08/12/2024: We went to Il Giglio for lunch and had a great time, we ate the risotto with pumpkin, cabbage and chestnuts which was delicious, the place is original and the staff were very kind! We will be back soon.

29/07/2024: Very nice place Sophisticated details and attention to the customer. The terrace on both sides of the corner restaurant is beautiful. Interesting menu but the tasting menu must be taken by all guests otherwise it will not be served. The dishes are good, fresh raw materials. Excellent attention to allergy sufferers, vegans and celiacs. The wine cellar is well stocked. Average price. I spent a pleasant evening with friends, ate well and relaxed. I'll be back as soon as possible

15/12/2024: From raw seafood to wild boar everything is delicious! Stefano is the icing on the cake of this place where you would eat every day without ever getting tired. Note of merit, the cellar! Over the top!

10/12/2024: We ate well, very pleasant atmosphere, excellent service. Only thing? If it were slightly heated it would be better. Rainy December day, eating in the cold wasn't the best. I recommend, perhaps, finding a way to heat the rooms a little and it would be perfect!

18/08/2024: My partner and I went for lunch, a very nice place. The staff were fantastic, I wanted to try the tomato soup but unfortunately they had run out of portions but we were kindly offered a taste, under the chef's advice I then had the pici with tomato and garlic, fantastic, the fresh pasta and the perfect cooking (I I eat it al dente). My partner then had a Chianina tartare which was also very good. What can I say, we highly recommend this place

14/08/2024: Wonderful venue. The lady who takes the orders, the chef's wife, is a sunny, smiling person who is passionate about her work. He describes all the dishes with passion and love. The food is great. The handmade pasta, exceptional. The Chianina joke, excellent. The remarkable desserts. Price normal given the hyper tourist location. I hope to be able to return soon

17/11/2024: The place is easily accessible and there is plenty of metered parking nearby. We even managed to park in front of the place. The place is very small and there are few seats inside. The bar-style entrance, with bottle caps attached, bottles of cut wine instead of chandeliers, Spino Fiorito glasses in their neck bags, hanging on the walls, etc. Not my kind of vibe. But the lights were not annoying and the few seats still guaranteed a certain tranquility and the possibility of conversing with people, which believe me, is no small feat. They greeted us from the kitchen and showed up at the table 15 minutes later. We ask for the menu. We didn't know there was a QR code to pick up, scan, and do the usual Chinese restaurant thing of checking the menu on a 5-inch screen. So after 15 minutes they give us a tile to scan, and another 10 minutes later, we order. Starter like fake cacciucco in the strudel: interesting idea, attempt to deconstruct the cacciucco which we found a little pretentious but above all, beyond the excellent flavour, the strudel dough had clearly been overcooked. Not burned, it was one step before burning. When the pasta dehydrates completely. Cutting it with the knife was not pleasant. Too bad, because the flavor of the fish sauce was delicious. Good starters, although I wouldn't call them plentiful. I didn't try a first course, but I had the pleasure of trying one of the mixed fried dishes which I would define, without fear of making mistakes, as one of the best I've ever eaten. Not oily, fried perfectly, light. However, the frying resembled a light, pale batter, tempura style. So I would have eaten a second tray no problem. I reckon it was honest. With a small discount, with coffee, dessert, white wine, and 4 people at the table, we spent €40. The figure is more realistic than those who say that the average is €25/30 per person, a more realistic figure if you exclude dessert and wine. Overall the experience was pleasant. The kitchen staff comes out every now and then to go around the tables and take orders, all in the family, kind of way. And this sometimes involves a few tens of minutes of waiting. I would go out more often, to check if anyone needs a waiter. For example, when it came time for the coffee, we had to wait almost another quarter of an hour to order it. Our attempt to get the attention of the staff from the kitchen was in vain, so we put our minds at rest and waited for them to come and ask us. One thing that everyone present at the table would have changed immediately is this: when a menu contains dishes ranging from €15 to €25, that menu must be made of paper. Readable. Clear. Great. There are also those with transparent sheets whose pages can be quickly replaced to accommodate menu changes. It's quicker to insert three A4 sheets into three menus than to modify everything via software, and in general I barely accept the menu on the smartphone in Chinese restaurants, where it really helps to get things done first. But it doesn't make any sense in a place with 20 seats in total.

29/09/2024: Excellent restaurant in Pietrasanta. For my part, I promote it with full marks. Excellent, quality and well cooked food. Impeccable service: attentive and kind staff with fair waiting times. Honest prices. I highly recommend it!!!!

30/08/2024: A mediocre place Nice location with soft lights that make the atmosphere pleasant. We start with the appetizers: a "prawn pizza" €18, a rather bizarre creation, I appreciate the idea but it turned out to be without infamy, without praise and without salt. And then there's the "corn puree with prawns" €15, liquid, yes, because apparently, solid polenta was too mainstream. For a moment I thought I had ordered the wrong soup, while the prawns, at least they, were there to remind me that I hadn't completely gone crazy, in short they remained there afloat. Let's move on to the first course, seafood carbonara, the abundance of cream didn't leave much room for flavours. In fact, it made me suspect that the chef had taken the salt and pepper hostage. And I have a strong suspicion that that dish had lived a frozen past, thawed just to reach my table….. Finally, the dessert, millefeuille with Chantilly cream and strawberries, nougat semifreddo with chocolate, acceptable. Ah, the price! We paid a lot for a one-way ticket to disappointment. In conclusion, if you are looking for a dinner that will leave you with a sense of loss and a lighter wallet, this is the right place!

01/12/2024: Just today, on a beautiful and cold day in Pietrasanta, we by chance found warmth (in all senses) in this characteristic trattoria, where, even though it was already largely closing time, we were welcomed and seated by the friendly and affable Valentina who assisted by her other colleagues, they served us truly tasty traditional dishes, accompanied by good wine. Platters of cured meats and croutons reigned supreme, before moving on to other dishes that were always very good. An experience definitely worth repeating, to discover other goodness and new labels!

20/11/2024: I went to this place for lunch in the center of Pietrasanta. Very plentiful and excellent quality fried fish. The appetizer with mixed croutons was also delicious. Very kind staff. Everything excellent. Advised!!

03/11/2024: Locale alla mano con cibo di qualità. Se cercate un posto di buona compagnia, cibo e prezzi moderati siete nel posto giusto. Consigliamo il tagliere di Nonna Enza, i ravioli pomodoro e stracciatella e i tortelli al ragù. Tutto davvero buonissimo. Disponibile anche vino della casa niente male. Ottimi anche i dolci con una grande varietà. Ci tornerei volentieri!

13/10/2024: Era circa un anno che non venivo a mangiare qui ma sono rimasto un po’ deluso visto che è famoso per i tordelli prima la porzione era di 14 e molto conditi da fare anche la scarpetta Ora 10 e scoditissimi il costo però uguale 10€

08/12/2024: I came to celebrate a birthday with 20 people. Let's start with the "less serious" thing: food. Reheated, tasteless and really bad, no one finished it. The penne with scampi were penne with tomato and chilli pepper, they had seen the scampi with binoculars. The fried fish was a fried vegetable: carrots and courgettes with barely a squid each. The cutlets saw the meat through the telescope. The waitresses were rude, grumpy and with zero desire to work. The best thing was the dessert because it wasn't made by them. I won't be fooled again. Not recommended.
