26/02/2025: I stayed at the property on the weekend of February 22/23, a wonderful structure that allows you to take a journey into the history of the place, a beautiful view of the lake and the owner is extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend!

26/04/2025: The waitress who took the order was very rude, not to mention rude. We waited an hour and a quarter for the first course. The cut that was supposed to be rare arrived overcooked and the millefeuille was assembled with poor quality industrial raw materials. We won't be going back.

11/01/2025: Ho mangiato male, era meglio trovare un fast food, avrei mangiato meglio e spese molto meno. Il servizio lascia desiderare, la pasta scotta di bassa qualità, l'antipasto misto con dei prodotti di scarsa qualità come la pasta per non parlare del dolce!

06/01/2025: Purtroppo devo confermare l’idea che già avevo di questo posto. L’ultima volta che ci ero stata risale al 2021, non mi era piaciuto, torno (su invito) due settimane fa speranzosa e invece…peggio che mai. Servizio indecente, piatti che arrivano in 10 riprese, c’è sempre qualcuno che mangia e qualcuno che aspetta troppo. Il riso Venere alla zucca…un film horror. Riso Venere STRACOTTO (spiegatemi come avete fatto che a me esce sempre crudo 😂) e “crema di zucca” che chiamerei più “pappone senza gusto”. Una cosa immangiabile. Slegato e sgradevole. Una settimana dopo ricevo un secondo invito presso il suddetto ristorante che ho gentilmente declinato, portando tutti a mangiare da un’altra parte!!! Mai più. Due pallini solo per l’ambiente che è carino e per il bagno, che ho trovato pulito e non è da tutti.

The breathtaking views, with Assisi and Perugia as the backdrop, and the chef's mastery in selecting top-quality ingredients, cooking, and presenting the food, made it an unforgettable experience. 23/09/2024: Good food, but of the two first courses only the ones with truffles were good, the other was bland and flavourless. Decent appetizer. Medium-high prices for the quality offered. The view of the hills is very beautiful.

20/05/2025: Il ristorante è immerso nelle verdi colline umbre, location molto bella soprattutto se si mangia fuori. Abbiamo mangiato bene, i ravioli all’oca un po’ deludenti e il servizio un po’ lento ma nel complesso una buona esperienza, carta dei vini davvero bella

24/04/2025: One star for the food. Very pretentious but then the food was really cheap for the price paid but above all it was burnt. Very disappointed. It is not a gourmet restaurant but not a tavern either. The menu is very limited

26/05/2025: I never write negative reviews, never, I'd rather not go there anymore and it'll be over. But since it's a tourist place, people need to know. Exactly a tourist restaurant. Sky-high prices, way out of range, drink prices not even displayed so you'll find yourself paying €4 for a water rather than €7 for a glass of wine that they don't even tell you what you're drinking. The terrible service, with eyes rolling to the sky and superficiality. If you're lucky they'll tell you about the various off-menu items and follow you, if not, you'll only hear them at a few tables next to you. The dishes are without condiments and without too many pretensions. I tell you honestly, at those prices you'll find people who make a passion for catering and welcome you with open arms.

12/05/2025: Historic restaurant on Lake Trasimeno, now managed by his son Enrico. Excellent menu for connoisseurs and for those with patience..... special dishes with excellent representation of them. This week I had two dinners excellent and at a very honest price for the quality and imagination! Highly recommended!! and tell the owner that I will send you Stefano the ophthalmologist!

12/05/2025: We knew that the place is expensive, we just had to look at the menu and prices, so it's a free choice, either you go there or you leave. However, the service and the menu must be respected. On May 10th it was just us at lunch, my wife and I. We arrived at 12.55pm and left at 2.40pm, always us and only us. This made us a little suspicious. There was a very limited choice of the menu published on the web and of the one available, the wild boar could not be ordered because it was still cooking. Grilled livers and sausages at the time of ordering the fireplace was turned off but they still accepted the order despite having asked if it was available due to the fireplace being turned off. Before the embers were ready it took about 40 minutes and that's quite a bit and add another 10 m. for cooking. Bottom line, my wife and I ate the second courses separately. A second course based on duck €25 is really excessive but it was my choice. The problem in general was the lack of choice, a complete disorganization of the service, very long waiting times also due to the fireplace not being lit at the right time. It is time to review the organizational aspect. Two first Gnocchetti with artichokes, livers and sausage, duck, 1/2 house red, water, cover charge and two coffees €93 in line with what is stated but the choice is not as free, I would say very limited.

