The restaurant is very refined and elegant, the staff is always professional, and I applaud them. The menu is meticulously curated, and you can taste the authenticity of every dish.

08/02/2026: It's been a few years since I've been here for lunch, but today I wanted to go back and I've noticed that the food is always better, the staff are very kind and the view is always spectacular despite the weather not being the best, highly recommended.
02/02/2026: We had lunch and it was a truly wonderful experience! The menu was excellent, with delicious dishes made with top-quality ingredients. All this was paired with incredibly fast, friendly, and attentive service, a rarity these days, considering the wait staff is made up of very young men and women. The dishes were generous and constantly changing. The value for money was definitely among the best in the Upper Tiber Valley (P.S.: I live 20 km from this amazing restaurant). The owner of the restaurant was incredibly helpful! Thank you so much, and above all, see you soon!

Friendly staff, excellent food, excellent quality. By the time I finished eating, I almost thought I was on the seafront. Anyone who wants to eat excellent fish can stop by the passage.

I'm the customer on Saturday, February 21st, who you placed at table 00. As we told you when we paid the bill, we ate the pizza in 10 minutes because, being right in front of the door, we were freezing. And honestly, that's inconceivable from my point of view. The fact that the table was called 00 makes it clear that it's a non-existent table... All you had to do was call and say you didn't have a table.

14/02/2026: Looking for a last-minute dinner, we stumbled upon this place by chance. It was fully booked, but there was a table available for at least an hour, so we decided to stop anyway, not knowing where else to go at that hour. We were greeted and served with such kindness.
We ordered chicken, tacos, vegetables, and potatoes. They were truly delicious and well-prepared, offering new flavors.
If we return to Cortona, we will definitely book a table in advance to enjoy other dishes.
Thanks to the staff for welcoming us at the last minute.
14/02/2026: A truly warm and welcoming place. Very kind and polite service. After a reasonable wait of 15-20 minutes, we ate excellent Peruvian food. After the obligatory mopping up of the plates, we left our plates practically clean 😜. Generous portions and excellent prices. Highly recommended! Compliments to all the staff.

21/09/2025: Spent 10 days in italy traveling north and south. Went to restaurant after restaurant, all better than the next.
Then we found Osteria L'Orciaia, walking in felt like being invited into someones home. Its family run and quite literally the best of all our dining experiences.
The family couldnt be more hospitable and the food couldnt have been better. Its the only location we had a meal at twice.
When im back in italy, no matter where i land; i will travel here.
An absolute 10/10, if you want a true italian experience you found it.

05/04/2026: For lunch, I ordered a Florentine steak, which I personally found delicious! It literally melted in my mouth, and had a delicate flavor. It was more of an experience than a meal.
The vegetables and cheeses as an appetizer were also very good and had refined flavors.
I highly recommend it!

The chef is a guarantee.
