14/06/2026: This isn't the first time we've eaten pizza at Casa La Corte, in the heart of Grottaglie's historic center. The place is truly charming, with its characteristic star-shaped ceilings and period flooring creating a welcoming and evocative atmosphere. The pizza is exquisite, crispy, and flavorful, so much so that it stays delicious even after it's cold. Special praise goes to the service: if it were possible to give 10 stars, I would without hesitation. Daniela immediately puts customers at ease and has an incredible memory. She takes orders without writing anything down and never makes mistakes. The first time we were here, there were eight of us, and we were all amazed by her accuracy. In addition to the excellent pizza, the menu offers a wide selection of appetizers, first courses, and second courses, both seafood and meat, which we'll definitely be back to try. If you find yourself in Grottaglie, I absolutely recommend stopping by Casa La Corte. The quality/price ratio is also excellent.

03/05/2026: Everything was as good as always, dishes prepared with care and of excellent quality. The service was impeccable. I recommend adding at least a few sugary biscuits when serving coffee and liqueurs. Dessert is a must on a set menu that's increased to €40.

21/07/2026: If you're passing by, stop by, especially for the gluten-free options. The pizza is delicious, but they do everything from starters to desserts. They're friendly and fast. We'll definitely be back.

16/08/2026: Discovered by chance thanks to a recommendation from a friend from Taranto, La Paranza was a true delight for both the eyes and palate, offering a seasonal menu of just a few dishes, meticulously prepared by the chef. The peppered mussels were a must-try. The restaurant is beautiful, with meticulous attention to detail. I recommend the outdoor seating around sunset (reservations are recommended). Prices are obviously in line with the quality offered.

The cuisine showcases the local cuisine, using genuine, fresh, locally sourced ingredients and a wonderful selection of traditional Apulian and Salento products. The dishes are tasty, carefully crafted, and above all, abundant, prepared with top-quality ingredients. Their homemade olive oil deserves a special mention: simply wonderful. The wine list is also excellent, with options that perfectly complement the dishes. To top it all off, the service is impeccable, attentive, and professional. An authentic place where quality, tradition, and local flavors come together. Highly recommended!

The food was spectacular real authentic Italian food, this is an experience to never forget for me, for my wife and my 2 little angels.
