17/03/2024: The set up is 30 euro per person for whatever the menu is of the day is.
This for us two was a bottle of wine, 5 different fish each , Big bowl of salad, big basket of bread, Canoli, and a digestive.
All the food was fantastic but the customer service was appalling.
On a Sunday night in March there was one other couple eating one waiter and the chefs.
As soon as the other couple left the waiter started playing on his phone with volume at max, we could hear it over the background music, the other couple were offered a choice of digestive we were just given one.
We felt like they really could not be bothered it made a memorable evening for us but, for all the wrong reasons.
14/03/2024: This was probably the best restaurant for fish I’ve ever eaten at. Super fresh, cooked perfectly no fancy sauces to cover the gorgeous various tastes all the fishes served had to offer and believe me, there were more plates served than we could possibly consume. Our server was kind and gave us a lot of attention, his parents are the chefs and they’re amazing. All the food served from local olive oil to super just made canaloni were out of this world. If you doubled the price it would still be a bargain! If you don’t eat at Boomerang you’ve missed the very best Sicily has to offer. The day was spent visiting the archeological park which was unique and wonderful but to end a perfect day and sit down and dine at this very romantic restaurant was the real pleasure of our trip and lovely Selinunte 😋

01/04/2024: I liked it and went back twice. The former are more intriguing than the latter.
The place is well kept and the cooking is fast.
I liked the busiate.
You could think about modernizing not so much the place, but your style, and perhaps try to simplify the menu.
And even the tablecloths could be more stylish.
The ceramics, see the plates, are beautiful.
I didn't like the house wine.
04/03/2024: A place without infamy and without praise. Nice location with helpful staff. Quality of food not excellent (we only tried the restaurant, not pizza). Positive note for the very low prices.

10/12/2023: I called to book a table for lunch and I informed them that I was lactose intolerant, and therefore that I couldn't eat cheese, mozzarella or anything that comes from milk, the answer was "and I'm the one who can do it" so he told me made it clear that he cared very little about my request... I think that respect for the customer should come first because there are ways to say things and if you want more and more customers you don't respond in certain ways... for me this is not the right way to treat a customer, especially since he has made a very simple request, that of not serving food with dairy products inside.
02/09/2023: Everything spectacular from the location to the lunch!!! I recommend it!!!waiters always with a smile...!!

29/12/2023: Posto orribile, gechi sui muri della sala rustica tra cui anche ragnatele con i ragni sui lampadari mentre il cibo era sul tavolo, antipasto scadente, la pasta troppo cruda altrettanto anche la carne, di buono c’era solamente il vino e il caffè… a persona 38 euro totalmente rubati! Camerieri in educati, titolare del locale arrogante tra cui anche io cugino abbastanza in educato nei confronti dei clienti non atteggiamento sfottente con parole pensanti… locale pessimo
