23/09/2025: Two stars for the food. The food was good. It took over half an hour to get the bill and for some reason there was 60€ too much to pay. We pointed this out, after which we were offered the difference in cash instead of a new bill? The new bill took over 15 minutes again. The prices on the menu were handwritten, so there was room for interpretation. In addition, inside the restaurant an older lady (employee) was smoking a cigarette at the table and the smell spread throughout the rest of the restaurant. Be careful with your bills!

19/07/2025: A small restaurant in the heart of Assisi, with just a few tables in an intimate space. Sometimes, when reservations exceed expectations, service can be a bit chaotic, considering the restaurant is run by just two people: a chef and a waitress. However, despite the chaos, the waitress does her best to ensure a pleasant experience, always remaining kind and helpful. The food is good and the dishes are carefully prepared, demonstrating the chef's attention to detail and passion. It's a shame that yesterday the bread ran out at 8:40 PM, a frustrating detail, especially considering that the truffle-poached egg is one of the menu's signature dishes. Despite this inconvenience, the quality-price ratio is excellent, thanks in part to a discount that made the meal even more affordable. Overall, a restaurant worth visiting, especially if you're willing to forgive a few small mistakes.

16/07/2025: We tried this little place based on the good reviews; it must be said right away that the dinner itself was average, with good, average dishes. The problem, however, is dessert: €8 for three spoonfuls of tiramisu is excessive...

10/07/2025: Ondanks het sfeervolle terras en mooie menu-kaart was de service in dit restaurant zwaar ondermaats. De vriendelijke gastvrouw leek de bediening in de zaal alleen te verzorgen waardoor we lang hebben moeten wachten op onze menu-kaart en het opnemen en krijgen van onze drank. Verder kwam de gastvrouw bijna niet op het terras dus iets bijbestellen, verliep moeizaam. Na meer dan anderhalf uur wachten kregen we onze gerechten. Hierbij kaderend dat elk van ons enkel een hoofdgerecht besteld had; 4 vleesgerechten en 1 pasta. De pasta met mosselen en de ribs waren lekker. De eend was aan de droge kant. De porties waren erg klein in vergelijking met anderen restaurants in de streek. Door de ondermaatse bediening durfden we geen dessert meer bestellen wat maakt dat sommigen onder ons met honger naar huis gegaan zijn. Over het algemeen was dit één van de duurdere restaurants die we in de streek geprobeerd hebben. De kleine porties en veel te lange wachttijd, maakt dat we dit restaurant slechts een 2 geven. Er zijn veel betere alternatieven in de streek waar je meer waar krijgt voor je geld!

06/09/2025: Avoid!!! We ordered strangozzi with tuna and Taggiasca olives and lentils with sausage. The strangozzi were drowned in tomato sauce and topped with three olives and about 5 grams of poor-quality canned tuna. We had to search for four slices of sausage in the lentils, which were served generously in a bowl! The bill, €35, was presented to us on a piece of paper, and when paying, we had to explicitly ask for the receipt.

24/08/2025: We had lunch here on July 16, 2025, and everything seemed a bit improvised, from the food, which was of poor quality and poorly cooked, to the terrible service, and finally, the bill, presented to us on a plain piece of white paper, so we demanded a receipt. The gnocchi with Chianina beef ragù were actually tomato sauce with some absolutely tasteless minced meat here and there, but the tomato was the main ingredient. As a customer, I feel cheated; this place is to be avoided.

04/10/2025: Great experience! Spectacular view. The restaurant is reached via charming alleys. Lunch is slow food, where you don't have to rush your meal, but rather enjoy the view and the food, made with love. Dogs are welcome. Many compliments!!!

07/09/2025: We have eaten here twice now, sitting outside in the shade sharing the amazing views. The food was fantastic (carbonara gets a special mention but also the starter board of mixed meats and cheeses, the steak tartare and their gnocchi rucola e Gorgonzola). Choosing wine was easy - red and/or white, both delicious! Lovely lady seems to both cook and serve was very sweet.