26/04/2025: Unimaginable rudeness. Reservation made, at the sight of 6 children the owner turns around and kicks us out. Shameful.

17/05/2025: Nice restaurant with a great view that extends to Lake Trasimeno. Typical cuisine, fast service. Excellent!

26/05/2025: I booked 3 days in advance, asking for mixed fried fish or mixed fried fish, we were not given the menu to choose something else, we trusted the owner. Very limited appetizers, a taste, always the owner's initiative, supermarket gnocchi, drowned in a sauce with tomato and cream. The fried food, 4 cod heads, but a lot of fried but crunchy batter... the owner and the staff were very kind, I recommend less smiles and more quality products. An experience not to be repeated, for me they can close the place

07/02/2025: Posto molto carino e cibo veramente buono, servizio gentile e discreto. La location è molto bella e curata. Ho preso un antipasto di salumi, formaggi e bruschette e delle penne alla norcina, tutto veramente buono. L'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare è, se possibile, di servire anche delle confetture o del miele di accompagnamento con i formaggi.

04/02/2025: In posizione eccellente, a pochi passi dal Duomo di Spoleto, il ristorante ha ambienti suggestivi, autenticamente medioevali. L’atmosfera è rilassante e le voci degli altri ospiti arrivano piacevolmente attutite. Menu ricco, decisamente tipico; altrettanto ricca, la lista dei vini, attenta ai vini del territorio. Il personale di sala è stato attento, solerte e discreto. Assaggiati il tagliere di bruschette (eccellenti quella con crema di asparagi e quella con salsa di peperoni), formaggi (di due qualità, entrambi ottimi) e affettati (ottimo il prosciutto, ma peccato per qualche fetta che sarebbe stato preferibile ricevere “pulita” da parti un po’ troppo secche); poi una “strapazzata” di uova al tartufo, ottima, esattamente con la cottura che avevo richiesto (non asciutta); infine, una cicoria ripassata, squisita, e altrettanto buoni i funghi porcini trifolati. Porzioni più che generose. Vino Montefalco doc Rocca di Fabbri, molto gradevole e adatto alle scelte. Da visitare di nuovo.

20/04/2025: I highly recommend it. Excellent and plentiful food, attentive staff, fast service, reasonable price. There were 6 of us and we had a great time sitting at a somewhat secluded and quiet table. They are really good.

11/02/2025: Siamo stati sabato 8 febbraio a pranzo per festeggiare compleanno di nostra sorella e devo dare pieni voti a questo piccolo locale che se all'inizio mi aveva lasciato un po' perplesso per la sua semplicità si è rivelato con la bontà e la preparazione dei piatti tutti buoni dsi primi ai secondi una gradita sorpresa,sicuramente da ritornarci quando torneremo ad Orvieto.

08/02/2025: Sono rimasto molto deluso. Mi aspettavo molto di piu, vabbe il locale è una bettola, vecchio, tutto chiuso, non circola aria sembra di stare in uno scantinato. I tagliolini al tartufo bianchetto sono indecenti, un piatto cosi facile da fare gli viene uno schifo, strapieno di parmigiano che copre quel poco sapore del tartufo che si sente, e tra l’altro neanche te lo grattano sopra(20 euro). Andate al malandrino vi insegnano loro a farlo. Bocconcini di carne e carciofi che galleggiano in un mare di olio. Costolette di agnello fritte ma mosce e gommose. Dolce decente Mangiate da altre parti credetemi
