18/07/2023: Unfortunately, there isn't an option to take stars for reviews when negatively marking them. I am not sure why these guys are in the restaurant business. They have no idea on how to cook any dishes. My wife ordered some pasta with meat sauce on the side. She got her pasta with tomato sauce (and bunch of oil in the sauce) instead. I ordered a carbonara pasta. Got them oil dipped style. Never have I've seen so much oil for carbonara pasta (see picture attached). Simply disgusting. For service, they just sit and look at you instead of actually waiting. We were done eating, yet the person that served us was just sitting behind the counter looking at us, instead of coming over to take the plates away. Atmosphere, I can only describe it as "infernal". They don't tell you, but sauna is included with your meal. We were sweating and smoke was coming from the kitchen in the serving area making the air barely breathable. Nobody bothered turning on the AC or ventilation until we asked them to do it. And after all this terrible service, they do dare to ask 2.50 EUR/person for coperto. So we had to drop like 10 EUR (2 adults and 2 kids) just for sitting in this dungeon. We've been at some much nicer places where coperto was not as much. Do yourself a service, save your hard earned money and make sure to avoid enterning this place!

Персонал большие умнички, профессионалы своего дела, шеф повар гений 🔥. Ужин был потрясающе вкусным, изысканные блюда,красивый вид на речку, мы были в восторге . Однозначно это место волшебное для вашего праздника или просто вечера . Я бы этому месту отдала бы все звёзды мира ☺️😍🥰 свою годовщину с мужем провели незабываемо 💓💓💓

24/01/2025: Siamo andati il primo giorno del.nostro soggiorno a firenze per la colazione, bar vecchiotto, la signora bionda che ci ha servito era gentile tutto sommato caffè e cornetti buoni.......ma siamo.tornati il giorno dopo, ORRIBILE. c'erano altre due persone , ci hanno portato per ben due volte tazze sporcheeeee, ma la sorpresa nel conto...hanno avuto l'ardire, dopo gli eventi incresciosi di maggiorare ogni voce di 0.70 cent. ... vergognosoooo!!! INVECE DI SCUSARSI. SCONSIGLIATOOOO

16/10/2023: Ristorante all’interno della struttura alberghiera di Villa Armena. Un luogo incantevole immerso nella campagna toscana. Il locale è ristrutturato con gusto ed arredato in maniera elegante. Il menù, dai piatti interessanti, offre una varia scelta tra cui i tipici piatti della tradizione. Nonostante la presenza di poco personale in cucina e al servizio, durante la nostra cena l attesa è stata corretta. I piatti ordinati sono stati tutti di nostro pieno gradimento. Complimenti allo staff.

12/10/2023: It was awesome, the attention a 10 out of 10, the food was amazing, the place and the view was the best thing of all. I really enjoy it and i would recommend 100%!

29/08/2024: Capricciosa absolut daneben. Keine carciofi,belegt mit Würstchen. Zu fett da viel Öl. Pizza mi Steinpilzen: die Pilze musste man suchen. Sehr ölig! Salamipitzza mit viel Zwiebel. Pizzakoch absolut ungeeignet und nicht ausgebildet. War vorher Kellner.
