04/03/2025: In my opinion it is the best restaurant in the area. We had a week's holiday and went there three times. The freshness and quality of the raw material is excellent. The perfect service and the staff is always ready to provide perfect advice on what to order. Generous portions. I recommend you take the fish crudité because it is sublime. Excellent value for money. Parking available and free in front of the restaurant

21/02/2025: Very pleasant location, good food, and a wide selection. The service is good. Prices are reasonable for what you choose, but it's best to get The Fork or similar to avoid any surprises on the bill.

08/09/2025: This restaurant had a nice room with soft appropriate dinner music. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a lovely dinner for 2. We specifically chose it because it was outside of the centre. The service was good and the food was nicely presented. They really worked hard to have a modern presentation. What brought my rating down was the guy (who I think was the owner) sitting a few tables away and insisted on watching videos loudly with no consideration for any of the other diners in the room. It was truly disrespectful and insensitive. Most people who go out for a nice dinner do so to enjoy the food, not having to prepare it and the ambiance which in this case was ruined by one individual.

31/08/2025: The restaurant, adjacent to the stunning Lake Venus in Pantelleria, is very charming. Service is fast and helpful. The sandwiches, created in the style of traditional local cuisine, are very good. Recommended.

28/08/2025: A disastrous experience from start to finish. Arriving at the restaurant full of anticipation, we found ourselves enduring an interminable hour and a half wait, completely ignored by the staff. The funny thing is, while we were standing there looking at the tables, customers who arrived much later were served immediately: a total disrespect. The staff, besides being arrogant and rude, seemed completely disinterested in the customers. No smiles, no attention, no apologies: just haughty attitudes and annoyed looks, as if we were the ones causing the inconvenience. The restaurant itself is a makeshift shack, furnished in a haphazard manner, with a zero level of hygiene: rickety chairs, sticky tables, and a general air of neglect. The menu offerings are ridiculous: a few sandwiches and salads, nothing more. Even the Pantesca salad, which should be a simple but tasty dish, was served incomplete, missing basic ingredients like onion. It all gives the impression of a place run without any professionalism, where the customer is completely ignored and where complete superficiality reigns. A restaurant that seems to survive solely thanks to the unsuspecting tourists who stumble upon it. If you're looking for a pleasant experience, quality food, or even a modicum of attention, stay away: this place is the perfect example of how NOT to run a restaurant. A true disappointment in every way.

15/06/2025: Nice atmosphere, good food and excellent service from the girls. Only 4 stars because the fifth one remained on the heat-shrink collar of the bottle not adequately removed by the waiter.... Perhaps it is no longer customary to cut and then remove the capsule from the neck of the bottle, so that the cork does not encounter resistance, and the wine does not come into contact with the plastic when it comes out?

11/07/2025: A pizza like you rarely get these days. Excellent, light dough and fresh ingredients. He also suggested trying the "patate vastase," which we really enjoyed. We'll definitely be back 👌🏼

12/09/2025: The girl at my apartment recommended it to me, and she wasn't wrong. It's delicious and original. They offer traditional dishes like fish couscous, which is spectacular, but they also offer a sushi alternative; you can tell the ingredients are top-notch. We ordered the €50 chef's menu, which is for two people and offers plenty. Since it was Thursday night, there was no one else at the bar, and the service was phenomenal.

17/06/2025: Ottimo cibo quello che ho mangiato era delizioso con piatti molto abbondanti. Il posto era carino e accogliente, un po' di caldo ma niente di che. Se vi trovata al centro storico di Trapani consiglio questo ristorante, non è nemmeno troppo lontano dal centro.

03/10/2025: We visited Pizzeria Da Salvo several times during our vacation, both for lunch and dinner, and we always had a great time! The beer (including the gluten-free one) and the Spritz are excellent. The pizza is delicious, both the classic and gluten-free versions: light and easy to digest. We also tried the parmigiana with chopped pistachios and dried fruit: spectacular! The panelle were also delicious. The staff is extremely friendly; the waitress was always smiling and helpful, and the owner was also very friendly. A plus is definitely the attention to those with intolerances; gluten-free options are always available, even the bread. Highly recommended; we'll definitely be back!

21/09/2025: Access is quite far from the main road, about 15 minutes. Rustic decor, good capacity. Service is quite slow, but no worries, we're on vacation. Digital menu, but no network available, luckily the owner gives us Wi-Fi. Good quality dishes. Prices are ok.
