27/01/2025: Siamo stati dopo una partita di calcio. Personalmente trovo che il locale sia bello ma molto stretto. Il menù vario e ben eseguito.

26/01/2025: Siamo stati a pranzo, una domenica. Malgrado il locale fosse pieno, i tempi sono stati giusti. Il locale si trova proprio nel bel centro storico di Pietrasanta (ma comunque il parcheggio pubblico è sufficientemente vicino e quindi è comodo anche per chi, come noi, arriva da fuori) e questo consente di godersi anche una bella passeggiata, prima o dopo il pranzo (o la cena). I camerieri in sala sono gentilissimi. I piatti che abbiamo assaggiato ci sono piaciuti molto (anche se le porzioni non sono “per mangioni”). La presentazione è curata e gli ingredienti sono buoni. Buoni e ben presentati anche i dolci che abbiamo ordinato. Prezzi medio-alti (secondo il mio personale giudizio).

04/02/2025: I would like to point out that the opinion is not based on the food and the environment as I have not had the "LUCK" of being able to taste their dishes, my opinion is aimed at the reservation service, I have tried dozens and dozens of times to book a table for 2 people for 3 years now, even well in advance but always without success either through the telephone or by email of which I keep track, I understand that the place is probably very small and works with regular customers, but I think it is courteous of the owner to also suggest a possible other availability of date or time to perhaps win over a new loyal customer, which will certainly not happen with me anymore, given that such a situation has never happened to me in 53 years. I congratulate the place for the success it has achieved and I hope it continues like this for a long time, as far as I'm concerned they have closed forever with me, there are certainly many customers around and luckily also good restaurants. 07/01/2025: Io e mia moglie ci siamo fatti guidare dall'istinto per la scelta tra i molteplici locali di ristoro tipici di PIETRASANTA, sempre l'istinto ci ha portato qui a LE BAR A' VINS e ci ha dato l'opportunità di conoscere il titolare DOMENICO e sua moglie STEFANIA. Questi ultimi non hanno tradito le nostre aspettative sulle loro qualità professionali di gestione del locale, veramente caratteristico ed unico nel suo genere, sia dal punto di vista di cordialità sia dal punto di vista di arte culinaria. Abbiamo cenato per la prima volta nel loro locale ma l'accoglienza travolgente ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. DOMENICO lavora con il cuore con la mente e con le mani, un vero artista sul piano della ristorazione Toscana, supportato dalla moglie che gestisce la sala e le ordinazioni con assoluta poesia, elementi fondamentali per trasmettere alle pietanze gusti unici e piatti particolari. Ambiente con pochi coperti all'interno e spazio all'esterno ma che evidenzia una grande anima nella splendida cornice che racchiude PIETRASANTA. Vogliamo ancora ringraziare DOMENICO e STEFANIA per aver donato a me e mia moglie una serata indimenticabile, portiamo nei cuori il gusto dei vostri piatti, il calore della Vostra ospitalità e la sincera Amicizia accordata. 14/02/2025: I'll leave this review for future sufferers. We ordered a tasting of crostini, it wasn't bad apart from the salad thrown there unseasoned, it didn't make much sense in fact we left it. But the biggest problem was when we found a speck of iron (from the dishwashing sponge) in the scallops and also a hair, not happy. In the osso buco there was a hair there too We paid €15, he only made us pay nine euros for the tasting of croutons and two place settings, honestly, he made a better impression by telling us that's fine, thank you However we are gentlemen and we paid the same

24/01/2025: Caro per quello che offre. Porzioni da "assaggio" ma prezzi interi.... Tutto (almeno quello che abbiamo mangiato noi) di sapore "soft". Intendiamoci : in certi casi il poco sapore può essere un valore aggiunto ma i nostri palati sono più da piatti decisi.

24/01/2025: Beautiful place, classic Tuscan farmhouse surrounded by greenery. Rustic atmosphere and full of bottles of wine everywhere. Visible grill with a rotisserie full of excellent meat: chicken, council, guinea fowl, pigeon, kid obviously His Majesty Fiorentina cannot be missing. Excellent meat, melting in your mouth. Focaccia, bread and obviously homemade tordelli. The tordelli with ragù are superlative as is the risotto with pigeon ragù. Wide choice of wines with labels from all over Italy. The desserts are a real treat, they look like they were cooked by your grandmother, simple but fragrant. 5 stars well deserved.

27/12/2024: I have now tried all the dishes on the menu, and I was afraid that in the long run they might bore me. Instead, I am there punctually every week, discovering new flavors every time. This is not the classic restaurant: here you can feel a unique attention to detail. The welcome is always warm, with a friendly atmosphere that goes perfectly with the elegance of a high-level venue. PS: In addition to the dishes, take a moment to admire the works of art by Ciulla and Gianelli: a real pleasure for the eyes!

30/12/2024: Sono andato a cena con la famiglia in questo ristorante dove siamo stati accolti con il sorriso e simpatia. Abbiamo mangiato dall antipasto al dolce, tutto squisito. Lo consiglio.

09/12/2024: Sono venuta per festeggiare un compleanno con 20 persone. Partiamo dalla cosa “meno grave”: il cibo. Riscaldato, insapore e veramente pessimo, nessuno lo ha finito. Le penne agli scampi erano penne al pomodoro e peperoncino, gli scampi li avevano visti con il binocolo. La frittura di pesce era una frittura di verdure: carote e zucchine con un totano a testa a malapena. Le cotolette hanno visto la carne col cannocchiale. Le cameriere maleducate, scontrose e con zero voglia di lavorare. La cosa più buona il dolce perché non era fatto da loro. Non tornerò a farmi prendere per i fondelli. Sconsigliato.
