28/09/2024: Da Buona Salentina il conviviale è in primis la tavola di casa nostra . Appunto abbiamo rivisitato questo nome restaurant e persino l'aria ricorda noi in tutto . I piatti non solo abbondanti ma originali del territorio . Luigina è la mamma che apparecchia e serve con la dolcezza che contraddistingue le nostre mamme in cucina . Arriviamo sotto un porticato illuminato ad aria marina ( pochi passi dal mare ionio) un ciao "settative è pronto" accoglie un tavolo ordinato e funzionale . Antipastib( non finivano mai ) di terra nostra con vino a scelta . Primi di terra con opzione di ricotta scanta ...e qui i ricordi della mia nonna e papà."Sagne incannulate "e sugo che mai potreste assaggiare se non nel mio Salento . In quella serata la specialità del giorno " monicedde" ...ripetiamo ripetiamo e ripetiamo . Ma ora ....perché scrivere ancora ....vi mostro le foto ( alcuni piatti saltati al fotografo perché già buttato sul piatto ) .Vieni in Puglia e vuoi mangiare i piatti di una cucina "te casa " ??? VIENI QUI .

02/01/2025: Thanks to a gift, we took advantage of the Masseria Bandino Spa... What can I say, everything was perfect and enchanting! From the kind welcome to the obsessive cleanliness of the spaces... we took a two-hour journey through saunas, hydromassage and relaxation on the sunbeds, served with drinks and herbal teas, and a plate of fresh fruit, all accompanied by relaxing music and the right amount of privacy ! An environment with attention to the smallest details, where it leaves no room for the smells of mold or stagnant water that we have always smelled in other wellness centres, but rather the scents of lime and clean smells! Both the lady at the reception and the lady at the Spa were kind, welcoming, smiling and not intrusive! An excellent solution as a gift idea so as not to make a bad impression, but for us, a right motivation to return!

15/12/2024: Stay at the end of October, everything was perfect. From the welcome to the meals, the staff are fantastic. The spa is sublime, the restaurant delicious. A magical place, don't hesitate

01/11/2024: A great discovery when visiting the Puglia region. This restaurant nestled in a small village offered us a menu with extremely well prepared local products. The wine from the regions of Italy are excellent, especially a Sauvignon blanc. The service is perfect and friendly. We feel that they love what they do. There were 6 of us and we went there twice during our stay. Around €35/person with starter/main course/dessert and wine. And a nice appetizer and sweet treats to finish. I recommend 1000 times.

15/12/2024: Beautiful place with an open garden surrounded by colorful flowers. Excellent and tasty fish. Ate a nice plate of mixed fried food, berry and mango sorbet and fruit panna cotta, all tasty. What many others don't have, wet wipes to clean your hands. Friendly owners and waiters, quality-price. We will return for sure. hi guys. You are hospitable and everything is truly excellent.

19/01/2025: It was a sublime Sunday lunch! There were four of us and we opted for the menu of the week, all exceptional starting from the artisanal Salento pittula accompanied by an excellent welcome glass of prosecco. The first courses were delicious, nettle dumplings with prawns and porcini mushrooms! The second course included a snapper roll with vegetables and baked potatoes, unbeatable! To close this magnificent lunch, the house dessert, the icing on the cake. The wine list is also excellent. Super quality/price ratio. Super friendly staff and attentive to every detail. We'll see you again soon!

19/01/2025: Very well organized and tastefully furnished restaurant, where the service is impeccable from welcome to farewell. The menu features zero km dishes and fresh local products so it has a certain seasonality and can often vary based on the availability of raw materials. It also offers the possibility of a fixed menu at a reasonable price, so it is also very interesting for younger couples, but essentially it is a fairly classy environment with revisited but not botched dishes. Personally I find land products better than sea products, but in fact in Salento the tradition is more linked to the land. The dessert menu is also beautiful and you can ask for small variations for the children. Overall I can't recommend it enough and I'm sure that in the summer the summer garden will be an addition I'll want to try.

The atmosphere is welcoming and warm, perfect for spending a relaxing lunch with good food. The only aspect that could be improved is the design of the place, which is not particularly modern. However, this detail takes second place to the excellent quality of the cuisine, which is truly the best ever. A restaurant that deserves to be discovered and loved: absolutely recommended!

28/12/2024: All very good, perfect food. However, heavy battering on fried fish takes a lot away from the fish. The molecular cuisine part takes away almost everything from the typical products of that area, which are particularly tasty and fragrant, but the classic cuisine is excellent

04/12/2024: Crazy charm on a pretty square. An eclectic but tasteful decor that surprises and delights. Here, nothing anonymous, but personalization. Impeccable welcome. The city is not “touristy” and it shows. The customers are not pigeons, but hosts to whom local cuisine is served with passion. Special mention for the sporcamusi, small cream puffs that must be eaten with your fingers and which – obligatorily – smear your face with icing sugar! (hence the name ''stained faces''). Thanks to Diana for her warm welcome.
