01/06/2024: Even though the place is wonderful and the food is good, the waiter offends the various customers by calling them "fatties, cogli*** etc" and during lunch he utters the worst kind of blasphemy coming from the kitchen nearby. Strongly not recommended

03/05/2024: I hope that my words can be of help to those unfortunate enough to find themselves in the same situation as me. I had to cancel the booking at this facility for my eighteenth birthday two months after the first contacts I unfortunately had with the person in charge of managing the events. The person in question defined relations with me and my family as a "nightmare" and a "worry" (and I quote his words verbatim) for the simple fact of having tried to organize as soon as possible, so as to be all more certain about the to have, a buffet dinner with simple typical Umbrian products (torta al testo, pizza, crostini etc), based on a menu that we had to ask for four times because each time the dishes were changed with gourmet products, which we had specified not be adequate for our guests, or because some dishes had been removed while obviously leaving the price unchanged (certainly quite high compared to the courses requested). What I want to highlight is the extreme rudeness of this person precisely in a job where customer care should be privileged; as long as you adapt to his gourmet proposals, he is very kind and prompt in his response, as soon as you request another type of menu, he finds all sorts of justifications (the children who delete the messages, the secretary who doesn't know how to copy and paste and how much more). I would point out that he himself was the first to specify that we could ask for anything by paying, which was also not very elegant to say, given that we didn't have a pre-established spending budget and we hadn't even asked the cost. Doubly mercenary given that, since the party included an open bar service with the supply of drinks upon presentation of a special ticket, he initially also wanted us to pay two tickets per person, even if they were not consumed. I won't add anything other than that, without him, my birthday will undoubtedly be one of 2000 and one nights, given that he also dared to tell me that in the end mine was just a birthday and not a wedding of a thousand and one nights, again to quote his exact words. Lastly, I would like to point out that this outburst of mine absolutely does not concern the Mariotti family, with whom we had already had relations for other family events which were successful and for which we were fully satisfied. A real shame that such an impeccable location is left in the hands of such personalities.

12/06/2024: Savoring typical local dishes on a terrace with breathtaking views is priceless. Hospitality, service and courtesy are the strong points of this place carved in stone (even the interior is delightful!). Excellent quality/price ratio, tasty dishes offered with simplicity and care; carefully chosen ingredients, I would say a 5 star tavern!

03/06/2024: We ate very well, with American friends, who really appreciated the home cooking and the good wine! The terrace and cellars are beautiful.

09/06/2024: Beautiful old building in the heart of this lovely historic town. If I ever came back here again I would definitely stay here.

01/04/2024: We stayed for two days at Easter 2024, unfortunately the suite had not been cleaned: the bathroom bin needed to be emptied, there was hair and fur on the bidet, in the kitchen the rubbish bag needed to be emptied and the citrus juicer needed to be rinsed, shall we go upstairs on the dust? Let's get over it! BUT IT'S NOT POSSIBLE ON HEALTHCARE HYGIENE. We were aware of this but they didn't send anyone to take care of it, but they offered us to go and get a bottle of wine at the country residence (obviously we didn't do it). Unfortunately everything else was full otherwise we would have left. I advise the owners to be more careful, someone might not have any problems and have to report all this in the appropriate places!

25/11/2023: Forse avremmo dovuto capire già entrando che non avremmo pranzato decentemente perché il ristorante era vuoto mentre a Perugia c’era parecchia gente. In effetti gli altri ristoranti erano pieni. Le mie pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale avevano un sapore indefinito con un retrogusto di aceto e semi di finocchio che mi ha abbastanza disgustata. I gnocchi di mio marito e di mia figlia erano mediocri. Per evitare il peggio non abbiamo preso altro.

01/01/2024: Purtroppo ci siamo trovati malissimo, il cibo era di bassa qualità e addirittura il primo piatto con il tartufo era acido, ma lo chef piuttosto che cercare di capire cosa non andasse, ci ha insultati chiedendoci se avessimo mai mangiato tartufo. La sola persona che lo ha mangiato, perché gli altri lo hanno lasciato, è stata male tutta la sera. Attenzione a cosa date da mangiare alla gente e a volte abbassare la testa e ammettere gli errori è segno di intelligenza.

18/01/2024: La Fattoria, a 10 minuti da Spoleto, è sempre una conferma, ho mangiato più volte in questo ristorante e ogni volta benissimo. Dalla carne ai primi e ovviamente l’ antipastone di salumi e specialità umbre… ottimo!!! Personale davvero attento ai piccoli dettagli,cortese e sempre a disposizione preoccupandosi se dopo ogni portata tutto procedesse bene. Tappa fissa tutte le volte che vengo a Spoleto

17/03/2024: Se amate la confusione questo è il vostro ristorante! Il disagio inizia all'arrivo, si deve entrare in una strada senza sbocco e affidarsi alla creatività per parcheggiare (poi all'uscita ne pagherete le conseguenze). Entrati sembrava la curva nord dello stadio di San Siro il giorno del derby! Un gentile cameriere ti porta al tuo tavolo passando in mezzo a un labirinto di tavoli e appena seduti il colpo d'occhio sulla folla è incredibile. I camerieri sono gentili e efficenti e in poco tempo prendono l'ordine e altrettanto presto arrivano gli antipasti. Da capire la differenza tra tagliere e tagliere maxi per 2, forse la dimensione del piatto? Primi leggermente scotti, grigliata troppo cotta, spiedino secco quasi immangiabile. Il conto adeguato il servizio efficiente uniche note positive.

22/02/2024: Cena di famiglia. Posto accogliente e familiare. Essendo 18 persone abbiamo optato per un antipasto della casa con salumi, bruschette, formaggi e frittini( formaggio squisito) e poi un giro pizza. Pizza sottile impasto leggero e digeribile e ingredienti buoni. Lo consiglio. Prezzi nella norma. Siamo stati molto bene.

28/02/2024: 4 adulti e 1 bambino, 5 piatti e 5 antipasti/contorni, o hanno addebitato 100€ in più per il servizio o hanno veramente esagerato…. 250€ totale di conto…. Mi sembra un po’ eccessivo per usare un eufemismo. Mai più!

24/02/2024: Posto veramente accogliente,come il personale Unica pecca il conto veramente troppo alto😬 1 antipasto che comprendeva 8 fritti in totale che abbiamo diviso ,3 pizze,1 bott di acqua e 3 dolci ...90€ Capisco l aumento delle materie prime,ma a mio avviso decisamente troppo
