31/07/2025: Siamo ritornati dopo 3 anni in questo bellissimo home restaurant e abbiamo ritrovato la stessa genuinità, bontà, gentilezza e semplicità della signora Luigina che con la sua cucina ci ha fatto ritrovare tutti i piatti della tradizione salentina. Tutto buonissimo e di ottima qualità. Ci siamo sentiti proprio a casa. La location è inoltre molto curata e suggestiva. Il prezzo è più che onesto, considerato il lavoro che sta dietro ad ogni singola preparazione e che il menù è interamente preparato da loro. Non so se torneremo in Salento l'anno prossimo, ma se così fosse sicuramente torneremo qui!

26/07/2025: A Casa Noscia è stata la nostra prima esperienza di Home Restaurant. Abbiamo scelto questo posto consigliato da un amico e abbiamo trascorso una serata perfetta in famiglia! La cena è stata deliziosa con tante portate abbondanti e con materie prime eccellenti lavorate con grande sapienza. L’atmosfera era calda e accogliente, le padrone di casa sono ospitali e molto gentili! Abbiamo potuto scegliere al momento della prenotazione tra menù di carne o di pesce e una volta scelto quello di pesce, ci sono state date le diverse opzioni di date in cui avremmo trovato il menù scelto. Il menù è fisso e costa 30€ a persona: comprende antipasti vari, primi e secondi, dolci, acqua, vino, caffè, amari e digestivi. Davvero una serata speciale!

12/07/2025: We waited an hour for just the pizzas, one of which had tomato sauce even though we'd asked for a white crust. They asked if we wanted to have it remade, but fearing we'd have to wait that long, we declined. The pizzas weren't bad after all!

04/08/2025: A few nights ago we had dinner here. Just walking in, you sense it's a sophisticated, elegant, intimate, welcoming, and extremely hospitable place. The staff is highly trained, attentive, and attentive, with great courtesy and kindness. The service was prompt, and we were pleasantly guided and advised. While waiting for our appetizers, we indulged in artisanal French fries, grown and produced on the property. Crispy and not at all greasy, they were light and delicious—I could have eaten loads of them. One of the appetizers was a real pain to eat, despite its visual beauty and exquisite presentation, with a touch of artistry and skill. The fried food was excellent, using high-quality ingredients. The first course was a delicious linguina cavalieri, where both ingredients, sea urchins and clams, were recognizable, and perfectly cooked. The dessert, offered on the house, was delightful and soft as a cloud. We tried an alternative spritz, recommended: the "Spritz Matisse," which was truly delicious, refreshing, and far removed from the usual cloying Aperol taste. The interior rooms are characteristic of the Salento area, and offer a stunning backdrop for Matisse's works. I tried the meatballs, the fresh cheese, the linguine with mussels, and the bread with taralli—wowww... their homemade rosé wine was excellent. Now, a delicious tiramisu and off we go... 05/08/2025: We've been back when we're on vacation in the area; it's a must. Dinner for four, location with a spectacular view, excellent food as always. If I may recommend something, I think the paccheri and the mixed fried rice dishes are great for everyone, so gluten-free. All dishes are also available gluten-free. And last but not least, the service was excellent and knowledgeable. See you next time.

05/08/2025: I didn't have a good experience... I saw a menu online with good prices. You show up in person and a pasta dish with mussels costs 13 euros more, which is a bit more expensive.

Very friendly staff and a location with both indoor and outdoor seating, with the option of dining in a secluded area away from the main pedestrian area. The dishes are predominantly seafood, but all are fresh and delicious. The quality/price ratio is definitely favorable: if you go to Otranto, go here, and I recommend booking because it fills up quickly.

29/07/2025: Eccellente in tutto. Ambiente confortevole e rassicurante. Personale semplice ma preparato , professionale e molto simpatico e disponibile. Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto completo per 4 con tanta varietà e ottime materie prime ben lavorate. Poi abbiamo proseguito con dei primi piatti tutti buonissimi , in particolare gli Gnocchi con frutti di mare e stracciatella una goduria assoluta. Anche i dolci buonissimi. Il tutto pagando un conto più che onesto e meritato. Consigliatissimo.

I piatti sono una esplosione di gusto, con abbinamenti ricercati e mai banali attraverso l’utilizzo di materie prime particolari.