15/06/2025: È la seconda volta che mangio in questo posto, hanno un ottimo menu della tradizione umbra. La coratella era buonissima veramente,la straconsiglio. La pizza è la classica bassa e scrocchiarella come usa da noi ma forse poteva essere più cotta. Comunque una buona pizza a prezzi molto accessibili e così tutto il resto del menù. Locale con molti coperti ma il servizio è abituato a fare i numeri avendo uno staff molto numeroso. Bravi. Prezzi molto onesti

25/04/2025: Nulla di che,ambiente molto rumoroso,servizio discreto e cucina da mensa.Abbiamo atteso un’ora per il secondo piatto ed è pure arrivato freddo!

03/08/2025: La posizione del ristorante è splendida , peccato che la tagliata al tartufo era coperta da una salsa che sapeva di poco e nulla . Il cinghiale invece cucinato bene . È bene non perdersi in questi particolari nella patria del tartufo. Anche poco ma andava messo sopra , sono queste le differenze per fare tornare i turisti . Quindi se andate accertatevi che ci sia almeno una piccola quantità altrimenti non ha senso pagare una tagliata 24 euro .

05/05/2025: Horrible servicio. No nos sentaron porque no teníamos reservas. Así que salí, hice una reserva en línea y volví y les dije que tenía reservas. Nos sentaron, pero estaban claramente molestos. Esto es a pesar de que el restaurante nunca estuvo más de 2 / 3 lleno. El servicio era extremadamente lento, sacaban las cosas a diferentes horas, etc. Además, la comida era promedio, en el mejor de los casos. No muy sabroso. Gran decepción.

22/09/2025: On vacation with our 6-month-old daughter, we stumbled upon the Loggetta after reading the menu, which included vegan options. We were amazed by the kindness and courtesy, the quality of the products, and the beautiful location. We kept coming back for every other day of our vacation. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious. There was also a wide selection of vegan options, from appetizers to dessert. Everything was perfect and absolutely fantastic.

27/08/2025: We were deeply disappointed with our experience at this restaurant, especially considering I had already indicated that I was vegan when booking. • Appetizer: the menu listed smoked tofu, but we were served regular tofu, without any prior explanation. Upon our observation, we were simply told that "smoked tofu is hard to find," without any advance notice. • Dessert: the worst part. We ordered vegan cantuccini (listed on the menu), but they weren't available. We were offered soy ice cream... but it arrived topped with non-vegan cream. After pointing this out, no apology was given; they simply brought back the same ice cream without cream. A mistake that, besides being unprofessional, could have had serious consequences for those—like me—who avoid animal products for ethical and/or health reasons. At the cashier, instead of receiving a sincere apology, we were told things like, "We usually always use vegan cream." A defensive and disrespectful attitude that ignores neither the customer's complaints nor the seriousness of the mistake. 👉 In short: a place that claims to be attentive to dietary needs, but in reality demonstrates neither care, clarity, nor sensitivity toward those following a vegan diet. The impression is that the approach is superficial and lacks the professionalism necessary to ensure a safe and satisfying experience. We won't return, and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a truly reliable place for those with special dietary needs.

03/07/2025: Ormai la confusione regna sovrana nella ristorazione l aggettivo al nome dovrebbe spiegare che tipo di locale uno trova...comunque un bel locale... in pietra viva e legno... mto bello... Le pappardelle al piccione ottime.. solo che io mi pongo sempre una domanda:quale è la giusta grammatura di un piatto di pasta... credo che 50grammi sia un po' troppo poco...e una mezza porzione Abbiamo chiesto un insalata di pomodori e chi hanno portato un pomodoro spaccato in due ... credo che sia in gesto offensivo nei confronti dei clienti... Come è vergognoso far pagare 3 euro 0.75 di acqua... questa violenza dei ristoratori di imporre dell acqua minerale e poi speculafci sopra è vergognoso... non si può pagare 4 euro al litro l acqua... Ne si può pagare 3 euro di coperto.... Addio...

20/05/2025: Il ristorante è immerso nelle verdi colline umbre, location molto bella soprattutto se si mangia fuori. Abbiamo mangiato bene, i ravioli all’oca un po’ deludenti e il servizio un po’ lento ma nel complesso una buona esperienza, carta dei vini davvero bella
