07/03/2025: Nice restaurant recommended to us by friends, with an internal room plus two heated external gazebos. The place appears to be very welcoming with friendly staff who are very attentive to customers. Varied menu with both meat and fish based dishes. Try the spaghetti allo scoglio which is perhaps one of the best in the area, practically a riot of fresh fish. Worth revisiting for a taste of the fried fish too. Good quality/price ratio in line with the average prices in the area. Advised!!! It is our fixed stop in Viareggio. Reservation is recommended.

06/03/2025: We were looking for a place to eat after the Carnevale Di Viareggio, so we got it there. The menu offers a wide range of food, from pizzas to pasta to fish. We ordered 1 sword fish and 1 fried calamari and shrimps. There were ok but nothing exceptional. Staff was friendly but not attentive. Our olive oil bottle was empty and we had to ask to get another one. I ordered sparking wine and I got still wine. There was no toilette paper in the toilette. Despite being 4 people from the staff standing behind the counter chatting, someone could have ensured all is in order. Probably it serves best for a foreigner tourist that believes all food from Italy is exceptional, but for an Italian or local wasn't anything exceptional, just ok.

07/03/2025: Just came back from having dinner there, the waiters are so incredibly kind and funny, they are attentive and they seem more than happy to help. We started with the 4 appetizers, and I have a new found love for sardines thanks to this dish (it was different types of fish made different ways). We had the fried seafood and the seafood carbonara, both of which were amazing. The carbonara really was perfect. We finished it off with an apple pie, which was delicious. I really enjoyed the food, and the service was the perfect cherry on top. Price was about 50€ for two people, would definitely come again.

03/03/2025: We booked for 9.15pm and the service was very hasty and not very courteous, it was not welcoming, with the exception of a waiter who served us and the cook. The starter was not bad, the first courses were plentiful but not very successful (except for the seafood carbonara).

08/02/2025: We went to this fish restaurant after reading some enthusiastic reviews, but unfortunately our experience did not live up to expectations. Let's start from the positive aspects: the place is well furnished and there is a pleasant marine atmosphere. The staff, despite the chaos of the evening (it was really crowded), were kind and helpful. We fully understand that managing a large number of customers at the same time is not easy, but unfortunately this has negatively affected the quality of the food and service. We ordered a lean cappon, the composition was well presented, but the taste was not up to par, with the vegetables lacking flavor and the fish not standing out as it should have. The spaghetti with clams was good, a little ahead of cooking but the seasoning was well blended, unfortunately the level of flavor was slightly excessive, partially covering the delicate flavor of the clams. To conclude, I wanted to try the rum baba. Unfortunately, even this was not convincing: the dessert was too impregnated with liqueur, so much so that the rum leaked out at the first bite and completely covered the taste of the dough. Furthermore, they made a mistake in giving us the bill and if we hadn't noticed it in time we would have paid around fifty euros more than we should have. Overall, not a disastrous evening but not a memorable one either. We recognize the difficulties of serving a full restaurant, but some errors in the kitchen were avoidable. Maybe we were unlucky, but I don't think we will return.

03/12/2024: Simply a certainty, always very fresh fish, excellent value for money also considering the location of the restaurant. Staff always friendly and attentive to detail. Highly recommended!!

06/03/2025: Inconspicuous restaurant on the promenade of Viareggio. We were greeted very friendly and courteously without a reservation. The menu was in English and Italian, which helped us a lot when ordering. The food came quickly and is really delicious! We had seafood risotto and pizza. The mussels are almost impossible to get fresher with good craftsmanship. Special requests are taken into account and repeat orders are also possible. The staff is very well organized and very motivated. This balances out the slightly brighter ambience. The great price-performance ratio should also be mentioned! Always my pleasure!

21/02/2025: I've been to this pizzeria several times, it's always safe. The pizza is of excellent quality, the taste sublime and the seasoning very generous. Furthermore, the menu is very broad, able to satisfy every vice. The beer menu is also well-stocked. The service is friendly and kind, punctual and attentive to the customer. The owner is very professional and cheerful.

25/11/2024: Abbiamo cenato in gruppo con amici e parenti. Tagliata di tonno di scarsa qualità, fredda e di quantità davvero ridicola. La pizza era passabile ma non come la descrive il proprietario che pecca di grande presunzione. Tempi di attesa lunghi e personale poco attento, poco sorridente, lento..... Quasi inadeguato. Personalmente non ci torneremo più

09/03/2025: Ho appena terminato di pranzare qui da Omar, e ci sono stato anche ieri sera a cena, e onestamente devo dire che il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto alto, si mangia bene (i primi sono strabbondanti una porzione per due persone), cucinati con cura e il servizio è molto buono anche se è alla mano molto educato. Non riesco a capire e comprendere come si faccia a dire che di mangi male, che la qualità sia scadente come han fatto diversi commensali (basta vedere che poi hanno due o tre recensioni guarda caso solo negative) e questo mi fa arrabbiare. Ho provato anch'io a pranzare o cenare dove mi sono ritrovato male, in ambienti che non meritano nemmeno una considerazione, ma criticare solo per criticare sembra fatto apposta. Provate se siete in zona, è necessaria la prenotazione per il fine settimana e se si mangiasse male non sarebbe sempre pieno

22/02/2025: We ate quite well, but at the end of dinner we noticed the presence of fascist symbols hanging on all the walls and a high relief depicting Mussolini which made our dinner go sideways. I'm certainly not arguing about freedom of thought, but keep them in your home instead of in a public restaurant. We will definitely not be returning.

11/02/2025: Terrible experience, sorry because the place is also nice and the environment is very welcoming. I had been once for work and the second time I returned with my family mindful of the experience. They brought us the dishes without explaining, they banged the objects and not even a word when paying. Look for something else, they are rude and you can find better in Viareggio.

04/03/2025: Exceptional food and excellent service (very special mention to Kasia) We came as a group of 9 for 4 evenings in a row and the menus were varied, very fresh, suggested by Kasia. Flawless, we will come back!!
