07/04/2026: I never post comments, but I have to say a few words here because I think I've had one of the best restaurants I've ever had. From the waiters to the owner, everyone was incredibly kind, and the quality of the food was truly excellent, with attention to every flavor and carefully selected ingredients. The place was packed, and the service was also quick (always with a joke and a smile, managing to involve even the little ones). My compliments, truly.

08/02/2026: A simply enchanting and magical evening at Le Fate Briache in Massa Marittima.
My boyfriend and I went last night to celebrate my 25th birthday, and I couldn't have asked for anything better.
A small, intimate restaurant that welcomes you as if you were at the home of someone who cooks with true love. Caterina is truly a fairy: cook, waitress, and owner, she manages to do everything with rare ease and passion, making every guest feel special. With her "magic wand," she transforms authentic ingredients into dishes that enchant from the first bite.
We ate from starter to dessert, and it was a crescendo of flavors: delicious appetizers, freshly made pasta, carefully prepared yet authentic dishes, and desserts that ended the dinner with a smile. The dynamic and freshly prepared menu makes you want to try everything.
Special mention for the exceptional on-site wine, perfect to accompany every course.
The quality is top-notch, the atmosphere warm and convivial, and the prices are more than fair. One of those unforgettable dinners that makes you want to return even before you leave the house.

03/04/2026: We had gluten-free pizza. It's a pre-made Margherita, and you can order it with extra toppings. It's cooked in the same oven as the regular pizza. The regular pizza was also good.

Very good service, attentive and helpful.
Average price for a cover charge, a first course, a second course, a glass of house red, a coffee, and 1 liter of water.

Cibo ottimo (abbiamo preso 7 piatti e tutto era buonissimo, il crudo spettacolare), porzioni belle abbondanti, tutto curato, servizio compreso. Le ragazze che ci hanno servito sono state molto celeri e gentili senza esagerare. davvero complimenti perché nonostante molto giovani hanno gestito il servizio molto bene.
Abbiamo speso il giusto, nulla da ridire neanche sul conto.
Spero di riuscire a tornare nei prossimi giorni.

29/07/2025: Pendant nos différents séjour il nous est arrivé de manger quelque fois dans ce restaurant. Cela s'est toujours bien passé.
Cette fois nous voulions faire découvrir l'endroit à des amis de passage.
Mais quelle déception pour tous !
Seul plat excellent : pâtes carbonara que nous avions pris pour les enfants. Ils se sont régalés.
In fine : une addition salée pour des plats sans grande saveur.
A noter quand même : Service impeccable.
A vous de tester et de vous faire votre propre opinion.
Il se peut que vous ne soyez pas déçu. Ce n'était probablement pas notre soirée.

15/07/2025: Posto bellissimo Cinque stelle, del cibo molto buono e anche il bere. Siamo andati via in fretta, non perché ci fosse qualcosa che non andava, ma soltanto perché i nostri cani piangevano.

19/06/2025: Restaurant atypique à découvrir avec une très bonne qualité de plats typiques toscans mais aussi d’autres régions italiennes .
La patronne très accueillante et jonglant aussi bien avec l’italien que l allemand ou le français , il n’y avait pas d’anglais ce soir là …
Le service est impeccable .
Je recommande avec une mention particulière pour une belle découverte vinicole au travers d’un rosé d’un producteur local ( Scarlino)
