavors of India, with a fine and lovely result.
Beautiful experience, man doesn't live by food alone...

22/12/2024: We went to eat in this restaurant, attracted by the tourist menu. Excellent price for an excellent three-course menu, which among other things allowed the choice between three first courses, three second courses and three side dishes.
Abundant dishes, really good food, accurate and fast service and very kind staff.
A beautiful discovery. We will definitely be back!
28/11/2024: Located in a strategic place, the staff welcomed us and we immediately felt at home. The room was very basic, and well heated having stayed in a very cold week. The only flaw was the breakfast, honestly I expected much more...

06/01/2025: Locale storico nel centro di Assisi, pulito ed accogliente con personale affabile e una cucina di buon livello con piatti della cucina tipica adeguati ai gusti moderni (es pasta alla norcina con panna e ricotta invece di sola ricotta salata). A pranzo offre anche pizze non in stile napoletano ma ben lievitate e di qualità. Grande attenzione ai piccoli che hanno urgenza nel servizio per la gioia dei genitori (non è scontato trovare un ristorante che abbia questa accortezza). Personalmente..Un solo punto di miglioramento: un po’ di velocità nel servizio renderebbe il ristorante una esperienza a 5 stelle!

Il menù offre piatti della cucina umbra di buona qualità e ad un buon prezzo.

27/12/2024: Pranzo di Natale in famiglia. Menù fisso. Cibo molto buono e genuino, sfizioso e abbondante. Io e mio marito intolleranti al glutine e al latte. Sono stati davvero disponibili, cortesi e aperti alle nostre problematiche. Nessuno per il pranzo di Natale sarebbe venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze, adeguando il menù fisso.
Davvero davvero bravi e professionali. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa.
Bravi. Come sempre torneremo!

Ristorante La Tavola Rotonda

28/08/2024: Forse siamo capitati nella serata sbagliata, attratti della buone recensioni siamo stati invece delusi. Antipasto scarso con fritti di bassa qualità, vino servito bollente e quando lo abbiamo fatto notare ci han detto che l'alternativa era il ghiaccio in quanto loro lo servono così, peccato che la seconda brocca ordinata sia arrivata fredda di frigo. Bastava dire alla prima che non avevano avuto il tempo di refrigerato e poi la scelta sarebbe stata la nostra. Ma questi sono dettagli. Pasta, arrivata dopo un'ora, di pessima qualità, pennette alla norcina con punte ancora fredde senza il benché minimo sapore di tartufo, ravioli burro e salvia che navigavano nel burro e scaldati male, e strangozzi alla tavola rotonda talmente scotta da essere immangiabili. Per non parlare dal scortesia, al momento del conto abbiamo fatto notare che avevano messo una coca cola in più (ordinata ma mai arrivata) la cameriera è andata a controllare sul tavolo per sincerarsi che dicevamo il vero. Ovviamente non torneremo più.

Prezzi bassi per qualità e quantità dei piatti.
